Easily one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. practically everything was great, and the value for money was outstanding in our case, even for Bali. Beautiful place, superb garden, tidy bungalows, cleanliness, great staff, helpful team.

One morning out of seven we found the breakfast bar untidy and almost empty, but this was a minor problem compared to all the other advantages. All in all, I highly recommend the accommodation.

Insgesamt wirklich ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhöltnis

Ein absolut toller Ort um mal richtig zu entspannen. Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte hier um eine nicht so weite Anfahrt zum Hafen Padang Bai zu haben (20 min mit dem Auto). Letztlich hätten wir aber auch noch gerne länger hier verweilen können. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Poolblick/Meerblick gebucht und waren rund um zufrieden. Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön direkt am Meer gelegen. Man kann mit direktem Meerblick frühstücken und den Wellen zuhören. Man hört die Wellen zwar in den Zimmern, was wir aber wirklich toll und entspannend fanden. Kein direkter Strandzugang, was wir aber im Vorhinein wussten und überhaupt nicht schlimm fanden, da man im Pool toll schwimmen konnte. Es gab sogar eine kleine Treppe runter direkt zum Meer, sodass man sich trotzdem im Meer abkühlen konnte, wenn man möchte (wobei die Brandung ziemlich stark ist). Entgegen vorherigen Google-Bewertungen schwimmte dort kein sichtbares Chlor. Die Fliesen im Pool waren zwar etwas abgenutzt, aber das störte uns wirklich nicht. Der Service war sehr freundlich und es wurde immer sofort auf Wünsche eingegangen. Das Abendessen ist für indonesische Verhältnisse tatsächlich etwas teurer, aber das indonesische Essen wirklich gut, das westliche Essen eher Standard.

It was relaxing and nice.

The room was amazing and so the hospitality, I would suggest to enhance your breakfast options in buffet more, like food was very good but increase the number of options.

Breakfast options, and should include spa facility inside the resort instead of sending out.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff

We had a fantastic stay at Nirwana. The staff are exceptional, we travelled with our toddler and couldn’t have been better looked after. The team took her off to play while we had a drink, they took family photos for us - just brilliant. We stayed in a pool villa and the room was beautiful, beds super comfy and plenty of room. The restaurant food was great - we had all our meals there that weekend and they were all great, and they adapted things for our toddler too.

The only thing was the communication before arrival wasn’t so good - I had a couple of questions and no one got back to me. Didn’t affect our stay though!

tout était formidable il n' y a rien a dire magnifique on a tout apprécié les gens sont adorables, et respecteux, d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle c est une chose qui n'existe plus en Europe c'est un autre monde, les paysages, les plages, la faune, la flore, l'ile est paradisiaque, les gens sont heureux, et vivent avec très peu, on a pas besoin d'avoir beaucoup pour vivre bien et heureux , et cette ile en est la preuve vivante, parce que même avec peu, les gens sur cette ile montrent leur générosité et c'est cela qui va me manquer. je peux vous garantir que je reviendrais sur cet ile, je remercie ce peuple

Nirwana Beach & Resort totally exceeded my expectations and it has been one of the best resorts I’ve

The resort was beautiful. So close to the ocean, its was pure relaxation. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and couldn't do enough to help make or stay even more enjoyable.

A very good stay

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beachfront bungalow was spacious and well-equipped. The smart TV was a plus point. Restaurant food was always good especially the Balinese fare.

Towels were gray & not white. Pillows were quite smelly. They need to be changed. The pool could be cleaner. Pump does not function the whole day.

A really lovely boutique resort. Staff were all very friendly, food was very good too!

Little bit out of town, but we knew that before booking. Still a handful of restaurants within walking distance so all good.

Super séjour au Nirwana

L’hôtel était superbe, la piscine et le restaurant en bord de plage top. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de bain avec douche extérieure rend l’expérience encore plus sympa. N’hésitez pas si vous souhaitez louer des scooters il y a possibilité de demander à l’accueil. Personnel incroyable. Petit déjeuner très bon. Merci pour le super séjour.

L’eau de la piscine était un peu chaude mais sinon tout était parfait.

La habitación muy amplia y confortable. No tiene playa, pero sí unas vistas al mar preciosas. El hotel está cuidado y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno aunque no es de buffet, es muy completo y hay muchas opciones para elegir.

Buenas vistas, pero mala ubicación

Las vistas son muy bonitas y la zona es tranquila. La cama era cómoda.

Queríamos darnos un baño y no funcionaba bien la bañera. Para ser un 4*, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. El restaurante no era destacable y no hay alternativas cerca.

Level of cleanness, lack of respect from management, rudeness and lack of proper amenities. It is not as advertised and the hotel cannot qualify for the status or price of a high end resorts as they want to claim

Good place to relax near the pool.

Kind staff, beautiful place with very comfortable rooms and a nice pool side.

There is no beach, only a rough dirty concrete wall on water. Lots of garbage in sea water. Geographical location is not ideal for visits or water activities such as diving, snorkeling...

It was alright for us because we only stayed for 1 night.

The pool and the ocean view are really amazing.

We were told that the restaurant staff would be informed about us being vegan but that wasn’t the case. Our lunch order got messed up (due to poor English communication). But they really made up for it the next morning and we had delicious all vegan breakfast. The pineapple and banana pancakes were superb. In the bathroom something leaked or there was something wrong with the drainage because there was a weird smell the whole time. The location was not ideal for us. We stayed with our little girl and could not go anywhere by stroller/on foot. We needed a driver for everything.
