Buona la posizione.

Camere non insonorizzate, struttura obsoleta, impianti insufficienti. Bagno senza riscaldamento. Frequentata da gruppi e scolaresche, molto rumorosa. Cena sufficiente, bravi i Camerieri.

Superb

The room was clean and spacious! The bed was big and comfort! The location is very good, nearby there is a great pub, bakery and supermarket! The hotel has parking but a small one, but you find easily parking space at the road in front of the hotel! Compares to all other hotel in Dolomites (which have too high prices) it was great value for money, but We booked it last minute so I don’t t know if the price was different! Plus pet friendly!

The timetable! Dinner ends at 20:30, breakfast at 9:30 ( we went for breakfast at 9:15 and it has already finished), check out at 10:00, check in at 16:00!

Even though it is a pet friendly hotel, dogs are NOT allowed in the restaurant so you have to either leave your animal in the room or have your meal outside the facility.

We tried this location but never again.

The staff were very nice. The shuttle to the mountain was convenient and the location was perfect.

My wife wanted to work after skiing but the wifi in our room was non existent. To get any work done on the computer we had to go down to the lobby. Dinner was low budget cafeteria food. Bathroom designed in the 1970s with very tight tub/shower..

We got what we paid for.

Location of the hotel, hotel's staff, shuttle bus to ski area.

The room was narrow and tight. Food was average. In the inside pool area there should be notice that taking shower is mandatory before entering in the water.

The staff member running the spa was super helpful and kind.

Good price-quality ratio and very good location.

It's a fair hotel, nothing fancy but clean and well located. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good because it is at walking distance from both the centre (10 min walk) and the ski lift (15-20 min walk). In winter it also runs a free shuttle to the ski lift.

The downsides of the hotel are the restaurant, that looks more like a cheap factory canteen and the noisy and uninviting hall. It's a pity because, by simply improving these two aspects it would make the overall experience a lot better.

OK - but won't won't return.

Check in and Departure.

No curtain in the room (only a see through lace curtain). Shower head kept dropping so couldn't have a decent shower - had to hold it the whole time. Management did not stop loud kids running around the rooms and hallways until 22h30 at night when we were trying sleep. Barman was not supported by management with coin change for the pool table tokens. Then I was told it was 'not a hotel pool table' ?!

Friendly staff. Lots of content. Clean rooms. Perfect breakfast. Abundant dinners. New Year's Eve dinner in 8 courses. Live music every night. Close to ski resorts. Above expectations. Perfect vacation.

Nice staff but breakfast could be better

The staff was kind. The location is great, it’s close to trails in Dolomites. The town is nice and has a great pizzeria. Plus is you can bring a dog with you (€10 additional)

We were quite disappointed with breakfast. No eggs and no fruit and veggies. We saw some pictures of fruit on booking website but there was none. We have had stayed in cheaper hotels that were better but again the price reflects the location.
