Very clean and modern with great facilities.

The cleaning staff were very loud and full on during the mornings. From about 9:30am onward they were banging on our door and doors around waking us up as we would sleep in later because we were on our holidays. Even with the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door they would bang and even entered the room twice on separate days to check why we didn’t want the room cleaned. They would also talk and laugh very loudly amongst each other, the walls and doors are not sound proofed in the slightest so this would also wake us up. I accept they want to finish their work as early as possible but they were just way too disruptive.

Lovely family run hotel

The pool area was lovely, small and quiet. The room was basic but very clean. The staff were wonderful and the food was some of the best we tasted in all of Nerja

Fun Hotel, best was the pool out the back with a beer after a day touring the town, good cafe/restaurant at the front with quich efficient service.

No Fridge or coffee making facilities in the room (communal kettle was available on our floor)

Outstanding people running La Ermita 10/10

Brilliant location and superb attentive staff. Food was super delicious and nothing was too much trouble. I have stayed in Nerja on many occasions now, but this is the best thus far. Can’t thank enough Juan and Anna for all there help and especially Leo who produced the best mixed fish and shellfish paella EVER !!! Thank you all at La Ermita for making our stay so very special

Gem of ahotel

This small hotel ,hostel! Is a little gem in. Nerj,right in the town ,but with a amazing pool, very ibiza looking, rooms very comfortable. And spotless, staff so friendly, they have everything you need ,second time here and loved it. You won't go wrong booking this hotel,oh and amazing restaurant.

The shower cabin was pouring water to the outside, the rubbers were out of place and holden against the wall. We had to fix it, rubbers and doors, but water come out one way or another.

A lovely pool downstairs, a good size compared to other pools we saw around which are often rooftop but small. The room was absolutely fine and spotless. We had no problems communicating with the staff despite having no Spanish ourselves and they went out of their way to understand us when they had little English. We loved that the locals come here to eat (it was packed for Sunday lunch) and to socialise (the local granny club meeting for cards). Very well located to the ALSA bus stops and a short 5 min walk to main squares in the town.

We had to relocate at the very last minute from another hotel so we were very lucky to find a room here in busy August/September. It ended up costing us more than our original booking but it was last minute. So for us the cost was more but I don't know how that compares under normal circumstances.

I strongly recommend this hotel and I’d stay again if I go back.

The location was great - 5 minutes walking from the bus stop, 2 supermarkets nearby, and 10 minutes from the El Balcón de Europa”. Very clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant and pool were great as well.
