The apartment is on 2 floors and bright and sunny. . The focal point is a well-appointed kitchen and dining/living area on the top floor, with direct access onto a large outdoor terrace with ample seating, barbecue and sun loungers, where you can enjoy the Riviera sun and blue skies.
The bedrooms are situated on the floor below. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with two single beds that can also be joined as a double. The second bedroom has a double bed with a bathroom across the hallway.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 35 night stay from late February through March. Unfortunately this property is currently for sale, and so I will confine my comments to attributes that are independent of ownership, if it is still available for rental.
The gem of this property, beyond its exceptionally central and (with a few notable exceptions) quiet location is the terrace. Provided it wasn’t raining we enjoyed two or so hours of midday sun in late February on perhaps 25% surface area of the north-facing deck, sufficient for a very pleasant lunch, and as March progressed these numbers naturally increased. Renters hoping for sun throughout an early spring day should look elsewhere, however; summer visitors will likely wish to avoid the heat, and will appreciate whatever shade the adjacent buildings and the furnished umbrella provide. The adjacent kitchen was well equipped other than having no microwave, and even on rainy days had a light and airy feeling thanks to large windows and skylights. The two bedrooms, both located one level below, were potentially almost as bright, but we usually kept the drapes closed as the neighbor’s windows looked directly into the bedrooms and were a scant two meters away, separated by a narrow alley. Downsides: a neighbor across the alley hosts noisy parties lasting until 4AM (twice during our month stay), and the presence of many stairs makes the property unsuitable for anyone with a mobility problem.

Lovely apartment. Very well equipped and clean. Everything you could need is right on your doorstep. Antibes is very busy but the terrace is a great retreat and very quiet. Major plus for us was the superb air conditioning as it was extremely warm. Would definitely book again 😊😊😊

Calypso was perfect for our short visit to Antibes. Very comfortable, very well-equipped kitchen, lovely big terrace for lunches and evening drinks. The two bathrooms and high-quality showers were handy. The place is within easy walking of cafes, restaurants, a beach, the remparts and much more. But also very quiet, despite its central location. Would highly recommend it.

This property wow’d us from the minute we walked into it. Communication with the owners and Ivan ( who couldn’t do enough for us) was excellent. Location was superb in the old town and close to numerous shops and restaurants. We used the Q park as suggested by Ivan and never moved our car for 5 days. The train station is within walking distance and we were able to visit other towns quite easily. The accommodation itself is exceptional; modernised to a high level. There is a large balcony where we not only ate breakfast and had evening drinks but we’re able to bbq one night on the electric bbq as an alternative to dining out. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen all well equipped and furnished to the highest standard. We are hoping to return to the beautiful town of Antibes again in the future and without question we would re-book this accommodation. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location
We had a really wonderful stay, the apartment delivered on all levels. It is well located close to all the activity in the Old Town, but tucked away on a quiet street. It was well presented and was much nicer than in the photographs. The roof terrace is large and a perfect place to relax. We will certainly stay again.

A gem in a perfect location
Apartment had everything we needed. Although there were only two of us staying it was very useful to have the use of two bathrooms. Kitchen was very well equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, china and glasses. The outdoor terrace was amazing and we made good use of that for breakfast, occasional lunch and every evening at some point to sit with a drink. Bed was very comfortable.and we always had a good night's sleep. The bakers was just a couple of minutes walk away for fresh bread every morning, the square and other streets where there were plenty of bars and restaurants and a good supermarket. It was in a very peaceful quiet location. Other bonuses, lovely beach just 5-10 minutes walk away ( there were bags, towels, parasol and chairs to take to the beach ) and train station 10-15 minutes from where you could catch a train to visit many places.

Fabulous apartment in lovely location.
This is a wonderful apartment in a brilliant location in Antibes! Firstly, the communication with the management team was great, they were very responsive and accommodating, plus Ivan organised a pre-booked taxi from the airport, which was convenient. The apartment is lovely and very clean, the upstairs living area and kitchen benefit from high ceilings and large windows, which flood the room with light. The double doors lead on to a large terrace, which would be so nice in the warmer months, but still gave us a feeling of space even in January! The kitchen was well equiped for cooking and meal preparation and I appreciated having the extras, like dishwasher tablets and olive oil, salt and pepper provided. The bedrooms are both a good size and the beds and bedding were very comfortable, including nice pillows (not always found in European rentals!).
The apartment is in a fabulous location in Antibes, just a short walk from the waterfront, shops, cafes and restaurants. It was very quiet at this time of year. I highly recommend this apartment!

