Generally, the location is very heplful, the room was comfortable, but was also so cold.

The window wouldn’t close, beds uncomfortable, the Tap in bathroom looked like it was going to fall off. Room was so hot (even with the broken window letting air in)

Great location just off Place de la Republic so loads of places to eat and grab breakfast etc plus well connected. The hotel had building works while we were there so some noise in day. It's very basic and tired but clean. The bathroom was newish but the shower was tiny. No light in hallway to our room. Door handle hanging off. Room itself was nice and big and clean. If you want a basic reasonable hotel in Paris it's fine.

Disappointing

The location was excellent. There is an elevator, which is a positive aswell. The room was reasonably spacious, and the bed (not the pillow though) was comfortable.

First of all, there are few lights in the room, making it way too dark. This was the worst problem. If you happen to be assigned to a room near the elevator, it makes so much noise, very disturbing during the night. The pillow is not confortable: way too high. There was a hairdryer in the room, but it didn't work. After complaining, the hotel lended us one. We'd prefer if the room wasn't carpeted.

location was important for us. the hotel met our expectation adequately.

Location was wonderful. We just walked to the Notre dame. All Street has a lot of market. Also hotel personel is very kindly. They help us for calling uber, taxi. And metro station is very near from the hotel. But if you think to go with stroller on metro, there is no elevator on the metro station.

We added one more bed to our room. Because my mother decided to join our travel, later. When we arrived to our room, additional bed has already put into the room, but there is no quilt at that bed. I asked to the hotel personel to give us just one quilt. But he Said me that there is no quilt in their hand. He insisted that our all beds have a quilt. Anyway.I slept with the sheet on me. Room temperature was fine. He woould like to give me a blanket. But I don’t prefer.

Great location

This hotel is in a great location and the metro was so easy to use. The hotel itself was clean and the staff where helpful.

Room 212 had serious mold issues in the bathroom. Also was really noisy in the morning brcause of the construction, builders were seeing into our room.

The location

The hair dryer didn't work in the bathroom, the air vents didn't work either, they were clogged with dust and surrounded by mold, the bathroom sticks awfully and was full of midges. My room was 2 doors beside the elevators motor and it could be heard up to 2 floors away due to how loud it was. Stained carpet.

I recommand this hotel for a short stay

the room was CLEAN. it is in a busy area close to numerous attractions and restaurants.

Brilliant!! Thank you so much, lovely staff and lovely room!

The hotel was really convenient for bars, restaurants, shopping and right next to the train station. The staff at the check in were so lovely, and warned us about the dangers of the metro and the night life. They were extremely friendly!! Would definitely stay here again, felt very safe as 3 18 year old girls

The young guy at the front desk was very helpful and very sweet.

Very good

The location is perfect near the metro, restaurants and shops. The people working there are really friendly and the beds just slept wonderful!

The room was quiete warm and no airco so we slept with windows open and was noisy.

I will not stay there again

The only thing I liked it was the wifi

the receptionist was not friendly at any time, she is not friendly at all, I asked for a fan since it did not have air conditioning as I said when I booked this, the answer was that they did not have it available which was very annoying

Very good

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was brilliant, with great cafés and restaurants around the corner. Very close to the metro.

Street can be a bit noisy when keeping the windows open.
