Great location. Wry friendly staff. Lovely breakfast out under the fig trees. Good rooms. Slightly small shower, but not a big issue. Would come back!

Everything, from location and room to staff and breakfast.
Hard to find something bad. Maybe too many stairs.

The Hotel was really cute with a nice maritime design. When we arrived we got provided a really good overview about the island, where to go and what to do. The food in the hotel restaurant is also very good and everybody was very friedenly and helpful.
Unfortunate we came on a cold and rainy winter day. It would have been great if the room would have been heated upfront. But this was a very special occurance and will not be the case in summer time :-)

Great hotel right next to the port. My room had a nice little balcony where I took breakfast and worked. The reception was very kind and helpful! Everything clean and comfy for a solo traveler like me.
The walls are thin and I could hear the neighbor snoring every night.

Charming place! the setting is really cute, the room was nicely simply decorated and felt like peaceful. it was clean as well as the bathroom. service is really quiet as I never bumped in anyone. the lady at the desk was really kind and ready to help. I must say I loved the little car with they picked me up at the harbor. the hotel is very closed to the main streets and lively areas (5-10 mn walk) but remains quiet. it’s also a good starting point to go exploring by walk a few site.
I didn’t test the breakfast as I don’t eat in the morning so I can’t comment. Apparently the inside restaurant as very good critics!!!

Everything else. It's confortable, my room was quite large and we'll appointed, the breakfast (especially the pastries) was great, Luisa and her staff are super nice, it's clean and the hotel restaurant is a good one ! Definitely a good quality/rate off-season.
The soundproofing is not the best. I was in a room where I could hear all the noise from the restaurant but it was over at 23h.

The location is perfect
The people working there are not very pleasant ; they don't particularly try to make you feel welcome and even though I was there for 6 nights, I never felt at home.
The cleaning of the room occurs in the afternoon and yet, even though I was there after the high season, they wouldn't let me keep the room after 10h30.
I couldn't arrive on the day I had booked because of bad weather which meant that the hydrofoil didn't make the trip to the island, but they still made me pay full price and every little cost. I understand that these are difficult times for the hospitality community but a little gesture, e. g. they could have offered the meal or the glass of wine, something small, would have made a difference. In my view, there is a need to improve the attitude to make people feel welcome...
Another problem is the noise from the restaurant that went on well into the night, that is 1 or 2 am... This is probably contingent to the room but it was really a problem in the room I was given... Perhaps the fact that I was a solo traveller makes a difference but I didn't pay any less than what I heard the receptionist propose to a couple who booked on the day I arrived...
