Good size bed and I appreciated the Mountain View in the room. Staff were polite
The hotel is overpriced for the quality of the facilities. The bathrooms must be renovated if charging 466 euros a night for bed and breakfast!! For me it seems greedy, they were in such bad condition and not a nice experience to use or shower. The water in the pool was not hot enough so I only used it once. Also spa please ensure there is always water, without fail the 4 times I went to use the sauna water had run out. One time I saw a lady and asked her to change and she did but it’s just so needed when people are using saunas and steam rooms. I’ve never written a review like this but I stay in a lot of nice hotels and I’m happy to pay the money. Here I felt I war ripped off. If the cost had been less even 250/300 eur per night (still a lot but it’s ski high season) I would have give a high rating.

Family room was very good, and a comfortable space. The view from the restaurant was lovely in the morning, looking out over the mountains and the busy ski lifts. The friendly staff were fantastic and helpful. We had a very nice time at the pool - it was nice and warm even though its an open air pool. Would visit again! Tignes is a great resort!
A little more choice for the kids menu. The breakfast was fantastic, but the evening meal was a little too exclusive and extravagant for my tastes, and would've prefered some simpler options.

Nice spa with reasonable pricing, excellent food in the set menu restaurant, friendly helpful staff who accomodated a very late check in quickly considering the time we arrived.
No parking which is fine as it is stated in the facilities, however no voucher from the hotel either, parking is very expensive in the car parks.
We had a loft suite which supposedly sleeps 5 people, I have no idea how that would work, luckily there was only two of us.

The hotel staff were really what made our stay exceptional. So many things happened on our trip and at each turn they were there to help/ provide amazing service. My friend and I went for my birthday and they sent up a bottle of sparkling wine and kept the spa/pool open slightly later at our request. Then my friend injured her knee the next day.. I can't drive so they helped me bring up breakfast to the room, drove us to the medical centre, and allowed us late checkout free of charge even though they were closing for the season. All with a smile and lots of support. Will definitely be coming back again!

We were met with a lovely warm welcome, being provided with welcome drinks during check in. The pool and spa facilities were fantastic after a day on the slopes and the food in the restaurant was superb. Would definitely return.
