Séjour exceptionnel.

Tout. Milan et son épouse. Adorables et aux petits soins. La localisation de leur maison, au calme et à quelques minutes du Parc National de Plitvice. La belle chambre bien exposée. Le copieux petit-déjeuner du matin, varié chaque jour. Bref j'ai adoré et je recommande sans restriction.

A little belt no frills

This is a 10 for what they offer. The air was super cold-the only regret is no lift ! Carrying luggage up 3 floors wasn’t fun

Great place near Entrance 2 at Plitvice Lakes. A few minutes more to Entrance 1. Host is very very sweet and wants to help.

Language is a little bit of a barrier for English speakers. You must have cash at the end of the stay to pay them.

Very comfy room with balcony. nice bed with great pillows. super clean. a/c with heat. Water is hot with excellent pressure. The house is situated in a nice beautiful area. Milan is so kind! He helped me so much during my stay. If you come to the lake area, this is a superb choice.

Good location to explore the Plitvice National Park. Rooms were nice and clean, very helpful host.

We had a wonderful stay at Milan’s house. The house is located in a quiet area off the main road. Rooms were nice and very clean, although modest and not very spacious. We liked the comfortable beds with all sheets and towels provided. Heating worked well when it got colder at night. You can use the well-equipped shared kitchen with dining area where you can eat your own meals. Fast Wifi was included and worked well in all rooms. Milan was a wonderful and friendly host, very helpful with anything the guests may need. We would definitely recommend staying here. The spot is perfect for exploring the gorgeous Plitvicka Lakes, it is only 5 minutes away by car. For guests without a car: please note you need a car or alternative transportation to get to the National Park entrance.

We did not have any issues during our stay. Just one detail - all rooms have a private bathroom but the cheaper room has a toilette and bathroom in the hallway - it is not en-suite. Be aware that you can only pay cash at the property. The closest store and restaurant are 5 minutes by car.

Perfect stay!

Facilities were amazing- kitchen with hot plates, fridge, kettle, sink, plates, bowls, cutlery, cooking equipment. Everything you need. The bedroom was super comfortable, with a nice en-suite. It’s an easy 30 minute walk to the national park entrance, and there’s a village close by for any groceries. Milan is a lovely man and always ensured we had everything we needed. Payment is by cash only, so make sure you have cash! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Lovely stay with very friendly host!

Very, very friendly and welcoming host. Gave us good tips for Plitvice National Park. Breakfast was really great! (An extra 7€ pp, but worth it). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again :)

Great value, clean, great host, and close to Plitvice (if driving yourself).

Host was very helpful, cheerful, and attentive. Hotel is about 3-5 minutes drive from a free place to park for Plitvice (20 minute walk after that). Very clean. Room smelled good. Well priced. Free parking on site. The only grocery store is a 5 minute drive from hotel.

The room heater stopped working temporarily. Small room. 2 very narrow staircases to get to rooms.

Definitely recommend the place

The room was very clean and had an amazing view from the balcony. The owner Milan was an amazing host. He didn't speak much English but was able to converse. He was very helpful. Booked a cab for us for going to the national park, arranged for vegetarian food and breakfast. He even dropped us at the bus stop when we were leaving. Definitely recommend his place!!!!!!

The location near the Plivitce lakes allow us to arrived there early in the morning ( and we discovered after that this is the key to visit them!). We have kitchen included for preparing our breakfast and our lunch to take away. Confortable room with all the necessary

Very good location, close to the 2nd entrance to Plitvice lakes (3 minutes by car). Hosts are extremely nice and helpful. Clean room, well equipped kitchen. I recommend this place!

We stayed there for one night on the way to Plitvickie. Owner is extremely nice, room was clean. We could use the kitchen what is always an advantage. There is a parking place at the property. It is close to Plitvickie, in the very green area. I wish I could stay longer.

it was ok

The owner seemed very nice and friendly. We only stayed one night, the location is very convenient because it's very close to the Plitvice Lakes. The surroundings were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very nice and warm. The common area (kitchen and living room) was fully equipped. Everything was clean.

I don't think we get the room that we paid for because it didn't have a balcony and the bathroom was very small. I wanted to pay at the arrival to have time if there is any problem with the cash and coins. We couldn't and had to pay in the morning (when we really needed to be on time) so in the end, we didn't get back the change...
