Excellent staff, very clean, comfortable and having everything to hand to make your stay enjoyable

The staff went to great lengths to ensure my stay was enjoyable and the Manager Helena did everything possible to meet our needs. Good communication and help offered. End of season and a Bargain stay

No complaints but would have liked a Kettle with tea and coffee available in the room for people who don’t drink or don’t want alcohol from the mini bar. Something more refreshing.

Vodice - dobre miasto do zwiedzania północnej części Dalmacji.

Bliskość morza i deptaka, którym można dojść nawet do Tribunj. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania. Pokoje czyste, balkon z widokiem na morze. Całodobowa i bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji (szczególnie miło wspominam panią z Polski - przemiła osoba, niestety nie zapamiętałem imienia).

W sezonie bliskość deptaka i knajp sprawia, że nawet w nocy nie ma ciszy.

Hotel was satisfactory. Good location near the beach and 10 minutes walk to town centre. We were there pre season, so the swimming pool was closed.

Pool closed. Car parking in their car park was not included and was added to the bill.

A nice and cozy hotel with good service. The rooms are nice and clean. Bathroom was equipped with very good shower. Nice pool area with good service and friendly and helpful waiters. Breakfast at the hotel was really good. Good selection and good quality of the buffet. The beach with all kinds of entertainment, food and drink options is right in front of the hotel.

Basically everything at the hotel met the expectations. They did get lost in some translations (hotel rules and instructions could use a good proof reading done by a professional) :-)

we arrived few minutes to 10 and asked if breakfast was available and Hotel arranged more food for our family. left early next morning and hotel disnt charge us extra as we dis”nt needed breakfast the 2nd morning. really great place

The equipment is old, breakfast nothing special. Same every day. We travel with 5 months baby, when booking the room we choose an extra bed for baby, in the end ot was not provided, and we should pay additional 8€ per night if we wanted it. (Booking.com said it is free of charge). The best part of it all, however, was checking out of the hotel. We were vacationing with my mom who had her own room. Mom lost consciousness during her stay and fell in the room, hitting herself in the head, being taken away by ambulance and sewn up in the hospital. The staff immediately hired cleaners to clean the room. Of course, the room was very bloody as she lost a lot of blood! She was alone in the room and locked, so we don’t even know how long she was unconscious. Well all nice and right, staff very friendly, wondering how it is etc. But in the end when leaving the hotel, we had to pay an additional € 500 for the destruction of curtains, carpet, bedding, ... because it was not possible to wash the blood. I really don’t know what kind of dry cleaners they have but I’m sure they were able to wash everything. Besides, it was an accident, and even if the equipment couldn’t be cleaned, I think understanding could beat the money. Anyway the hotel is definitely not worth the price you pay! I am really sorry for such an end to our vacation.

Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Very close to the beach.

Quite poor breakfast and coffee…I think that 4 stars hotel should offer natural coffee. But this was terrible. We went to nearby restaurant for morning coffee.

Well received. Staff very curteous and attentive.

The food is excelent and a good value. Rooms are tight as in all of Europe but clean and in good shape. The beaches are excellent.

Really kind staff, good location and great food.

Surprisingly good breakfast, with great choice and fresh fruits. Dinner was awesome. Staff were super kind. Location is good as it is around 50 meters away from the beach.

People were smoking at a table that was too close to the breakfast area. The hotel uses the same car entrance as the neighbouring hotel. But at the entrance there is no sign for Miramare, just for Olympia.
