Very nice place to stay, wonderful staff.

Beautiful landscaping, very pleasant, photogenic hotel. Quite low key if you like privacy away from the loud buzz of St Tropez. Hotel is very well located between town and beach and offers a great, fun and complementary shuttle service to both. Hotel has recently been renovated so overall comfortable and up to date with very nice touches all around. I had a large mezzanine suite with a large private terrace and balcony. Very quiet with quiet but efficient AC. What really stands out here is the Staff!!! I cannot insist enough how wonderful everyone was, from the restaurant to the manager to valet, to housekeeping… this really is a strong point for this hotel which makes it special and stand out. Friendly, personal, approachable, professional and discreet. Breakfast is really wonderful… not overdone, simple with original, delicious products and a great start to the day!

I felt it lacked a little atmosphere, limited facilities (not even sure there is a spa or gym or a partnership with a nearby beach unless I’m mistaken ?) Pool is a hazard and should really be readapted with non-slip steps or at least a ramp or bar to hold on to.. my mom was unable to go in… its small and very deep which is strange. The price is exorbitant for what it is, but i was there the busiest week in St Tropez.

Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel La Tartane. It was great having the. Courtesy van to take us where we needed. The reception also helped us with bookings while we were in Saint Tropez. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Saint-Tropez all the way!

Excellent 'Saint-Tropez'-vibe! Absolutely great hotel, recently renovated. The restaurant is very good! Compliments to the chef!

The rooms are a bit noisy, especially when you have a room above you. The people are very nice, especially at the pool but breakfast was a bit under par compared to the rest of the experience.

We will be back!

Excellent location to dip in and out of St Tropez or to Pampelonne Beach. The hotel provides and excellent shuttle service. The newly refurbished rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable with excellent bathrooms. we had excellent meals at the pool bar and restaurant with very friendly staff.

We didn’t take breakfast at the hotel - it looked very nice but was too expensive.

good place to chill out and with efficient shuttle service to town / beach picturesque pool area good pan-asian restaurant, surprising, talented and experienced Khmer chef

électif plugs didn’t work - no charging of phones / pads except you sleep with light no shower curtain so bathroom gets wet all over balcony door almost impossible to open / close worst was the relatively recent painting, both developed an allergy

If you like design, then this is the perfect little place. It is absolutely beautifully renovated, themed tropical french mixed with a touch of Caribbean. Every room has a distinct touch, overwhelmingly beautiful. The staff and service doesn't miss a thing, they pay attention to detail and treat you very welcoming with a warm and welcoming attitude. If you want style, a bit of peace and chill to some good tunes, then this is the place. Whether a night in with some amazing Asian fusion or a shuttle into town, La Tartane has it all!

Amazing

The staff and service was as good, if not better, than any top 5/6star hotel I have stayed at. Super attentive and friendly and accommodating in every way. Pretty pool and restaurant with lovely continental breakfast and Asian food in the evenings. A great boutique jewel in St Tropez surrounded by beautiful landscaping. the shuttle was so convenient along with the beach bags and towels provided and the concierge was awesome! Make sure you get concierge to book in advance of your trip all the beach clubs and lunch and dinner restaurants as it’s super hard to get bookings in prime summer.

The bedrooms and bathrooms definitely need renovating (of which they confirmed they are starting in sept 2021) there needs to be natural air and light coming into the bathrooms and bedrooms adding doors and windows with Mosquito screens to both so we can enjoy the fresh air as not good being in AC all the time . Also the toilet needs to be relocated away from the bed area. Too close For comfort ! It would be nice for the restaurant to offer classic French cuisine at dinner instead of Asian food (even tho very good) and a nespresso coffee machine in the room would be great too. Apart from that we are excited to see the renovated rooms and will definitely come back!!

The staff is very profesional, nice and helpful so I can give 10 points to the staff.

All would be good however there is very serious problem - the smell of mustiness in the rooms. It was bed already during our stay but after coming back home I discover that literely everything including not only cloths but also bags, cosmetic bags, shoes and glasses sacs and suitcases smell so bad of mustiness that I am very concern if it will go away. Until now I have made already double time the laundry and still all stinks very bedly. My remowa suitcases are probably not for reusing anytime soon ( if ever) and the worst are the dresses which are dry cleaning only. I am very worried if it will ever go away or I will have to just through away all my silk dresses :(((( I am very very worried about that and this is why sadly I cannot recommend this hotel.
