The room in the hotel was clean, beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was offered with a large selection of dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking around the city center.
No negative comments, I liked everything
4.1
cozy hotel, pleasant staff
nothing to dislike, they warned in advance that restaurant is closed, but I rarely eat in the same hotel anyway. Plenty of choices across the street for dinner btw.

Tratamiento de 10, habitaciones grandes e impecables

Staff were pleasant. Food was fine. One room was fine.
Room 205 had a fan in bathroom which didn't turn off. The toilet cistern kept filling and a smell of smoke was in the bathroom. When I complained in the morning I was told they could not compensate me in any fashion, as I had booked through booking, com. This will mean my not booking with you in the future as I just have to accept an unacceptable level of service.

Perfect location right in the centre of the village.Good parking at back of building. Breakfast was lovely as were the staff working in the breakfast room. Would definitely go back again.

The receptionist was nice to deal with
No record of booking which meant hassle at check in.
Poor service in restaurant, slow and uncoordinated even though it wasn't too busy.
Below average food yet above average prices. Badly cooked shop-bought oven chips and a chicken burger in a burnt but with no side salad was €16. Half of the muscles on the seafood platter had not opened after cooking - a bad sign.

Perfect location, very friendly staff, lovely rooms.

The reception were lovely, and were very accommodating to our groups size. There was a change in rooms and they were happy to accommodate. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Glengarriff opposite the Blue Pool which is a great spot for swimming.
The service in the restaurant could have been better for the evening meal. We were left unattended for 30 minutes or so after we finished our second course, the plates were not cleared and we had to ask at the bar to pay.

The room was as expected and overall clean, the bathroom too. The hotel is very central.
I did not use the tea/coffee facilities in the room as I did not find the kettle very clean. The fire alarm went off at 10:30pm during the first night and the lady there had no idea how to stop it so we had to handle the horrible sound for 25min until my husband got to speak to the company who explained to him how to silence the system. I understand we were the only customers in the hotel but I found the breakfast charges quite high: we were charged 38 euros for 2 days and the breakfast included only 2 fried eggs/mushrooms/coffee (and 1 banger for a child).
