Perfect for a quick night and fantastic pool for the family. I would visit again.

Lovely pool and a good sized room

Thin walls so quite noisy and also ask for a 2nd pillow as only given 1.

Definitely not 4* in anyway. Some rooms are across a busy road and not in the actual hotel.

Close to beach

Property is very run down and rooms very dated. The bed was very uncomfortable and creaky with rough old bed linen. One member of staff was nice the others not so. Breakfast was awful. The choice was very limited and food left uncovered with flies.

Exceptional

The staff was fantastic as well as the facilities! Professionals and very welcoming staff! All you need is there to be taken! Swimmimg pool, short walk from the beach!

I wouldn’t stay there again but it’s not a bad hotel

Location was good Breakfast was fine and the staff there helpful Bedroom was ok en-suite cramped

Receptionist was unpleasant and seemed irritated. Apparently my dog was larger than they like so she initially said I couldn’t stay. Then relented but gave American a room right at the back of the hotel on the top floor. The hotel was virtually empty. Her manner was unpleasant.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday in Peschici

Location was great Breakfast was nice Plenty of parking (garage and outside) Pool was lovely Access to beach

The room was a bit dated, didn’t expect this from a 4 star hotel. There has been a little incident during our stay (not our fault). It has been handled amazingly by the Maitre but could have been handled in a much better way by some other staff.

No 4 stars, don’t book it is a rip off

The hotel is close to the beach and easy to access with the car. There is a car park which was quite crowded. The room was clean.

We were asked where we came from and replied Germany. The reaction was simply „silence“ no word and a quite uncomfortable silence. The room (EUR 174 for one night) was shown to us and also the „ocean view“. You could tell that the situation was not nice for the girl that showed the room. We have never seen that an employee left the room that quickly (left the door open) just to avoid questions or complaints. The hair dryer was not working (heating wire was hanging outside). Then we explored the hotel area. It was a nightmare. The time stopped 20 years ago. It was one of our honeymoon stays. We have been happy that we have left the other day. Ps.: the shuttle service to the city center is not free. Not even included in the high room price.

Location

This hotel is not a 4 star by any stretch of the imagination. It’s stuck in a time warp!Rooms furnishings old and tired. We paid €204 for 1 night! A rip off. Wall-mounted hairdryer from the ‘80s. Pool area with fake grass! Needs a complete revamp.

The perfect setting for a relaxed beach holiday

I loved the breakfast with much choice and very good bread which is rather unusual in Italy and excellent service. Although I didn't book for evening meals I ended up dining 3 out of 4 evenings in the hotel restaurant. Food and service were excellent and it was so much more relaxing than facing the crowds in Peschici due to corona. The location is very good to explore Gargano and the convenience store located at the other side of the room was very practical. There were always enough lounge chairs available around the beautiful pool. This is the kind of hotel people go back to year after year.

Some of the staff at the reception struggle with English and they may give the impression of being aloof and indifferent.

A great place for families.

Really great swimming pool and other sporting facilities - tennis, volleyball. Good breakfast. Shuttle service up the township- good choice of restaurants- can recommend Peter Pan. Very pretty at night. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help non-Italian speaking guests. Room was very comfortable and clean

The only complaint was the very loud music from the pool DJ from mid-morning, late afternoon and then shows in the evening till about 11pm.
