Du choix très bien

Très bon accueil, chambres très propres, emplacement idéal avec parking privé. Le restaurant de la plage est excellent et le petit déjeuner complet avec une vue magnifique.
Peut être un petit bémol, le coin piscine n'est pas très grand.

Great facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Slightly isolated from centre and so a car or taxi is required.
Location as above, but on the whole very satisfied.

Clean room!! Quiet outside during night.
Rather small bathroom, but nice shower.

the location is nice
We stayed for 2 nights, despite this beautiful location, the staff were very unprofessional: the 1st day while checking in, the lady said we have access to the spa but only after 5:30 it is available for kids;
the 2nd day another person at the reception said that we don’t have access to the spa and we have to pay 12 euro per person;
the 3rd day, my mom went to the spa, for about an hour and a half, but while checking out, the lady asked for half day spa which is 25 euro; i tried to explain to her that every day someone tells us a different story, but she was so mean, so I paid and left.
the outside swimming pool was not hot, especially the one for the kids, it was so cold even though they mentioned that the swimming pool is heated.

Beach, Restaurant, Kingsise Bed, Sheets & Pillows quality, Spa & Thalasso, Massages'Team ... Gorgeous Place !!
Bath Tub dangerous... I hit the back of my head on the marble sink when I lay down in the Bath Tub
All the armchairs in the panoramic restaurant have very very damaged armrests, even the leather in pieces. This is not very 4 star HOTEL !!

Excellent view; very close to sea.
A bit weird that you have to pay for the beds at the sea, given the price of the room.

Fabulous view from the restaurant.
Breakfast was exceptional - every day.
Friendlier staff would have been appreciated.

No muesli at breakfast. paying for sun loungers at beach

Well placed, calm, friendly, attentive staff quick with solutions when something was needed.
With 2 pools (unfortunately one is a little bit too deep for some reason), the pool for kids is alright and has a great grippy surface although outside caution is recommended to avoid falls.
Great views from the restaurant at the roof level.
Rooms are nice, safes are big enough to fit around 3 standard laptops, seems well noise isolated..
Breakfast is quite good.
Room cleaning is also good but some small details might be less acceptable for some guests.
Beach access and overall beach is pretty good..
Lifts can get busy and stairs aren't easily an answer.
The room door does hit a bit hard and might be felt in other rooms. Some finitions aren't top but considering the recent times it's somewhat understandable.
Room cleaning is also good but some small details might be less acceptable for some guests..
I do have 2 bigger complaints that have nothing to do directly with the hotel.
Lot of small glass bottle pieces at the beach.
Tons of mosquitoes in the region, while somewhat exceptional it was a huge drawback in the experience as a whole and makes questioning if worth a 2nd visit and/or recommendation.
The amount of stagnant water in the area but also the garden watering on passages and sidewalks aren't a good help.

location
family room at 5th floor right under the kitchen. noise stoppa at 23:30 and starts at 6:00…
noise: cutlery, pan…falling on the floor, tray and door banging…
cannot understand why they installed a family room right under a kitchen, close to lift….
i told reception about it.

vue sur la mer..
The personnel was really not very nice. I called ahead because I had covid and wanted to find out if I would have a problem because I had 2 vaccinations and recovered from covid a month before. I felt they could have been nicer and more human. Instead they treated me like I've never been vaccinated in which case was not possible to be vaccinated. I did not appreciate the way they then treated even my kids at the pool for a full 10 mins then shutting it because there only a woman with her boy. They closed the pool way earlier than indicated and we could not even order food from the restaurant because we did not pre-reserved. Honestly ... what a welcome to have guests in your hotel .. we ended up going to a restaurant who allowed me to go in with my valid certificate. Shame on the hotel.

The building has been renovated. the rooms were very comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was excellent with an amazing view.
We weren’t able to charge our electric car at the hotel because other customers took those parking places.

seafront views and tranquility (out of season)
twenty minute wait for check-in. nobody seemed to care that several people were waiting for service.

all good easy going
Internet is very bad, this a big issue and is not the frist time

Everything but not the restaurant, was very good.
The restaurant food was good quality , but the menu is very limited, and in particular for breakfast, no variants for main breakfast dishes, always the same. For lunch and dinner – also , if we plan to stay for more than 5 days, we need to order the same dishes ( for the restaurant on the beach as well). The quality of fresh fruits in same cases was under a question.

Close proximity to the beach.
Balcony & view, car park access terrific. Staff very friendly & welcoming, quiet considering there were a lot of apartment buildings.
The buffet b'fast weird in a pandemic environment where I saw people touching food with their hands!! I would've preferred table service & guests help themselves to hot drinks from the machines.
Air cond wasn't cool enough.

We enjoyed our stay.
Our family room was nice but too small
3.5 / 5.0
+ Proximity to the beach & port
+ Free and big parking
+ Nice view from the room and restaurant
- Extra cost to use SPA
- Expensive restaurant
- Lack of information about the swimwear (I got message from the hotel after reservation that a typical boxer for swimming was OK but I had to buy another one to enter the SPA)
