Very nice hotel, large rooms, good food, nice beach (although with peebles at shore), big pools.
At lunch the only option was to go to the beach bar, where some food was served (fast food). On their leaflet I saw a tavern was supposed to be there, but it wasn't. Didn't bother us too much, we looked for food there just in one day.
The othe thing that I didn't like was the bed I was sleeping in, în the lobby, very unconfortable.

It was clean, and the stuff was friendly.
The food is questionable, lack of choice and rotten vegetables and fruits we noticed every day. Basically the food is only really bad thing, everything else was pretty much fine🙂

Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice staff. The beach and the proximity of the ferry that takes you to the nearby Ammouliani island (must see) and its beautiful beaches.
The food could have been a bit better in my opinion. While understand that the hotel buffet has its limitations in general, think they can try to provide a bit more variety in their daily.

The location is really nice. It was busy but even with that many people there you have your space on the beach.
The room we stayed in was nice size and location not loud at all. We stayed at the sea view room.
The food was amazing with a lot of options
especially for dinner.
There is a lot of parking which is free of charge.
Overall i would love to come back and i would recommend it to anyone. Our experience was 10 out of 10.
During dinner there is one staff member ( a young girl) who often stays in the way between food and guests. Couple of times it was not possible for guests to move as she does not pay attention to anyone or anything around her. In my case she dropped the spoon inside the sauce container ( accidently) sprayed my dress and face, all i would have loved is for her to look at me and say sorry. She did not even look at me at all even though she did see what she did. I have a background in hospitality and i know accidents do happen, just a little sorry would be nice. Its not a big deal but I just wanted to point that out.

We liked the beach, the athmosphere in the hotel
The pictures didn't Illustrated the hotel correctly. Lots of climbs and discomfort to get to the room. The dining room staff is mostly unpleasant and unwelcoming. The dining room lacked fish and tuna, we really felt that there was a lack of variety

Staf was very polite and friendly. Breakfast and lunch was delicious. Hotel is big with a lot of activities. I will recommend it to everybody. 😊

The location is really convenient and a relatively short drive from Thessaloniki airport (we booked the hotel's shuttle transfer). Travelling with children is always challenging, but we felt at ease, with a sense of containment, as the public areas are comfy, but not chaotic, so it's possible to keep watch while the little ones are having fun.
Although it was a shorter stay we had the opportunity to enjoy some excellent food and desserts at breakfast and dinner. We probably gained weight because we couldn't choose what to eat, so we kind of ate everything. Bonus points of the awesome staff!
Access to the beach is via an underpass, so it's safe and easy and the beach itself looks very welcoming. The sea water is super clear, although we didn't get to swim this time, but we're definitely coming back.

We enjoyed the seaview and the privacy. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was big enough. The hotel has a private beach and secret tunnel that leads to it.
For a five-star hotel it should have a hairdryer in the room and the bed sheets should be changed daily. And this is all considering that we payed for the more expensive type of room - junior suite with seaview. Also, the TV was a smart TV but relatively small. The wi-fi connection was a hit-or-miss. Sometimes is was good and reliable and sometimes we had rely on mobile data which can be expensive. The room was full of insects coming from the balcony which had no special net. The food at the restaurant was not bad, it had a huge variety but the restaurant was always really really crowded. There was no music and everything we were hearing was just noise.

The views are amazing. The two pools and closeness to the beach excellent! We had a free upgrade wich was very nice.
Rooms are outdated. We had food food poisoning from probably the beach bar. This was a big disappointment.

the room cleaning was ok, but not excellent

The staff were very nice and the food was really great.
The door was a bit hard to open. The wifi was very slow and often not available in my room (718).

Divers food, very friendly staf, clean rooms, close to the private beach

The resort is beautiful, big and spacious.
When we arrived at 3:30 p.m., we waited another 3 hours to enter the room, because it was not ready and those at the Reception acted as if it were normal, but we stayed 2 hours more at check-in out. Food was not too ok, some things were old others were ok depends on how lucky you were. It was and the furniture was kind of old.

Very good hotel. We stayed in a two room suite with a great sea view. The place was cleaned daily. All the staff at the hotel including receptionists and all waitress were very friendly and always smiling. There was plenty of food at the morning and evening buffet.
The beach was less than 5min walk. It was sandy with crystal clear water. There are free umbrellas and sunlounges and there is also a beach bar and small restaurant where you can order food and drinks. We highly recommend this hotel.
3.5
Delicious breakfast and a wide selection of food for dinner. Excellent pools, enough places on the beach, although it can be visited by people who are not guests of the hotel. Spacious room, very comfortable, with a beautiful view. A special impression was left on us by the lady who ran fun activities for children, she does her job very dedicatedly and with a lot of positive energy.
We had centipedes, yellow and black ants in the room. We contacted the cleaner, who solved the problem with bug control spray, but after two days the insects reappeared. There are no mosquito nets on the windows. There is no wifi signal on the beach, and the connection is not stable in the room either. The refrigerator in the room did not work, and after three calls to the front desk, we did not get any answer as to whether it would be fixed. We didn't have a "do not disturb" sign in the room, and we didn't get one after requesting it. The parking lot is not spacious, and there are not enough accessible parking spaces in the evening.

We chosen the place firstly because it is a pet friendly hotel. We enjoyed our time there, we liked pretty much everything: the surroundings, the quietness, the cleanliness, the beach, the personal,(especially the cleaning ladies always so fun to meet and Vasilis from the restaurant always smiling and ready to help.)

The crevice and friendly people
The Gym all equipment are very old and not working
2.5
location, cleanliness of rooms, restaurant staff, quality of food and service in the restaurant, beach, beach bar.
cleanliness of 800+ rooms common areas, the entertainer for the children didn’t bother to show up for 2 days in a row, reception staff responsiveness, cleaners left black plastic bags on the main corridor of the 800+ rooms - I appreciate the practicalities but it was not aesthetic.
3.5
Great location, great restaurant with friendly staff, easy access to ferry and diving school, close to beach with excellent beach bar, two great pools
could be more mini bars next to each pool and around lounge; maybe more cold drinking water offered around hotel facilities
5.0
beautiful and small
friendly and great coffee
3.5
Our room was at a decent distance from the beach so it was ok. But there were rooms on higher level, up a hill, which could have been hardly accessed from my perspective. We were happy we didn't get one of those.
The hotel is for families with small kids, and unfortunately we didn't know that. There is a lot of noise and children crying, if you don't have a problem with that then you're good to stay there.
3.0
The pool was ok.
The garden to the beach is very nice and clean.
The restaurant is ok.Food is acceptable.
The restaurant employees are very friendly. The beach bar employees are friendly.
Aunts in the room. After a short conversation with the reception employees, the room cleaner solved the situation but she didn't clean them from the floor until the end of our vacation.
The bathroom"s door opens exactly into the shower cabin entrance. In the shower cabin there is no support where you can put the shower gel.
There are no mosquito nets at the windows or balcony's door.
TV didn't work. They changed it but the problem was not solved.
Wifi internet connection didn't work.
The door had issue to open with the acces card and to close it in a normal mode.
Some of the reception employees were bored and unfriendly.
