The bed was comfortable enough and the breakfast was decent.
Our room was ok but not in very good shape. The shower curtain rod was held up with a string and a zip tie and the shower basin was quite stained brown - didn't look very inviting for a shower. We discovered after coming back to our room in the evening that there were no light bulbs in any of the lamps in the bedroom. The only light we had was the bathroom light.
I had paid for the "romantic package" which in the pictures showed rose petals on the bed and said it came with a bottle of sparkling wine. There we no rose petals and no wine. I mentioned it to the front desk when we first arrived and he was very apologetic and I guess he just thought we wanted the double bed instead of single beds so he changed our room. Still no rose petals or wine. I mentioned it again as we were going out for the evening and he seemed stressed out by this. In the morning, I mentioned the romantic package again and they finally just gave me the extra 35€ back. That was fine with me and honestly with the state of the place there was no romance anyway. Certainly not somewhere I would return.

Location was fantastic, just outside the old square. Good breakfast, with fruit, yoghurt, breads and some hot options too. Room was big and everything worked okay. Decent air-conditioning too. Had the worlds smallest balcony, but I wasn't expecting any outside space so a bonus! Pool area is small, but always got a lounger when required. Staff were polite and always on reception if needed.
The walls are very thin, can hear everything in the surrounding rooms.

Stayed in Hotel before so knew what to expect - room cleaned daily - bathroom fully equipped- shower and bath area great - price good
Not much wrong - it ticked all the boxes for our requirements

do not book this hotel!!! the only good thing about this hotel is the silence!
the hotel is awful! doesn’t deserve 3 stars: mold in the bathroom, dirty towels, cobwebs

I love staying at the Colina do Mar. breakfast was excellent with options for both my partner and I. Staff was very helpful and gave me lots of tips about Lisbon. Location is great is just on a little hill but close to everything and in a quiet street.
The lift is too small you really have to squeeze to fit 2 people with bags in it.

Great location, very helpful staff and a comfortable room and bed. Quiet.
The soft soap dispenser in the shower did not work and despite mentioning it a number of times it remained that way. We carried small bars of soap, that we had picked up on our trip, which helped. However, if We left them out the cleaners removed them.

wry dirty , bed mattress were to old for sleep , uncomfortable

The staff, location and size of the bedroom were great. We didnt have any teabags, milk or coffee included in our room despite having a fridge and kettle but that's not a dealbreaker I suppose. The room was simple but good enough for a short stay if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep. Breakfast, albeit basic, was included in the price which was nice.
The hygiene was not fully up to scratch when we moved in. There were ants and there was dust on the floor and furniture - you could tell the cleaning was sloppy. But to be 100% fair to them, once we asked for it to be cleaned everything was sorted out without any hassle. On balance, for the price, this was a good enough stay, just make sure you have a proper inspection of the room when you first check in.

Rooms nice and clean. Nice breakfast enough choices. Friendly staff lovely pool. Really convenient for the old town. Although be aware it is up a hill if you aren’t very mobile.
No plugs by bedside in our particular room. Nothing to be able to dry a towel or swimwear on the tiny balcony.

Right in the city center
It's right in the city center and if you have to park during the summer it is a nightmare. Perfect location if you are not with the car.
Breakfast was very bad.
Room old, cleaning and towels were not the best
8.0
Location so close to square and beach. Beds very comfortable
The bar was not opened
5.0
The rooftop with pool
It just about a 3 star hotel.
It was noisy, even by staff. Elevator was beeping at all the time even unnecessarily every time when reached any level of the 4.
