Very friendly welcoming staff at reception and the cleaning team
1.0
The best thing you can say about the room was that it was clean but it was clean with toxic chemicals that gave us all headaches and stunk for 4 days straight.
Staying at the Pallau Green Village was an ordeal from start to finish. Reception was unresponsive when our flight was delayed meaning we couldn’t check in until after 8pm. The best thing you can say about the room was that it was clean but it was clean with toxic chemicals that gave us all headaches and stunk for 4 days straight. The beds were uncomfortable, bedding and towels like sandpaper. Zero servicing of the room. You’re not allowed to use any of the kitchen facilities lest you be charged 100 euros for a cleaning fee. It was great to see proper recycling but there is zero instruction on what they want you to actually do with the 4 different bins with bags lying around. If the Pallau Green Village had been half the price it might have been tolerable but for the price we paid you’re better off camping. Palau in general is a charmless crappy town so just avoid it all together.

Location. Has a small kitchen as well.
It's not a good choice for couples. Many families with kids so quite noisy. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The wifi was unusable which is a shame these days.

everything was perfect, easy and friendly staff, great location. I would definitely repeat
wifi, but it has been something consistent in Italy in general when not in a 4 star hotel or above. I have to say that in 2023 this should not be an issue and after COVID with all of the remote work that is going on a good internet (speed and connectivity) should be default everywhere. other than this it was fantastic

Very helpful staff especially Marina. Highly recommend the place. Also very helpful in advising places to visit in the area.

Friendliness of the staff. Very helpful..
WiFi quality / connection could have been better

Good facilities and lovely pool.
All good.

Beautiful, peaceful location.. very clean & tidy. The cafe is a nice touch.
Staff are very friendly & helpful..
Would definately recommend to everyone.
Great value.
Could have done with smaller saucepans, rather than the 2 huge ones & 1 small one.
Visiting when we did, smell from the recycling bins in the apartment wasn't a big issue, but in the summer it must be awful & must be a fly issue too.

Spacious apartment, clean, close to city center and port (10-15minutes).
Nice garden&pool areas.
Friendly staff, they gave us a lot of information about the area.
Breakfast is on request (as I understood) but there is a cafe inside with excellent croissants and cappucino.
Pay attention to the fact that this place is SELF CATERING so nobody is changing your sheets, towels, you have to sort and throw away your garbage.
The pillow is not comfortable, I woke up with very bad back pain.
Weak wi-fi, always disconnecting.
The smell in the room is somehow wet and moldy.

very nice hotel, view on the pool is amazing
a little bit old electrical outlets

Decent appartement.
English of the staff was not great. Lack of basic cooking supplies such as salt, pepper and oil.

good location, nice pool. Good for a short stay
staff was not flexible about the check-in and taking the garbage out. Reception hours are very strict. Wi-Fi is terrible
4.5
Spacious and clean apartments, with a great location. It was only a short walk to the beach, so we didn't even use the pool, but it looked lovely. We were traveling with our dog (a golden retriever), and they were very accommodating.

Location, green environment,
Overall friendly staff … but:read on
-walls are transparent - you hear ever word in the other appartement
--the heating /van installation didn’t work only to cool the place more down (in October it gets cold in the evening)
-no WiFi in the room and no motivation to fix it from the staff (lots of excuses that it had never been an issue before and therefore it must be the costumers fault- service was (apparently) called but with the same response - however there was no signal in the room-the router was probably too far away and didn’t reach the studio- so in this case service and customer friendliness in terms of honesty, motivation and transparency is not satisfactory
-communication issues
due to a late arrival they did their best to leave a note ( room number and map glued to the window at the front office), which was nice- just prior to the flight- the information how to go about and gaining access to the room (due to late arrival-and no staff occupancy after 8pm) - needed numerous emails and phone calls-
(Automated emails were sent by them multiple times without taking into account what was written back from me- That was very confusing-and demanded again multiple phone calls- since non of my responses were taken into account- later to be said that booking must have sent those mails (really?)-
That leads to the question how much they are willing to admit their own room of improvement
-a deposit of 100 Euro in cash is demanded upon arrival-many guest didn’t know about it

Location is perfect and staffs are very kind and nice here. We arrived at 1 am. Since the reception was already closed, the staffs prepared the envelope with key and map to our room in it, which is very cute! They also recommended us some famous restaurants in town which turned out pretty good! Bikes are also free to use here.
All is good.
3.5
The apartment was good having most of the necessary things - bathroom with shower, kitchen with fridge, stove, dishes and cutleries. It also has a nice terrace with table and chairs to enjoy apero in the evening. Air-conditioning works good even though a bit old and noisy. Stuff is friendly and welcoming - we were able to checkin earlier than the check in time - 1pm, and also check out at 11am. Location is good if you come by car. Otherwise, you will need to walk 20-25 min to a good beach.
First of all, towels are not provided, so you either take your own towels or you can rent towels for 10 euros/person. Secondly, the beach that is supposed to be 150m is not really a beach in a normal way. This is a beach for dogs officially. So, if you want a nice more organized beach then you would need to walk about 15 min and about 20-25 min to a bigger one. One more thing, the sofa in our apartment was pretty dirty and old. So, I don't know how anyone can actually sleep on it when it's not really pleasant to even sit on that sofa. Every time you come from outside it is a bit smelly in the apartment, a bit humid. Overall, price-quality ratio was not good.

The location was good, and the staff assisted with an early check in as well as arranging a taxi to the airport. Additionally, the staff were very informative about things to do and see!
You had to rent towels which I am not used to. The office hours (0900-1300 & 1630-1930) made things a little more difficult to coordinate.

Location was ok and pool was decent
Uncomfortable mattress and noisy bed frame.
No bathroom towels included in the price.
A/C remote broken.
4.0
Good location
Spacious apartment
Comfortable bed
I don't think they can do much about it and we didn't raise at the time but there were quite a few ants that were coming in the apartment from the balcony
