Good location for the tram. Good-sized room with useful USB ports.

It is not obvious that the restaurant is only for half-board guests. Booking.com says there is a snack bar; there isn't.

Very good

The breakfast was nice. The check-in and check-out processes were wery easy. The room was comfortable. All the essentials were there.

The location is in the outskirts of the town and not very easy to access without a car. My room was close to the reception and to the restaurant, which made it quite noisy even at relatively late hours.

Bad experience..

There was a lady staff who said I took water bottle in the dining room.. other staff woman or waitress told her I just had water from the bottle already placed there.. very unfortunate.. it was really a bad feeling. I don't know her name but was not at all comfortable when she was around.. other staff along with main receptionist were very polite and helpful. .. Secondly no water for drinking.. only if you pay .. really bad for so much paid for a night and no water. Bathroom and commode were of oldest version I remember for 160$ property. Per night

Great place to stay during your Elbe tour or Dresden visit

From the outside, the hotel has a funny 90s vibe, looks like a cheap dirty motel. But inside, everything is comfortable, pleasant and tidy. The staff was very helpful, although nobody could speak english. Good opportunity to practice your german, though :) The breakfast was pretty good, too. They have safe bicycle storage room, which comes in handy for bike travellers, such as myself.

The dinner food was not great, but as I arrived late, they kindly served me food even after official closing hour. So maybe that was just leftovers :)

Very good

Check-in went swiftly and without any hassle. The view from my room is for the location in Radebeul nice.

I stayed in Apartment 6, which is located under the roof. Not a problem at all if there would be sufficient head clearance when sitting on the toilet and getting in and out from the bed.

Only a few rooms were non-smoker. The hotel smells like a smoker's paradise.

Hot and not worth its price.

Girls working in the bar were very nice.

It was extremely hot in the room in the attic and the reception refused to provide at least a fan. I had to buy one myself in OBI store just around the corner to survive in the room at all. Big hotel wit conference room and with rooms in the attic doesn't have one fan for 15 euro. Unbelievable.

Plenty of parking

We booked the hotel on the basis it had a restaurant but on arrival was told it only opened for breakfast! We then had to get a taxi into the local town to get dinner. The hotel itself is in a run-down industrial estate and has clearly seen better days