Amazing Stay in Antibes!
So very impressed with the property, location and service! The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, very comfortable and the outside seating area priceless. We adore Antibes and this was our first time staying in the Old Town. Ivan very helpful and available at all times to answer any questions. Only one slight problem – having to leave after just a week! But we shall be back!

This is a hidden little gem, tucked a couple of rows back from the main old town. The roof terrace is a real haven, so peaceful yet right in the heart of the town. Super comfortable, very well equipped kitchen and an electric bbq!

Excellent apartment for a stay in Antibes
This is a really well appointed apartment in a renovated building in old Antibes. Very close to restaurants and shops and the buzz of the old town but in a very quiet street. The large rooftop terrace is ideal for sitting out and enjoying dinner or drinks. Ivan organised transport to/from the airport and met us at the flat to talk us through the amenities and answer any questions. With two bedrooms and two full shower rooms ( one en-suite) this is a perfect apartment for two couples or a small family.

Perfect location of this immaculate property within Antibes old town centre. This property has everything on your doorstep, local bars, restaurants, town square, local market, supermarket, etc.

Great place to stay.
We loved our time at the apartment and felt really at home there. Ivan met us at the door to show us around and answer any questions we had and he even had a welcome basket and a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us. The apartment is finished to a very high standard and it’s location is perfect being only 5 minutes walk to all the local amenities and the beautiful harbour and beach. Appartments with a terrace are quite rare in the old town and we made full use of it for our breakfasts and pre dinner drinks.When i say this apartment has everything you need i mean everything! The owner and has obviously put a great deal of thought into what you need to make a perfect holiday,and create a home that caters for every need. We particularly liked the the fact that everything we needed for the beach such as towels,mats,beach bags etc was supplied and the quality toiletries provided in both bathrooms were also a lovely touch. Throughout our stay Ivan was constantly available via e mail or phone and was able to give some great recommendations for restaurants,he even booked them for us which is a must especially in the peak season. Overall we could not fault this property and would not hesitate to visit again. Thank you Lotte and Ivan.

Fantastic property in excellent location
The location - Wow!
Situated in the centre of the charming old town with shops, restaurants and bars almost on the doorstep. The sandy beach and fabulous Port Vauban (and secure parking) only a 3 minute walk away.
The property whilst characterful has been beautifully modernised and is well kept.
The generous terrace was a highlight and surprisingly serene given proximity to the atmospheric old town.

Our family really enjoyed staying in the apartment Calypso. Everything is top notch. Visiting the bakery filled with delicious pastieries around the corner was a morning ritual. There are 2 grocery stores within 5 min walk (along with a butcher shop). We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen and eating on the large patio. Lots of shops and restaurants are also within 5 minute walk. It was a perfect way to enjoy a vacation. Adorable house in the center of old Antibes
This place is the perfect center for a holiday in charming Antibes and the lovely French coast line. The house itself is totally cozy and fully equipped with everything you need; two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms in the lower floor and the upper floor a nice big kitchen including a sofa area and the spacious terrasse. You have everything you need to cook your own meals - lots of fresh fish to buy - but you also have to try out the fantastic restaurants literally just around the corner - and even though it's so close to everything, the house is placed in a quiet area, so there is no noise.
We walked our way through Antibes and enjoyed all the sigths including the beautiful coastline walking along Cap d'Antibes, the Castle, the old harbour, the light house - and the plenty of restaurants to choose from ;) We came in October and the sun and water was still warm enough to take a swim at the city's beaches, which we enjoyed.
Can only recommend Calypso to all - and I have - I wish to come back!

How to enjoy life
We decided to go for a romantic trip to Nice but were recommended to go to Antibes instead and for good reasons. The city and area is ideal for a autumn vacation and is a must-see for everyone.
We had the pleasure of staying in this town-house situated in the absolute center of Antibes. The house Calypso is very charming and blends into the narrow streets of the city center. When arriving to the city we called the house-manager who met us at the house and he gave us the tour round the house. The interior of the house is newly decorated and its facilities are brand new and tastefully selected, a cozy place. In the living room, automated roof-windows and a large roof-terrace accessible from the living room. The house consists of anything you can ask for and the location is perfect. The house was very clean and well-maintained and we can give our best recommendations for a stay in this property

Old town charm with modern decor and amenities
We'd echo all the positive comments made by previous reviewers. Calypso is a perfect place to stay in Antibes: situated right in the heart of the old town and close to just about everything: train station, harbour, shops, cafes, bars, museums, galleries, beaches, etc, etc.
The apartment itself exceeded our expectations, and was immaculately clean and well appointed. I can't think of a single item that we needed which was not provided in the apartment (although a big bag of euros to pay for the evening drinks would have been most welcome :-)
In addition, although the apartment is in the heart of the old town, because it's situated down a quiet cul de sac it doesn't suffer from an excessive amount of noise at night time.
We shall certainly be hoping to return to Calypso in future.

