Todo me pareció muy bueno , y eso que yo he recorrido varios hoteles de la zona y otros lugares, fui con mi hija y es muy cómodo , pretendo volver

Ok stay with regular service; not the type of thing you’d repeat.

Good breakfast, clean room, pool area. Only one staff, Mr. Mauricio at the Reception went above and beyond; made a difference! Congrats to him!!! Nice Casino!

No flexibility on early check in or late check out; they literally start harassing you to leave early in the morning. Breakfast was good, but not up to speed, usually having to wait for food items. Pool (water) looked a little dirty at times. Staff were not friendly; just went about their jobs. Only one, very crowded, roulette table at the casino. Getting into the casino requieres some paperwork. Most likely will try another hotel next time.

Very decent hotel with all the necessary amenities.

Unnecessary lengthy check-in and check out procedures, just three guests create already a line. A lot of paperwork for each guest seems to be. This is the only reason for not giving the maximum amount of points.

As the hotel share the parking with the Casino. friday is busy.

Great place to stay, have fun in the casino and relax

Everything went pretty well, it was a fabulous stay at the hotel and enjoying the casino as well. It was clean, with lot of parking spaces and modern. Nice jacuzzi on the roof. Really liked it.

The breakfast is served in the restaurant, which is not very big. There was a queue to get a table, this is something to improve.

I liked the facilities and the gentleman that greeted us at the door. love the underground guarded parking

the gals at the front desk were grumpy and acted put out when I would ask them a question. they also acted snobby. the older lady in the spa was super grumpy!
