The worst hotel in my entire live

The facilities are terrible. We arrived on July 6 for the Exit festival, so we hoped to have some sleep before the start of the festival. The good impression from the reception was utterly ruined when we opened the door to the room. The bathroom is terrible. The plastic on the ceiling has enormous gaps. The shower is very "tired" and the paint wasn't replaced for ages. The lamp under the mirror was shuttered in some places. The main room is very unclassy (the walls are dirty and very dirty, the TV had some spots). The decoration between the walls and the floor had huge gaps. In addition, the blankets were without a duvet covet and even had some small drops of old blood In addition, after two hours, we received a call from reception and we were asked to move to another room because after I used the toilet, the level below us was flooded with water. So it's definitely the worst hotel in my entire life

The hotel is a nightmare. A collapsing dumbster.

The only positive thing was the kind staff (two women at the reception).

Honestly we do not know how the place can still be functioning. We do not have high standards when in comes to accommodation and this one is just not cutting it. There was literally water coming out form the bottom of a toilet every time you flused it.

Met my expectation - apart from the loud night music. Reasonably priced

Great location in the centre of the city, a very friendly receptionist, business corner with a computer for the guests, excellent breakfast, possibility to safeguard my bike overnight

The hotel had its heydays in the past, but sill ok. The main trouble was the lound live music playing till 2am in the yard of the hotel. Well, Saturday night, but still...

Excellent stay in city centre - pet friendly hotel.

Room very spacious, with toilet amenities. Location very central in the center of the city, at the moment problems with accessing by car, but hotel resolved it efficiently. Car parking secured with cameras. Pet friendly hotel.

The building itself is very old and would be good to renovate it.

Excellent location, great service, outdated building

Ladies at the reception were lovely and helpful. I booked single bed room and I've got double which was nice surprise. The hotel needs renovation as it is outdated, but as it is in the great town center location, it's worth staying.

Room cleanliness was poor. Hairs on bed sheets and dirty toilet seat. Most of the room sockets are already in use. As it was a weekend, the noise coming from outsides club was really loud. The breakfast is not worth the money. It didn't look fresh and the choice of food and drinks was poor. It's not worth paying money for the breakfast.

Very good

Hotel is in the city center, in the pedestrian zone. Easy to reach, and not far from bus/train station. Staff is very polite and forthcomming. Hotel is exactly what you would expect from a 3 star hotel.

Food is decent and may need a bit more diversity. Hotel has a bit of a rustic feel, but some guests prefer that over the fancy looking place.

A perfect place for a short stay

Located in Trg Slobode, the hotel is close to some of the historical monuments, a little walk away from the park and is surrounded by pubs and bars. The hotel is within walking distance of many sightseeing places in Novi Sad. While we were there, the Exit Festival took place just across the open square from the hotel. Though paid, the hotel has ample parking space.

The breakfast menu was ok and could have been a bit better. There was no black tea available at breakfast. There was no tea/coffee-making facility in the rooms. It is difficult to reach the hotel as the main road was closed due to construction. After roaming around for over 30min, we were finally able to reach the hotel.

Older historical hotel but in perfect location and for a good price!

The hotel is located in the old brewery building, right in the very center. The interior is 'old' and many things ale left original - very cozy and very interesting. Room was comfortable, quiet, cozy. The parking was tricky to get to - you have to drive through pedestrian area - but it was right on the spot, very convenient. It wasn't fancy but you can feel the sense of history of the place, in a positive way.

No elevator. The bathroom in the room was very old. Whole place needs refreshing, it's far from being fancy.

The age shows, but still perfectly serviceable

Pretty awesome location. A well known hotel with a lot of history, so a time capsule in a way. Friendly professional staff, round the clock reception, really easy checkin process. The room meet my expectations and was clean and cozy.

The place in general is a bit on the worn-out end, so one shouldn't expect too much. There was no air conditioning in the room, only a fan, which should be fine in most cases. It does get a bit noisy from the inner courtyard restaurant music, but personally didn't mind.

A solid 3 of hotel, not best codition, but great location and worth a stay, but maybe not EXIT time.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location and had no problem to find it or to find great things around, also good walking distance to most of the city. Hotel is is clean and tidy. Staff is very nice, polite and friendly in all department, especially at reception. Ok breakfast, nothing special though. Easy to find and easy to check in.

Room and hotel is in not best condition and need a remake of most, guess price was heavy up thanks to EXIT as price was not value for money at all. As the price was high, I could expect more on everything, but that is life.

Horrible stay

The location is the only thing that is good about the hotel.

The hotel is old and falling apart, it's smaller than it looks, the bed is not comfortable, no AC, just a fan. And the staff....they are unprofessional and rude, I had a visitor at 7:30 am, the reception called me to remind me that I have a single accommodation and my visitor is not allowed to stay over,, I told them it's 7:30 am and he is just visiting...the receptionist tells me it's too early for a visit, no words to explain this amount of unprofessionalism.

Quality of service too low for the price you pay

-Friendly and acomodating staff -Bed well furnished: Two pillows, thin cover, blanket and thick cover -The phone in the room supports calls outside the hotel (charged to the room, reasonable pricing) -Breakfast included with the price

-Front desk not 24h -No AC in the room, just a worn down ventilator -Hardware room keys -If you don’t leave your key on the front desk when going out, you have to call for cleaning and towel change while in the room -The carpet and furniture very old and worn down -Broken shower head -No minibar -The remote in the room can only control the Cable Box (Set Top Box) and not the TV -Double layer window does not fully lock on the outer end -The list of Cable TV channels very limited -You will be charged in advance in spite of the Booking listing being a reservation -No refunds under any circumstances -Back yard window view shows dirty and dilapidated rooftops, dead birds, power transformers and junk -As days are hot in the summer and the room is without AC, you need to open the window, and as there is also no nets to keep the insects out, then you let all the mosquitos in

Superb

Location, Location, Location - that's what I usually look for, and this place has it - right in the heart of Novi Sad, in a historical building, with a garden, quiet and very functional room. Bonus points for the staff :) The ladies at the reception were awesome and very positive!

the room was a bit far away from the wi-fi router, also the toilet needs some plumbing work
