Alles wunderbar. Lecker Abendgegessen. Schönes Hotelgelände. Gutes Internet für Home Office.
Gibt nichts zu kritisieren

Friendly staff, breakfast was okay
Rooms are not very clean, furnishing quite 80th

lovely welcome and nice clean rooms with very good WiFi. lots of parking and attentive staff. at reception you could get a warm drink that is a fab idea
the food can improve. there was only a Christmassy buffet that evening. ok gave it a try. although it tasted ok it was by far too expensive. 21 euros for a buffet main course, not reasonable. 5 euros extra for a starter 5 euros extra for a dessert and 5 euros extra for a bowl of soup. they were all ok but not special or worth the asked money. some options I could not take as they looked already dried out from the heat lamp. as much as they tried the atmosphere in the room was not Christmassy.
for breakfast it would be nice to have other warm options than eggs maybe bacon or baked beans etc. the cold platters were nearly empty when we came down at 8:30.

Staff is ok, location is good
I have booked 3 single rooms, but shocked when staff have us apartment rooms outside the hotel building and one room with outside bathroom !! The other rooms one without heater and the other with broken blackout

Breakfast was good for middle level hotel but not for "Plus" hotel as is in the name of hotel but morning personal was very kind and some time it is more important as how much and different is food.

Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast.

Breakfast, Location
No cups and coffee refill in the room, could be cleaner in details

Coffee machine wasn't working properly and only dispensed a limited number of drinks. Cutlery and plates/bowls were not cleaned properly. Hot food was limited to scrambled eggs only. It looked like the hotel was short staffed.
No staff present on arrival.Sauna and spa should have been open but wasn't, disappointing me and other guests. My room badly needed maintenance - the chain on the door broke trapping me inside, and the coffee mug provided leaked from the base.

The dinner we had in the evening was not only reasonable priced but the portions were huge and it tasted fantastic. Super service from the waiter as well.
We asked for balconies if possible which was confirmed to us that both rooms would have. None of them did. Upon arrival it turned out that we did not stay close or even in the same building so our children would have to sleep in one room in one building and us parents in another building. Luckily the electricity did not work in one of the rooms so we got moved to another building where we got two new and much nicer rooms (however still without balconies). We brought our dog along with us and were informed that we had to pay EUR 10 which was fine with us but were charged with EUR 20. The waiter who not only worked like a horse and all by himself in the evening was also the one who fixed the new rooms for us. 10 stars to him and had it not been because of his performance I would have given this hotel/hostel zero stars. The breakfast was terrible and had it not been because it was included in the price we would have asked for money back. Almost nothing available and what they had was barely worth touching.

Purely. Quiet
Not a bad hotel for an overnight stay. Far from 4 stars! Budget 3 star hotel. There is no water in the room! There is no minibar! The beds are not comfortable! The breakfast is very poor!

Loved the little Biergarten that they had made. We ordered The plate with meat for 2 persons, and it was amazingly good, even a bit too much.
Good breakfast, only a little bit understaffed, so could be even better!

Beds were comfy.
A lot can be improved. When we arrived at the announced time (16:00) the room wasn’t ready. When it was ready we noticed it hadn’t been cleaned properly (waste baskets not emptied, tissues not filled, cups missing, old sachets from previous guests were lying on desk opened, pillow missing etc. When we told staff about this ( that it was a bad thing especially during covid) they cleaned a little but still not everything was solved. The other people in our party had similar problems. Also the hallways were full of dirty cups etc from cleaning and piles of laundry ( this was still the case at 9pm).

Fair location, air conditioning
There goes the long list:
1. We arrived at around 14 PM. on the website was stated that we could check in at 13 PM. our room wasnt ready. The receptionist tried to appologise saying they are understafed. They tried to get the room ready as soon as posible as they said.
2. As we entered the room the carpet was obviously not vacuum-cleaned. The bathroom waste bin was still being occupied by dirty diapers from the previous stayers. Above it a nice cloud of fleas was gathering up.
3. The make-up mirror in the bathroom was missing a screw and almost felt down on us.
4. The minibar fridge was not functionig.
5. To rate such a room 5 stars is a gross overstatement. Without all the above mentioned drawbacks it wouldnt deserve more than 3 stars
Final words: nie wieder!!!
