Uma pousada mal cuidada, com vazamentos sérios no telhado que comprometem a viabilidade de estadia em caso de alguma chu

A localização da pousada é muito boa

Minha acomodação estava vazando água em todo quarto. Com a chuva vazou água pelo telhado em cima da cama, o chão do chalé inundou. Não havia como consertar. Precisei sair da pousada e procurar outra. O valor da estadia foi reembolsado integralmente no dia seguinte.

Angebot und Preis -Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Der Empfang war unprofessionell,es wurde nicht versucht, englisch zu reden und das auf einer Insel,die vom Tourismus lebt.Nach langer Anreise wurde uns nicht einmal ein Wasser angeboten. Die angebotenen Leistungen und auch die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität-booking com wurde darauf hingewiesen.Auf den Fotos sieht man die neuen 2 Suiten,uns aber gab man ein völlig heruntergekommenes Zimmer in einem alten Bungalow.Es gab Tiere,wie Ameisen usw. Da nicht geputzt wurde,am 3.Tag sollte die Zimmerreinigung stattfinden-die Putzfrau war gerade mal 10 Minuten im Zimmer! -war alles sehr schmutzig und alle Tiere vermehrten sich. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet bot nicht das,wie beschrieben:es gibt keinen Obstsalat, manchmal war die Milch aus,dann wieder gab es keinen Kaffee,keine Brötchen mehr...usw. Das gesamte Buffet,sowie Geschirr, Sitzplätze,Tische waren dreckig und schmierig,die Stühle besudelt und kaputt. Das Restaurant ist nur zum Frühstück geöffnet und nicht wie beschrieben,die ganze Zeit. Der geforderte Preis ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.Für eine solche heruntergekommene Unterkunft zahlt bei uns niemand mehr als 20€.

Excelente lugar

Excelente ubicación muy cerca del pequeño centro y las playas públicas. El desayuno es muy completo, y de calidad, excelentes crepiocas. La atención y la amabilidad de la gente del hotel es excepcional. Adriana es muy amable, entiende bien español y nos dio mucha información y ayuda para todo lo que necesitábamos.

This Pousada is very close to the main square but not on the main road, so it is nice and quiet. the rooms are a good size and includes a mini refrigerator and coffee maker (coffee pods, water, beer addl charge); the plumbing and water pressure is good, and the A/C is fully functional!

The road the property is on is not paved, keep that in mind for your luggage. There are a lot of mosquitos in the breakfast area. There is no cellular signal and the Wi-Fi is quite slow. The electricity cuts out from time to time.

very nice place in the middle of the nature but also in 3 minutes walking distance from the main road room was clean and the minibar full with a lot of things staff very helpfull with trips on the island a place to return

the transfer horrible way to start your holiday in a overheated bus that drives 2km/h and stops 100 times avoid this transfer, just grab a taxi

A random company (NOSTRA PARTICIPACOES) charges your credit car to stay at Pousada Simpatia da Ilha

Paulina the breakfast chef was wonderful, kind, and attentive. The bed was comfy, and the AC unit was cold. The location was excellent. The manager accommodated our request to check out at 1pm instead of noon.

The property was in the midst of a stalled construction expansion. The construction workers did not work, so there was little noise but the construction waste pile (dump) indicated to me that there was a heap of material dumped next to our unit (#3) that was a total loss. I felt sorrow for the island and the people who spent a lot of money to bring in all the material (wood, rebar, etc.) only to see it tossed into a waste pile directly adjacent to our unit #3.

Full payment 2 month b4 my stay .

The property has a very nice garden, is located in a convenient space , obviously in a island street are not the best so there is no road directly to the door but u have to walk on soil and stone , the room are very basic but ok,unfortunatly the first room where I stay we had water infiltration so they give me another room that was fine, breakfast is ok but the cake are always undercooked, at my arrival I had to waited 15 mins at reception b4 someone come to assist me. The most annoying think was that they took full payment for my stay 2 month b4, working rrally badly for me with the rate exchange, I basically pay my stay £200 more because of that, also never happen to me to be charge 2 month in advance for full payment. The owner come to see me after I complaine for the leek in my bedroom and she was very understanding and apologetic and sort the problem out by giving as the choice of a room in a different posada or another room in the same posada.

At the front of the entry when you walk in to the pousada, my partner stood in it one evening and sprained his ankle. Window on the shower door plus bathroom need a good clean and also the floor of the breakfast room needs to be swept and mopped

Very Comfortable Stay

Location (close to Market, Drugstore and Taxi Cabs), Staff (specially Helena, responsible for the marvelous breakfast and afternoon tea), Room (large space and very clean).

Low flow of water on the shower; Cost; and There is no sidewalk on the entrance of the property.
