Amazing location, in the heart of Echoland near restaurants and rentals, free shuttles to ski resorts right outside. Convenient heated gear room for storing skis, board, and wet gear. Friendly staff. Was able to send equipment ahead via Yamato, very convenient
Transportation around town and between resorts is confusing, as is the need and process for making restaurant reservations. I would have appreciated if staff were more knowledgeable, forthcoming and proactive in providing assistance. Information and strategies shared between other tourists was frankly more helpful. Room was small but that's to be expected in Japan. A shuttle to train/bus station upon departure would be appreciated, as there are limited taxis available and it's too far to walk with gear and luggage.

Amazing position opposite the bus terminal.
Big rooms, lovely bathrooms - post ski baths were amazing! OLIVIA WE LOVE YOU! Shakespeare Offers a great and very big breakfast would highly recommend getting that as it’s amazing. Beds were great, exactly what my partner and I have at home. Space and comfort of the hotel was amazing. Had great wifi too so I could continue to work remotely before we went snowboarding. Epic. Safe. Fun. Not a crazy hostel vibe which meant we could get some rest after big days. Also offered yoga, tips on local eats and some great massage options nearby!
Na - it was absolutely perfect

Great hotel in a good location for transfers between ski resorts, close to some shops and restaurants. Staff were always pleasant to deal with and happy to help. Breakfast was good value for money. Hotel was clean and rooms were checked/cleaned daily.
All in all there isn't too much you can fault this place on, rooms are not the biggest but that is just how things are in Japan.

very friendly and helpful front desk staff
did not have hot water!

Great location in center of Echoland - close to many restaurants, shops, and base camp shuttle bus stop, dry room for skis and return area where local ski shops will pick up rentals, yoga studio with daily classes (really enjoyed the vinyasa class with Yuka - 1 class is 2500 yen), coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby. Olivia at the front desk was incredibly helpful with recommendations and reservations. They will pick you up from the Happo bus terminal.
Room was very small and not very clean. Most staff were friendly, but not very helpful or knowledgeable about the area (only Olivia was able to help - she was great!), no bath or hot spring.

The staff was very welcoming and gave us tips for dinner, ski pass, bus schedule etc. The Hotel location is right in the heart of eco village - where you'll have a huge choice of restaurants, cafes and rental shops. Its also easy to just take the free shuttle bus for just 5 min to arrive at the ski resort.
Super delicious breakfast at the cute Swiss restaurant right next to the Hotel.
not as clean as expected - the price and value didn't match

Staff was amazing, especially Michelle. Helped us with skiing logistics and organising a driver to get around as we didnt have a car.

Breakfast was quite minimal and short on choices for the price. However, the location was excellent. It was very very near to many restaurants and bus stop. The room was cosy with good heating.

Considering it's rated as a 3 star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised with the facilities. Heating in our room was great, very close to the bus stop to take advantage of free shuttle buses to the slopes and we enjoyed a free hotel transfer to the public onsen. There was tea and coffee available in the foyer. The location was great - lots of food options around the hotel.
The wifi speed was quite slow but at least there was free wifi so can't really complain.
