Facilities and staff were amazing. Super comfortable and decent size room + breakfast. Staff super accommodating, we could leave our luggage before and after checking in / out without any issues.
You could hear other guests talking in their rooms and hallways at night, a bit disturbing.

*****Stay away from this hotel!*****
This hotel is super greedy. They are not using official exchange rate from Central Bank of Argentina (225ARS per 1 USD at the time of this writing). They give some excuses that they are able to use other rate to charge (450 ARS per 1 USD). I have traveled across Argentina and stayed at more than 10 different hotels and this has never happened anywhere else. They all use official rate provided by the Central Bank. Only this hotel tries to charge tourist more than they should. And when I mentioned it to the staff at the front desk, she did not give the reasons why and just said that they are using MEP rate to charge tourists
And don't trust anything they say. There is no such resolution from the Central Bank. On the same trip, I have stayed at large brand line NH hotels in Buenos Aires, 5-star hotel Posada Los Alamos in El Calafate, Hotel Poicenot in El Chalten, they all use official rate to charge tourists. This just shows how greedy this hotel is. Even one of their receptionist told me that he thinks the hotel is being greedy and unfair to tourist, he got fired a couple days after.

Dining room was surrounded by windows that looked out at the bay.
The room was nicely warmed before my arrival
Paper thin walls so constant talking and or snoring from the room next door

Very polite and thoughtful staff, ready to provide information and help us out whenever needed. We also got a room with a stunning view! Breakfast was complete and hotel very clean. The hotel is not located in the city center, but that for us was a plus as we appreciate the quietness. Hotel offers free transfers to-from the city at pre-appointed hours and moving around with a taxi is easy and cheap, when needed.
The room walls were apparently very thin, so you could here a lot of what went on in the adjacent rooms (snoring, talking, TV). We could still sleep very well because we were dead tired after hiking all day, but that was the only downside.

It had a nice view and there was a supermarket relatively nearby that you could go walking.
The breakfast was good overall, not the best we had in a hotel, but good enough.
Water from the shower would get super cold suddenly. Would go back and forth between hot and cold. We had to let it run for a very long time before getting into the shower to minimize this.
The schedules of the buses are pretty inconvenient; very few trips per day.
Staff was not that friendly compared to other places we stayed at.
The hotel does not allow to bring food from outside for "food safety" reasons; simply absurd.

Location is a little outside of town. The whole time I was here, it was dark, so I cannot really comment on the surroundings. Very spacious room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, etc. Great value in terms of amenities.
Parking was REALLY tough to figure out in the dark. It really seemed as though there simply was little to no parking at this location. As I had a rental car, this made it pretty tough to navigate, especially in the dark.

The Quietness of the hotel
Even though, I asked for a double room by phoning the hotel day before I arrive they didn’t care for it!

The room
The staff
The food
All minute details were incredible.
Tip for fellow travellers:
This is an excellent hotel made out of Wooden structures. We had been traveling to Ushuaia for Honeymoon. The staff arranged for a courtesy wine.
They gave us an upgrade for free (based on availability). We could check in early as our flight from Buenos Aires was early.
The food at Restaurant Tio Alberto was exceptional. We didn't feel the need to go out at night or choose an option outside.
The view from the Superior room was mesmerizing with the lake and mountains.
A free one way cab from Hotel to City centre was given as courtesy (it is 3kms from the centre).
The staff spoke both English and Spanish, the entire team was led by professionals to make your stay as comfortable as possible..
Can't appreciate enough how wonderful was the stay and how every single person of the hotel crew made our stay exceptional