THE perfect place to stay in Antibes
We really really enjoyed our time at Calypso, it's an awesome apartment so wonderfully tucked away in the much sought after (and where it's happening) beautiful vieille ville. This place is a real treat where you open the door to a haven of old world charm combined with contemporary boutique comfort and tranquility. While Lotte's description and photos are great, the reality surpasses them. There are fab marble floors and tiles throughout the apartment which is finished to a high spec from top to bottom. The bedrooms are a dream and the bathrooms top quality. Upstairs the terrific big kitchen/diner with tv/sofa snug is an super atelier space leading out to the sun terrace, its so light, airy and has electrically opening skylights - these have rain sensors by the way, not that you'll really need them it is the Côte d'Azur after all!. There is really efficient air-con throughout, although tbh you don't need it, with the windows and skylight open there is a much nicer gentle air circulation. The kitchen has all the bits and bobs you need + washing machine, dishwasher and a George Clooney coffee machine to boot!. Lush quality bed linen, bath AND beach towels (huzzah! this meant less to pack) along with the chic natural decor allows those staying here to really unwind. + a cool Bose bluetooth high-performance speaker meant we had our favorite chill playlists as a background soundscape too.
The apartment is less than a hop skip and a jump to the buzz and the best of Antibes - the harbour, the beach (5 mins to Plage de la Gravette), the Picasso museum not just for the artwork, but the building itself, the sculpture terrace, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The quirky absinthe museum, shops, artist studios, delhi's, cafés, bars and restaurants (Le P'tit Cageot was our favourite - they have a well deserved five star trip advisor rating and you'll need to book well in advance - try the chef's surprise menu!). I hasten to add the local municipal market (also 5 min walk) was superb and we enjoyed many alfresco meals on Calypso's roof terrace with the best ingredients Provence has to offer.
Ivan who settles you in on arrival at Calypso is a charming, helpful and a fountain of local knowledge - thank you so much Ivan and also to Lotte for all the nice little touches, including the swish shampoo and soaps, a bottle of excellent chilled Provence rosé awaiting in the fridge and the yummy galette biscuits.

Beautiful apartment - Perfect location
We stayed in this wonderful apartment in July (2 adults and 2 teenagers), the apartment has everything you could ever want to make your holiday perfect including a big beautiful terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you prefer to cook yourself, if you prefer to eat out a wide selection of restaurants are located in walking distance from the apartment. in general the location is superb, right in the middle of the old town of Antibes and a few minutes’ walk from the lovely beech. Ivan is a wonderful host and does everything to make your holiday as perfect as possible.

Great location in a modern apartment
We loved our stay in this beautifully renovated apartment in the heart of the old town in Antibes. The location is wonderful; with restaurants, shops, supermarket and the daily farmers market literally around the corner and 5 minutes walk from the closest beach. The apartment itself is clean, modern, with air con and a beautiful rooftop terrace. It is thoughtfully prepared, with beach bag and towels, cooking utensils and ingredients, washing machine and dish washer. Our host Ivan was wonderful in greeting us and answering our questions on whatsapp. Antibes provides a great base for day trips out to nearby large towns and villages, the old town has a wonderful charming feel to it that the big cities do not provide. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone who wish to stay in the region.

A delightful apartment in a great location
This newly renovated apartment has it all: a large terrace with BBQ, well appointed kitchen adjacent to the terrace with all the gadgets. I love cooking and al fresco dining so this exceeded my expectations. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable, with top quality linen and towels. I liked the welcome basket as it got me right into the holiday spirit. The manager, Ivan, is wonderful, very knowledgable and responded quickly to a few questions I had. Everything you need is close as it is right in the centre of the old town. I liked that there were beach towels provided, a nice thought. I can recommend Calypso; cozy charming and bright. We hope to be back soon.

Det er en skøn lejlighed, den er meget centralt beliggende i Antibes. Smukt indrettet og med alt i køkkenudstyr, når man selv vil lave mad, så mangler der intet.
Vi følte os meget velkomne med vin på køl og hjemmelavet marmelade i køleskabet.
Ivan var meget hjælpsom, både mht. parkering og at finde en læg.
