Vale a pena custo beneficio

Funcionários muito educados e solícitos. Em dia de passeio muito cedo, que não se consegue pegar o horário do café da manhã, preparam um kit lanche para levar. Quarto amplo, cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis. Localização perfeita, rua tranquila e muito próximo de restaurantes e estação de metrô.

Se você é brasileiro, não espere variedade no café da manhã como costumamos ver nos hotéis daqui. Aqui, todo dia o mesmo cardápio, então para passar muitos dias vc acaba enjoando, apesar de bom. Pode melhorar a questão da cortina do chuveiro, que molha o banheiro todo. E o aquecimento da água em alguns horários não funcionava bem.

Ligar bonito, ótima logalização e preço, porém sem aquecimento.

Excelente localização, proxima ao metrô e diversos e bons restaurantes. Proximos a áreas turisticas (algumas dá pra ir a pé tranquilamente). Pessoal do hotel amigavel. Café da manã simples.

O quarto não tinha aquecimento integrado. Como peguei um período de outono, achei um pouco incoveniente devido aos dias frios que peguei fora.

Confortable, bien ubicado y un trato muy amable

El personal es súper amable y siempre atentos a los huéspedes, las habitaciones son cómodas, la cama es confortable y lo mejor es que no se escucha ruido de fuera. Si avisas que saldrás temprano, te ofrecen la opción de prepararte un box lunch si es que contrataste tu habitación con desayuno incluido. El desayuno es completo

Buena ubicación, desayuno variado y buena atención del personal

Hotel en zona céntrica y bien conectada con restaurantes y bares cerca, pero al mismo tiempo en un barrio tranquilo. Buen desayuno con bastante variedad y bueno. Las habitaciones silenciosas donde pudimos dormir bien.

No es real que tengan estacionamiento con reserva

Que se indica en Booking que tienen estacionamiento privado que hay que reservar , solo tienen 2 estacionamientos por orden de llegada. y cuando llamas no se puede reservar. Entonces es una información falsa. Nosotras contábamos con ese estacionamiento y fue por unas de las cosas que se eligió el hotel.

A good stay in the safe neighborhood

1. Good location and good security measure 2. Clean room 3. There is air conditioning.

1. There are 3 wifi. Floor 1, floor 2 and reception. The latter 2 worked, but the first one doesn’t work at all. Reported to the staff, but problem cannot be solved during my stay. 2. The hot water and cold water are tricky. There are 2 valves under the basin and it took me a while to figure it out 3. Some stains on the pillow cover.

great staff, location and very comfortable room with really good breakfast

Staff were superb, room was very comfortable, breakfast very good. Location very good with lots of restaurants nearby and the metro 5 minutes walk to get anywhere around he city, left early twice to do tours and the staff prepared a breakfast bag without me even asking and also made me a coffee one of the mornings at 5.30 am. Great touch

Great friendly staff - especially enjoyed the service from Elias and Fernanda. Location was perfect as well.

Hot water didn’t always come out from the showers.

Staff was not very helpful when asked to recommend trips around. Also, probably something cultural, not necessarily hotel related - no toilet brush!

I arrived before my check in time and the staff was super friendly and offered me coffee and croissants while preparing my room :) good location, close to the metro and the park. quiet and clean

The stairs to the room is a bit narrow. Wasn’t a problem for me though

Exceptional

Kind and hard-working staff that were always there to answer any questions or concerns! Enjoyed a nice breakfast. Location was excellent, very close to metro line and easy to get around.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The location is good, and tgere are plenty of restaurants nearby, even on a Sunday you can find somewhere to eat.

The hotel is a bit tired, I wouldn't really call it a "boutique" hotel.

Great service, grounds, and value

The gardens and courtyard were nice as was the neighborhood feel with a few restaurants and shops. Room was a good size with shelves for luggage and other stuff to be placed. The breakfast was more than sufficient with breads, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, meats, eggs, coffee… Luggage storage upon arrival and departure days. Very friendly staff even with OUR poor Spanish language skills…they were very patient with us.

Good value for the price and helpful and friendly staff.

Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Santiago. Stayed in the Superior room and found everything to be good. Bed was very comfortable. It’s a wonderful fairly quiet neighbourhood with easy access to metro. Hosts are very friendly.

Superb

We could check in earlier than official hours because the room was ready. It was excellent for us as we just came from Europe and had jet lag. The WiFi is good, the breakfast as well. The room had a fridge and a safe box. Beds comfortable and bathroom with bathtub. We were in the green room. Close to the metro station Montt but in a quiet street. Nice staff.

no elevator and very inconvenient stairs to second floor hard to get luggage up the awkward stairway

Perfect location in Santiago.

The hotel could not be in a better location to see Santiago. Great restaurants within 100 yards. the breakfast was good. Staff were great. good value for money.

No shower curtain and the water got all over the bathroom.

Great location, in a charming small street full of cafes. Room quite spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom shower head did not function properly, I had to struggle a bit to get it fixed during shower. Water splash everywhere, informed staff and hopefully it can be taken care of. Otherwise it can be a pain taking shower in that room.

the location, cleanliness, staff and breakfast are perfect!!

the bathroom is small and doesn’t have a window and curtains in the shower so all the bathroom became wet and damp after a shower.
