brekfast was terrible

The hotel is comfortable and is suitable for a good vacation near the sea
The light in the bathroom was very poor and there were not handles in the bathtub to avoid sliping specially for elderly people

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Hotel Del Levante. The pool leading onto the beach is really beautiful and well maintained. The private beach area is also very well looked after. The staff were all exceptional, from the guys at the pool to the reception staff and all the waiters. The children's dance in the evening was a highlight.
There is a huge lack of local taxi's and if you are luckily enough to get one they are very expensive. You really need a car if you want to eat out as there are only 2 other restaurants in walking distance.

Food at dinner & breakfast were fine.
The room was very basic, poor lighting and dated although everything worked. We felt as though we were staying in a curtesy room because we were only staying for one night. I am sure with a better room the experience would have been much better.

The pool and beach were amazing. The nearby restaurant Dubonnet was exceptional, walking distance. Staff from the bar, breakfast and pool were super nice.
Really disappointing hotel. It promotes itself as 4 stars and doesn’t even offer toiletries. It’s like an 80s hotel with an amazing pool and beach but the rooms are average. The bathrooms look decades old and the icing on the cake was the public bathroom like soap dispenser. The reception staff was terrible, not one smile, cero willingness to help you for anything. Breakfast had a lot of food but mainly bread and pastries, nothing special.

the view, beach access and amount of sun beds plus shade available.
luckily the five coaches were out on trips daily so plenty room for us.
the location was some way from ‘the town’ with few alternatives for eating and drinking nearby. The bar area was not very atmospheric .

Small room and breakfast only inside

The hotel was spotlessly clean. Beautiful private beach and pool. The pool snack bar was great. Food and drinks reasonably priced. Staff went above and beyond to help. Breakfast was very nice.
Not much around the hotel, nearest place for restaurants and bars was about a 25 min walk down the beach or a taxi which was very expensive.

Private beach
Don’t waste your money, you will need another holiday after staying at this hotel. Claims to be four stars, struggles to be three. No consideration for public safety and Covid restrictions merely signage but not enforced. Noisy is the best summary of this hotel, an air-conditioning system that kept us awake all night, paper thin walls, hideous loud entertainment that went until the early morning every night. Staff are exhausted and petulant, at no point did we feel like valued paying customers, rather unwelcome. Management are cutting corners wherever they can, towels that were like table cloths, a double bed that was two singles pushed together that we fell through constantly, tired beach towels we had to rent. Breakfast and food generally, don’t bother. Beach location is the only plus but this hotel is totally over priced.

Beach access and pool areas were outstanding! The kids area was very neat as well with a mini water park and trampoline. Staff was super friendly and spoke English.
Small rooms, pool was a bit dirty, no towels available, and restaurant didnt seem to clear the tables from the night before for breakfast which I found odd.
