Jako baza wylotowa na bardzo krótki pobyt jest ok.

Obiekt bardzo blisko starówki. Łazienka w pokoju. WiFi, kawa i herbata, niestety brudne naczynia.

Niestety brudno, pościel niedoprana i nieświeża, kurz na drzwiach i cokołach, na szczęście nic nas nie pogryzło.

Абсолютно все! После оплаты бронирования, с трудом в темном дворе нашла этот печальный объект. Звонка при входе нет, дверь закрыта, возможность попасть внутрь отсутствует. Спустя полчаса звонков на контактный номер, мне сообщили что свободных мест нет и я ошиблась. Последующие 30 минут я так же просила администратора хотя бы выйти ко мне и разобраться в ситуации. В итоге - никто не вышел, я безумно замерзала, телефон полностью сел за полтора часа моих звонков в поддержку и в сам отель. Категорически не советую!

Poor

First of all, the parking fee is 10 euros per day. Even a small car (like a Golf) had trouble fitting in the driveway. We were greeted by a very drunk woman who does not speak English, only Russian. Fortunately, at least her son spoke English on the phone. Refrigerator and microwave are shared. But the room we were given was terrible. The appearance roughly matched the photos, but the cleanliness did not. The painting above the bed was splattered with something. And worst of all, there was a strong smell of urine and old people like a boarding house. This was the worst thing, so we immediately rented another accommodation facility, much better, although 4 km from the center. I strongly do not recommend this place.

for this price there are better options in Riga. I suggest to take a room a bit far from the center but more comfortable

it is quite close to the origo shopping center and central station.

when you cross the gate before the entrance of the building the street is very dirty and a bit scaring in the nigth. The room is like in the picture but very dirty, furthermore in the room there was a very bad taste that make me and my girlfriend a bad headache.

Very good

Very small place, but all is clean and also owner have thinked about rooms design. Very hart of the city centre but outside voices is not coming in because its on courtyart location. Free tee and coffee, fridge and microwawe with shearing other guests.

Cold was a bit, heating was allready out and not possible to turn it in.

Stay away!!!!

Stay away from this place! Drunk lady from reception almost lost my credit card, unlocked my room while I was out and left my backpack in the middle of the corridor unattended for hours and gave my room to another person...without an explanation. I ended up without a place to sleep in the middle of the night and having to call the police. Even the money has not been returned to me.

Nice for one person, really short stay.

The lady, who welcomed me was really nice and gave me instructions about where what stays/ how it’s used. The location was perfect, although it’s a little bit hard to find it at first, didn’t see it as a problem. The interior was cute. Really good Wi-Fi.

The bathroom looked clean at first look, but wasn’t, and you cannot walk around in the room with bare feet, because you collect dirt from the floor. I was scared to use the towels, because there was something like hairs? They might have been washed with a pullover or something that leaves “hair” from its material, so when you wash yourself and try to dry afterwards, it goes on you. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. The place was nice, but wouldn’t stay for more than one day just because of the discomfort I feel when everything on both sides of the walls is being heard and the mould in the bathroom.

For 30-35 euro I think can find a better place where to stay..Sorry Jula.. Just honesty and truth..

Location and peace in this place are plus to book a room here.. BUT..

So dirty bathroom my eyes don’t seen for long time.. And my bed did squeaky sounds every single time when I tried turn from one side to other( good when I don’t came there with someone.. (You can imagine our sounds plus beds sounds together..😂😂..) Also something is wrong quite often with outdoors technology systems.. They don’t work always like needed…. 2 last mornings from my staying i had problems to get out from this hotel.😂😂. because I can’t open outdoors..😂😂

Exceptional

The location-centre, near the old town. Entrance to hotel from nice iner yard, (see photo in the hotel pictures), decorated with antique bicycle and flowers. Quiet room, no problem check in 12pm midnight!

Horrible, I dont recomend to stay there!

location was ok

very dirty rooms. The trash from the guests who was there before (alcohol bottles, etc.) had not been removed, smelly towels, mold everywhere, a broken toilet bowl and peeling wallpaper. I was there for a couple of hours, I would never stay there overnight!

Do not choose this place.

The location is good.

The receptionist or the landlady who received us was an alcoholic. She was also having an argument and physical fight with some guy, as it could be heard while we were in our room. The beds were dirty.
