Nice stop over before we hit the slopes at GLT

Lovely room and understandable, polite host. We were running a little late but he stayed open for check in beyond their last time for us

Location- gorgeous. Just the town of Pont St Martin needs more attention to it. Restaurants for a start!

Hotel restaurant was closed. It was quite difficult to find an open restaurant in the neighborhood.

Very nice location and comfortable rooms.

The Air conditioning was not effective as the summer heat was more this time. Also they can keep electric kettle with teabags and coffee sachettes.

Great Italian hospitality

Super helpful and friendly proprietors. Food at the restaurant was decent and breakfast was plentiful. Even got a bonus dessert one evening! 😊

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on one of the evenings, but it was shoulder season. An easier place for bike storage would have been nice.

Perfect for what we needed

Great location, we arrived quite late and the person on reception was able to recommend a very good Pizzaria for dinner. Breakfast was good.

Sparkling clean and confortable hôtel with friendly and helpful staff. We will use it again.

We liked the breakfast as there was a great choice of different food and the facility of the restaurant for the evening; the food was delicious and the staff very helpful. The room was very clean and confortable.

Passable

The man at reception scolded my daughter for not having her passport. She’s a child and we left it with her father in Italy by mistake. It put a bad feeling on our stay. My daughter didn’t want to go through the lobby or to dinner bc we had such a bad feeling for being told off upon arrival. She was almost in tears and we just wanted to leave. If I hadn’t already paid through booking we would have left

Great service; challenges in room

Owner/manager and family Coyne t have been nice. My room had its challenges including no working refrigerator and shower that due to doors not completely closing leaked water all over floor. Dinner was delicious and breakfast typical for being included. Great location.
