Passabel, aber für uns nicht so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben.

Sauberkeit

Balkon und die Betten Bei der Buchung einer 2 Zimmerwohnug wird bei Booking.com, genau wie bei der Website der Unterkunft geräumige Balkone und Terrassen angezeigt. Von solchen Wohnungen stehen aber nur wenige zur Verfügung. Wir haben eine Wohnung mit einem schmalen langen Balkon erhalten, auf dem die Klimaanlage montiert war. Ein Sonnenschutz war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Der Balkon war aus unserer Sicht nicht nutzbar. Morgens Sonne und somit zu heiß und Abends kein Wind dafür der Wärmeausstoß von der Klimaanlage. Das ist nicht nur zusätzlich heiß, sondern auch laut. Der Ausblick war zwar auf einen Seitenarm des Sporthafens, aber auch auf Straße und Zug. Also insgesamt anders als bei der Buchung beschrieben. Letztlich passt hier das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht. Bzgl. Der Betten und Sofa, sind alle samt von schlechter Qualität oder einfach durchgelegen.

L’emplacement au bord de l’eau et le calme extérieur et le parking réservé

Beaucoup de bruit dans le bâtiment (sortie de la chaudière eau chaude du bâtiment juste au dos du mur de notre chambre un bruit énorme) Beaucoup de claquement de porte dans le hall qui raisonne dans l’appartement

Great place to stay

great location and very comfortable apartment for our needs.

nothing, only comment would be to think about space to utilise the pull-out bed in second bedroom. However, the sofa was very comfortable 👍

Beautiful quiet marina setting. South facing view over marina, so sunny all day. 200 to 300m from beach. Lots of places to eat. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, They spoke good English, but were patient while I tried to always speak Italian.

Beds very large but not very comfortable, mattress quite hard and pillows very thin

Well located apartments, Nice marina, nearby beaches, lovely town nearby. Hard to fault

Travelled to Misano for the MotoGp. The staff at the complex were super friendly and helpful. We arrived after hours, but Greta from the complex met us with keys and let us into the apartment (2 bed, 1 with ensuite), and showed us where everything was, and gave us some pointers as to the local area. V Helpful. Apartment was basic enough, but clean, spacious with a small private garden, with table and chairs, overlooking the Marina, decent kitchen with everything that you would need. Mini Market a 5 min walk away. Several restaurants were dotted around the Marina. The staff gave us 2 bikes for free so we could cycle to the race circuit. Nearby Cattolica is a beautiful lively town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

We were there just out of season, so around the Marina was very quiet, which suited us fine. The complex is just on the edge of Misano, in between Misano and Cattolica so it is probably a 20min walk into the centre of each. (Although the beaches in Misano would only be a 5/10 min walk away. However we just used the electric scooters, which are widely available to get around, so wasnt an issue. But if mobility is an issue you would want to factor that in. Very hard to fault anything, which would really just be nit picking for the sake of it

Great base for family with young kids

We stayed at the beach apartments in summer 2020 with our toddler (20 months). The apartment was clean had all the basics. The kitchens don’t have much in the way of extra utensils but we were able to cook and eat in when we wanted. Cot and high chair were both decent quality. The location is great. The apartments are all around a marina so interesting views and 5-10 minutes walk to the pool (large and had roman steps for toddler to play on), beach and shops (even quicker on the free bikes that came with a child seat!). We ate in the local cafes and osteria and the local supermarket is well stocked. Larger supermarkets are not far by bike or car. The staff were brilliant and incredibly helpful.

Some reviews have mentioned that apartments are far from the pool and there is train noise. Yes the train is noisy if you’re on the balcony but they are infrequent and they didn’t disturb our sleep/we didn’t really hear them inside. The pool was a very very short cycle away from our apartment (which was one of the most distant ones) or just over a 5 minute walk through the marina. Note there are extra charges for bed linen/towels and air conditioning. Bring your own beach/pool towels (or buy them in one of the many marina shops!)

Very nice appartment, well equipped. We enjoyed tbe view on marina and the sea.

Unfortunately, the appartment was close to railway, which was little loud during nights.

Very good

It was our second holidays here. The place is wonderful. Our apartment was very nice with huge terrace. Communication with reception was very kind and helpful. Hope we will come back again.

There could be wider choice of kitchen equipment (dishes, cutlery and drinking glasses), it will be easier to prepare meals next time.

Breathtaking views on the port and sea

Portoverde Apartments are in amazing port. The place is very nice and view from our terrace was really incredible. Also interior of the apartment was very nice, main bedroom was quite big and equipped wit nex furniture. Second room with foldaway bed was smaller, but enough for sleeping. Two bathrooms were great for 5 people. Our apartment was on the outer side (Via O. Nelson), it was near to lovely beach on thi side of the port. But it was quite far from the pool. And about noise from the railway - yes, our apartment was near to it, so at midnight and early in the morning it was hearable. But we live near the A-road, so we are used to the traffic noise. For the family with babies or those who are habituated to sleep in the silence will be better the building in the middle of the port. With all of this will help you reception staff - they are very helpfull and kind. Although we were late by check-in, they were great and prepared for us smooth start of our holiday. I hope we will come back early.
