Clean, great location for our concert and to be able to sight see in NYC.

For city space room was enough space and clean. For city the noise was environmental but not loud. No breakfast included, so why ask about breakfast.

No breakfast included. No microwave in room. Front desk check in girl needed some more training. Had to call more than once for shuttle pick up at Penn station, she didn’t call driver and tell them we were there. She had to reprogram my car park tickets 3 different days.

I will be back!

Incredible value for the area. 15 minutes walk from train station which brings you downtown NYC in 20 minutes for 5$. Free parking. Will be back.

No mini fridge. No smart tv.

Recommandable; nous y retournerons!

Chambre familiale très grande et pratique avec de jeunes enfants. Propreté et l'emplacement à 10 minutes de marche du Path pour aller directement à New York.

Le personnel qui parlait au téléphone (appel personnel) plutôt que de me servir et qui pensait visiblement que je ne comprenais pas l'espagnol et qui ont tenté de me dire que c'était pour le travail....

Good enough for price, but be wary if you're a light sleeper or planning on working from your room.

Good location for price. 10 minute walk to Newark Penn Station with easy access into New York Penn Station by train. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Strong water pressure. Solid wifi for remote work.

The heating/cooling system is very loud, so would be troublesome for light sleepers. The room I stayed in was very drafty - it was hard to regulate the room temperature as a result. The bed was TOO soft, where it was uncomfortable to sit on for long periods (feet above waist once you sunk into the mattress). There was a bench to sit on, but not comfortable for long periods. The shuttle to/from the airport and train station was unreliable - plan well ahead if you're banking on taking it to either for something time sensitive.

Stort rum, mycket skön säng. Jättebra läge och trevlig personal.

Rummet var kallt. Försökte justera värmen men lyckades inte. Rummet var också lyhört. Fick vänta 1h 10 min på shuttlebussen från flygplatsen.

Lovely room, great location, terrible night’s sleep

Location was very convenient to find when arriving into Jersey. We were able to walk to Newark Penn Station and back (we walked back to the hotel at almost 1am and being two women, felt very safe) with ease. The front desk staff was also very nice and accommodated our early check in after our plane arrive at almost 11am.

One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was that they offer a airport shuttle, but because our flights were not between the hours of 7am and midnight, we couldn’t utilize it— something they don’t tell you prior to booking. We also had a terrible night’s sleep despite the bed being comfortable because other guests were having extremely loud conversations right outside of our room’s door, and this was on level two. We were awake and disturbed for one of the three hours we had to actually rest before catching our plane back out of Newark.

Toller Aufenthalt

Super modernes Hotel. Alles sehr sauber, nette Mitarbeitende. Man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten an der NEWARK PENN STATION und kann mit der PATH direkt zu 9/11 fahren und mit der NEC direkt zum Madison Square Garden. Hatten ein riesiges Zimmer mit Blick auf die Skyline New Yorks. Das WLAN ist gut, Parkplätze sind vorhanden, den Flughafen Transfer haben wir nicht genutzt. Sind vom EWR für 20$ mit dem Uber gefahren.

Alles war wunderbar. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen! :-)

Exceptional

Staff were amazing as was the room.

Before I arrived I tried repeatedly to contact the hotel but never got a single reply. This would have helped with my disability and to tell me about the shuttle. Ao I spent a lot of money on travel unnecessarily

I came and I've gone

I loved the location..it was right next to Prudential Center. The murals of the celebrities were cool I was on the floor with Whitney Houston. I also liked the closet mirror and the fact that there was an iron board and iron and a soft bed.. I also love the fact that they were already Waters in the refrigerator chilling for me and two on the table next to the coffee.

I did not like how I was not greeted by the front desk receptionist. There was no document given to me about the hours of operation or gym times and the receptionist spoke so fast I wanted to try to write some stuff down but she seems like she was impatient...... When I call downstairs just to ask about breakfast again no one answered the phone I called 2 to 3 times back to back and nobody picked up my phone call.
