La camera, spaziosa.

Reception, solo il ragazzo è stato gentile. Ascensore non funzionante, terrazzo non ventilato impossibile mangiare a pranzo, cambio biancheria 1 volta a settimana a cura dell'ospite, carta igienica centellinata, wifi inesistente

Soggiorno breve ma soddisfatto della scelta.

Struttura nuova e ben curata. Pulita e molto accogliente. Colazione internazionale e ben fornita. La stanza con la cucina separata dalla camera, permette di poter cucinare qualcosa di personale senza dover andare ogni giorno al ristorante. Tutto ottimo.

Il ronzio del sistema di climatizzazione che si sente anche se spento.

The hotel is well maintained. The personnel was helpful. The rooms were clean at arrival. Good part about the breakfast is that they offer a few gluten-free and lactose-free options.

The breakfast is rather poor on non-sweet options: only boiled eggs, one salami, one ham and 2 cheese - and no daily change. There are no warm options. On the sweet options this was slightly better but still limited. After the 3rd day it was hard to find something to eat. The place is called "Hotel" but room service is not included. For the entire duration of the stay there were no replacement towels, no room cleaning and so on (you even had to ask for re-fill on the toilet paper). The apartments on booking.com was described as "two-bedroom apartment" but in reality this is a "two-room" / "one-bedroom apartment". The hotel has no "two-bedroom apartments" at all. I found this out after a long discussion with the personnel at the reception. This can be also checked on their website. This was a bit frustrating.

Nice hotel, good area

Room was very big and comfortable. It also had a nice kitchennette, which allows to prepare food.

Most of the crew didn't speak English, breakfast was very boring (no fresh products, except cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls, but can you eat it again and again every morning...?), no change of towels (we asked why so the desk clerk said "it's not a hotel, it's a residence")

Great area! The staff was great as well. AC worked well in the heat wave at the time. The outside kitchen was also nice, but a bit too warm in the weather. Not a lot of tourists in the area. Seceral good restaurants in the area as well

No wifi in the room and cell reception in the area was quite limited. We were asked to clean the kitchen supplies ourselves, but we were not given any equipment to do so. Had to buy that at the store, which was a bit strange.

One night stay - everything fine

Nice furniture, comfortable beds, very clean, kitchen on balcony, clima, wifi was ok, breakfast wasn't exceptional, but ok. Availability of late check-in (we had about 21h, which was very nice). Overall, nice stay on our trip.

Very clean. Nice breakfast. We liked having the little kitchenette. Good location - some good restaurants nearby.

No real lounge area where we could gather with our friends. No cleaning of rooms or change of towels or bedding during the week.

All what you need for a stay

Bed was comfortable, the room was great with many places for clothes and stuff, plus the facilities were all what you need.

You need to drive more north to find nice beaches. No WiFi in the room, just around the reception.

Charming place

We enjoyed our stay here, the room was charming and well equipped. Sadly we weren't prepared to use the kitchen, we stayed only for the night, but I appreciated the fact that it was there. The bathroom was spacious too. Very good price/quality ratio!

We expected more, but made it nice ourselves

It was close by the beach

We were not informed by Booking or our Check inn that we had to clean our room ourselves. They promised to clean our room after 7(!) nights but they just throw the sheets and towels on your bed. Cleaning stuff you need to buy and there is no vacuum. There is no first aid kit it in whole recidence (!) and no WiFi in the rooms. Only just within a couple meters of the reception desk. Breakfast staff is talking behind tourists back when they think they don’t understand Italian. She talked about how we eat and what we dress in. Very disrespectful. After that I took 1 piece of fruit from the table, and got a big mouth straight away that we could not bring food outside. Roomservice did not exist and for washing you pay a rediculess highly amount of money.

Very good

The room was cosy and clean, so we felt as we kept at home all the time. The distance to many places that we wanted to visit was really short, so it allowed us to enjoy the days as much as possible.

The wifi connection does not work at the rooms, neither at the reception.

Pleasant

Like the kitchen in our room. The eggs at breakfast cannot be warm when we have breakfast at 8-9 am according to the staff.

The bed is too soft and my back hurts a lot sleeping there for a few nights.

Good

Everything was very clean. The COVID rules are rigurously followed and processes are implemented. The place is big, has a nice design and the personnel is professional and friendly. The room was quite big. The bathroom was big and well equiped. The location - it is in a small seaside resort with very nice pensions and hotels, close to some very good restaurants. Next to it there is a supermarket. The beach is 1 km away right at the end of the street. 15 km away there are some amazing beaches. Also it's relatively easy to access the more famous Dorgali and Cala Gonone - less than 1 hour away by car. Orosei, 10 km south, is also worth a visit for its historical center.

There was wifi only in the terace next to the lobby. The TV had only 5 channels. No mobile signal in the room. Our room was in the lower ground floor and had no natural light. We couldn't get an invoice although we asked in advance in the booking reservation; the reason is they can't issue invoices for non-domestic companies. Very poor sound-proofing.

Nice accomodation, recommended

Nice apartment complex well communicated within walking distance of the beach and supermarkets. Breakfast was with enough variety and good quality products. The room itself was very comfortable and clean.

It is something common in Sardinia, but I cant get used to check in hours being that late (16:00) considering check out hours is 10:00. We were travelling with our newborn (7 weeks old) so it could have been useful to have the option for earlier check in.
