schöner Kurzaufenthalt in einem guten Hotel

Lage des Hotels und Frühstück waren sehr gut, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr schönes Einzelzimmer mit Balkon, zentrale Lage auch gut für die Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel

kleiner enger Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

Insgesamt hatte ich von einem vier Sternehotel mehr erwartet.

Besonders die gute Lage und das gute Frühstücksbuffet haben mir gefallen.

Der nicht funktionierende Zimmersafe sowie der Umstand, dass der Rezeptionist gleichzeitig die Funktion eines Barkeeper wahrnahm. Die Einrichtung war außerdem nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt

Das Hotel war sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und auch von Fragen nicht genervt. Alles in allem sehr schön 😁

Leider ist die Geräuschkulisse vor dem Hotel nicht sonderlich schön. Etwas laut. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts! Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind dann ist es absolut auszuhalten.

Zentrales Hotel mit herausragendem Service

Seit einigen Jahren das Hotel unserer Wahl, wenn wir in der Stadt sind. Absolut zuvorkommendes Personal, proaktiv. Preise völlig ok, Tiefgaragenplatz ebenso. Empfehlen die Buchung des Deluxe Zimmers. Wasserkocher sowie Teespezialitäten auf dem Zimmer. Moderne Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Späti sowie Restaurants innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar.

- Achtung, Badezimmer in einfacher Kategorie haben Glasschiebetüren. Damit kann nicht jeder umgehen ;) - Laustärke kann nachts etwas höher sein - aber dessen sollte man sich in einem Hotel mit solch einer zentralen Lage bewusst sein

Very nice hotel, great parking, breakfast and rooms..

Nice appartment, clean, airconditioning, good parking facilities. Everything was new and clean.

Very busy outside of hotel during night. Nightclubs and drunk people, not the best for a family with small children.

Exceptional

The hotel was nicely decorated with good facilities. The breakfast was very good and for a very reasonable price. Location is perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, often going out of their way to anticipate your needs. Would highly recommend.

Excellent if you need a central location. Acceptable in all other cases.

Centrally located however somewhat difficult to reach by car. Parking cramped but not to a degree that would leave it un-useable. Breakfast good, slightly overpriced. Room comfort good, room quiet. Room could be a bit bigger howerver given the location is fully acceptable.

Room and bath size not great but sufficient.

First and last time!!!!

we arrived pretty late and we‘re welcomed by an employee which told us was new(which appears very strange to me that the Hotel let’s new employees run a nightshift completely alone without experience) we had two bookings and wanted to pay separately. First the Person at the reception charged my colleague for my room and the other way around, the same happened with the rooms even when he assured that the rooms assigned are the correct ones from everyones booking… I booked a deluxe double room, once I came into the room I discovered that this room was far from what the Hotel advertises on Booking.com furthermore the Room was really cold and the heating wouldn‘t start up properly as it was past 11 pm already… as it was late I decided to keep the room and not go back to the reception to change the room. this morning we checked out with Magdalena who discovered that the booking from my colleague was charged double and in the beginning she told us that an immediate refund doesn‘t work which actually turned out to be possible. she started to discuss that the pictures on the Website are just an example on how the room could be, i explained that if the pictures online are just an example the rooms should at least be close to the example, instead the room was really old and „consumed“. I am really disappointed from the Hotel and the service especially because our complaint wasn‘t taken serious and just turned down and not even a compensation was offered or even considered by any of the employees…It was our first an definitely our last!

Horrible, they were very impolite at the reception, when we got to the room it smelled, if we opened the window we could hear noise from the street. right next to it is the red street.. We parked in the garage where we paid €10 for the whole night, their parking would have cost €14. It was the worst hotel we've ever been to!

Good. I recommend this hotel and will come back to it.

The location is great for using public transportation.By foot about 10 min to the main station and 5 minutes to the central hub of the city. The rooms have a water kettle and nice bath. The stuff is also professional. It is rather quiet even tough it is situated next to a tram station and some bars.

The slow elevators are a bit annoying.

Good enough for two nights.

Location was good. Room was clean.

Didn't realise Breakfast was in another hotel up the road. Gave it a miss. Check in was slow considering I had pre-booked and paid in advance. TV did not work. I complained to reception and gave me a different remote control to try. Still didn't work. Didn't have time to waste trying to sort this out. On leaving I explained and the desk said sorry.

terrible stuff! receptionist lady was so rude, arguing and fight with me and my husband. no housekiping service . balcony was very dirty from birds. no double bed available ,single beds moving apart and so soft. carpet so dirty . so high price . never come back!
