Las instalaciones muy lindas. Comida deliciosa.

The staff was exceptional. They always greeted us with a smile and were very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The pool and hot tub were open after dark which was nice and relaxing. My kids LOVED all the animals on site. It was quiet and relaxing during our 1 week stay. It is secluded but close to the city at the same time. All meals were delicious. There was a closed gate and call box which made you feel safe since you are a little secluded for the main road. Over all I give it a 10/10 and so do my kids (5&8).
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Property is good , quiet. Carlos is very friendly and taking care to the guest
By the time when I was doing the check in , the lady was I little rude, never provide the right information about the place , not provide the wifi information, only care about the penalties like if you loss the keys, if you don’t wear the proper swim wear, the extra fees if you use the credit card and the extra cost if you-order in the restaurant after hours , if you past 5 minutes for the check out she say you get the extra day charge

The place is beautiful and staff is amazing.
A little bit noisy early in the morning... Cleaning the pool can wait a little bit :-)

secluded and authentic, the food was nice.
we had booked two twin bedrooms for a group of 4 adults via booking.com but when we arrived to the hotel, they had only organised one room for our family with two double beds and a small pull out bed.
I was disappointed with the response provided by the hotel manager who told us that when receiving bookings from booking.com they don’t read the full page and therefore they had missed the part where it said we had booked two bedrooms instead of one, Yet we were charged as if we had two rooms as they had only focused on the number of guests. she offered to put us in a junior suit as they didn’t have any more twin rooms available, the room costed an extra $20k pesos which isn’t much but it’s the principle that it wasn’t our mistake to make with the booking, yet we had to pay extra if we wanted another room.
we ended up having to pay as we wouldn’t have been able to fit in a single room. the junior suite wasn’t much of an upgrade. it was just the same size room as the twin room but with a bigger bed for a couple. overall , despite how nice the hotel and it’s surroundings are, I don’t think we’ll ever be back here again!
my advice for other guests, make sure you confirm with the hotel that they have the correct booking prior your arrival.

The design of the hotel is very nice, with classic wood structures reminiscent of Fincas and very much in tune with the coffee region.
The swimming pool looked very nice, though we couldn't use it because of copious rain (nobody to blame for rain, of course).
We stayed in to relax because it was pouring out there and the cleaning crew opened our door without knocking (they didn't have those "do not disturb" signs that you usually get at hotels).
They had offered the option to get lunch at the hotel, but then they mentioned that they wouldn't be cooking that day because the owner hadn't purchased groceries. Fortunately, they offered to coordinate a delivery for us which took 2 hours longer than they offered and had fried pork instead of the grilled chicken that we had ordered.
They took about 10 -15 minutes to open the gates to enter or leave the property when the desk clerk was not around.
The rooms are not well soundproofed, so we could hear our neighbors as if they were sitting there with us (including restroom noises).
When checking out at 5 am, we had to Google the hotel to find a phone number to contact somebody to receive our room keys (after 20 minutes of unsuccessfully looking for any staff member to help).

The location was excellent, very relaxing, clean and beautiful in the countryside close to town. We really enjoyed the variety of birds singing in the morning and in the evening, the breakfast was fine. There are many places nearby where you can eat very well.
The bed was a little to hard and the water tank of the toilet was broken. We had to close the valve every day avoid listening the water leak.

The property is really beautiful also a real coffee farm. Is really interesting view all over the property. The breakfast is really big and delicious. The location is really close to everything
The bed is really soft and uncomfortable
