Very enjoyable stay after a busy week in ubud

Lovely pool, lovely location, good breakfast. Did the dolphin watching and snorkelling directly from the hotel. Lovely clean room, cleaned daily, really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Overpriced

Was close to the beach

Arrived after paying for 2 nights to find out that they had put someone else in our room. Clearly the check in manager doesn't ask for ID or passports when checking guests in. We paid for the best room on the property, as the other people was already in the room and we was only staying 2 nights I said to just let those people stay in the room. When my wife was asked to pay for the room the manager did we still have to pay for the best room in the hotel even though we aren't using it. Clearly this is a scam and possibly illegal. The room has a tv that's around 20 years old with no cable tv and the reception for local TV was minimal. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all but go next door to The Lovina which is a new hotel with more amenities and the same price

Lovely Lovina and love this hotel.

Fabulous location and beautiful garden setting. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. We had a beautiful spacious pool room and extended our stay we loved this so much.

Great option for a seaside stay in Lovina

The seaside garden setting full of blossom and coloured foliage with spacious terraces outside each room is charming. The rooms themselves are generous and attractively furnished. great showers. The staff are really lovely. the breakfasts are mostly great.

it’s such a shame that the sea and beach are full of trash. Bali is really upping its game on the environment but there needs to be a real drive to clean up the shoreline. The sign outside is faded and could do with fresh painting. We missed having fruit juice for breakfast

Breakfast is great and the óceán is just 20 M Wifi good, frigidair ín the room.

The court for the normal rooms is too small so your neighbor is ín your face and no view to the ocean, the VIP not all has view to the ocean just a few. There was no hot water ín the bathroom

Tranquil Lovina

What a beautiful hotel... and Lovina, so peaceful compared to the hustle & bustle of Ubud or Kuta. The staff were great, even arranged a dolphin tour for us. Property is literally on the waters edge. Loved the semi 'open air' shower

Good stay for couple of nights

Location on the beach, a lot of space in the room, nice Swimmingpool area.

Bath/Shower old and not really clean, I did not manage to wait for hot water in the shower

Nice place right at the beach. Everything is according to Booking.com which is very nice.

I don't care for the vendors at the beach pushing, pushing PUSHING us to buy "because you need to make me happy". The lady selling sarongs insulted us bad because she thinks "you only make business with the men" and she said that AFTER I gave her free money😡

Nice place to relax next to beach

The place is very nice and quiet, away from chaotic Bali. Next to the beach, with a quiet atmosphere. The employees are just super nice and willing to help. There are restaurants and massage centers to choose from nearby.

Absolutely great hotel! Location is the best with the exit to the sea directly (we always stay on the hotel beach as it was much cleaner than Lovina beach). Sunset view, very easy access to the boats to see dolphins . Pool is amazing, clean and without the smell of cleaning products. Stuff is great, very helpful and friendly. Totally recommend.

Nice pool, great location to explore Lovina.

Really nice place, great location just a short walk to the main drag of Lovina. Also next door to a great sunset restaurant so no need to go very far for dinner.

Only advice I could give the staff is to close the bathroom door when cleaning the room. The bathroom is exposed to the open over the wall and has many mosquitoes that like to hid in there, which is fine but one must keep that door closed. I woke up with many mosquito bites and I was sure to keep the door closed during my stay. I probably could have used the mosquito net provided but didn’t think it was necessary in an airconditoned room. Otherwise a great place to stay just soured by one night of about 6 mosquito bites.

Beyond my expectations.

Everything is clean. We booked 2 Deluxe rooms. AC is cold, bed is ok, nothing to complain. The pool is 4x12 m. Big and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Beautiful pool, we enjoy swimming there all day. The beach is wonderful to swim. Even though it's not white sandy beach, it has a clean and clear water. No wave in the morning until around 12 Pm. Perfect for swimming. Kind of private beach . Loving every second staying in this hotel.

We book extra night and got VIP room. Room is huge. Unfortunately I think the AC in our room was not strong enough for the size of the room. So it became hot and difficult to sleep.
