Perfect stay near the boulevard

Nargiz and her husband were exceptionally proactive and prompt in communications from the moment I booked this apartment. They do know their job and made us feel comfortable and home. The apartment is cozy and has every amenity one can need for short or long term. It is not far from White City Boulevard and there is supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants downstairs. The hosts even helped us for a few hours with another apartment untill our flight. Communications and attention is at highest level here and I recommend to stay in this cozy apartment with these very kind and nice people. Thanks for your hospitality and see you next time! 💛

The place is more accessible. Grocery store on the same building. Nearby restaurants.

Excellent value for money.great location, neat clean hygienic. I stayed with my family. They cleaned room everyday, including towels and other items. Staff is very cordial. I was in touch with mr Ilkin. He was very helpful..

Very nice

Ilkin s place is in a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome market and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Ilkin was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

beautiful spacious apartment

absolutely beautiful apartment just like photos very spacious and great facilities utensils etc helpful hosts

location is bit away from the center bur you can use bolt it is cheap taxi service bathroom had some issue regarding leakage of toilet shower but host was very quick to send help. also the apartment has only two rooms but in booking.com it is mentioned 3 room which is misguiding. also there is no ac in one of the rooms.

Somehow the addresses in Baku are not exceptionally reliable. I suggest you ask the host for a specific location (GPS or Google maps link), do not rely on the written address ordering the taxi to the place.

Exceptional

Cheerful spacious interior. Full kitchen with utensil, microwave, plates, a big fridge, toster and a washing machine,dryer machine . They even provide for washing machine liquid and spong.There is a Bravo supermarket 20m from it to buy anything you need. A short to the Bulvar .Huge L shaped sofa in the living room for the boys to lounge and watch football on TV. Down side have restaurant.Chilled drinks and confectioneries at very reasonable price. This place is a gem.

Nice Apartmant with new/modern design and all very clean . Great location! They offer airport transfer (practical when your flight arrives/departures in unusual times) and also organize tours at reasonable prices. Overall very friendly and considerate staff especially Ilkin.

Everything was super good!

It was very clean and a nice apartment property. Good facilities, room size and cleanliness. Family friendly as well. Very nice views of the Caspian Sea. Good restaurants and a big bravo market near the apartment.

Great apartment

Check in was very easy, we met at the reception of the building. Location was great, very close to Port Baku and about 7 minutes from city center on a taxi. Apartment is exactly like on pictures, very clean and neat. Nice fresh towels. Everything you might need is there. Thank you!
