staff was excellent i stayed 10 days and felt like a home Specially there was a gentleman in reception named Miguel Amtunes such a helpful person

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. My check-in time was listed as 3pm, and I booked and paid for a room in advance. I was traveling from another country and my flight arrived at midnight, so I arrived at the hotel at approximately 2:30am. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff member on the reception desk refused to check me in and told me to come back in the morning. I explained that I had already paid for my stay and simply wanted to get my room key, but he insisted that it was not check-in time. After a 10-minute argument, he finally relented and gave me my room key with an angry face. I was extremely disappointed with this experience and found the staff member's behavior to be rude and unprofessional. This was my first and last stay at this hotel, and I would not recommend it to others.

The balcony at the room

The bed was awful. Walls seem like paper it is very noisy, i could not sleep. The breakfast is very basic and it feels like a game, you have to search the whole dining room for everything. 1 chair in a double room with balcony we couldn't sit outside together.

Very friendly and helpful staff!! And its also located in front of a very beautiful park.

The breakfast was getting worser day by day. Other then that there wasnt anything that we didnt like.

Horrible, please let the owner or manager know, do not give false advertising.

So bad that I won't even touch anything there. Lack of hygiene.

The place is near the train station, awfully noisy. As you sit at the breakfast or dinner replace mot so comfy due to many illegal activities around the corner. The staff are very unprofessional not greet the guest they look very bad good or do you a free favour. All above I will not recommend anyone to that place at all, and money piece wise was a waste of time.

To be honest i don't recommend that place for tourist or with family members

i did not like anything Place is not safe for family or tourist . It don't look the same apartment on booking .com . All of us were shocked and surprised about that place.

Nothing even the environment is not good. for example you cant go in the toilette or the bathroom where the door is not locked properly and you need to share both of them with another guest.
