Location of the property was great. It had a nice size balcony to enjoy the views.

The property was very close to the beach and had a restaurant. Easy walking distance to the town. The staff was nice, but didn’t respond to all requests.
This hotel is a 2 star accommodation at best. We did not get the room we booked. We reserved a 1 bedroom room and we were in a studio with 3 beds all right next to each other. The pictures showed a couch and we didn’t have one, not that there was any room for them. Some of the plates in the cabinets were chipped or stained so they appeared dirty. Our toilet would run for 15 min at a time. We messaged the staff about that and the wrong room, but they only addressed the toilet. Staff would come in daily to empty the trash and fold the sheets, but I noticed on our last day that if we had towels on the floor they would fold them and put them back on the bed dirty instead of replacing them.
The cleaning staff also left their trash and buckets on our patio space all the time.

Everything was really good! Fantastic owners and a wonderful breakfast. We felt welcome from the first moment! Then close to two nice beaches, shops, bakery and bus is really good! And finally, very good food in the restaurant!

Great location with easy walk to beach, shops and bus.
The excellent restaurant is right on the premises and there was a gorgeous view from the room.
The room had a small kitchen although there was no dish cleaning liquid - but no worries the cleaners washed the dishes every day.
Nothing. For the price it was great value for money.

The property has excellent location. Agios Prokopios beach, three-four mini markets, various restaurants, bank ATMs and the bus stop are all within 100-200 metres of the property. The one bed room apartment was clean and comfortable. The best thing is that property owner Apostolos and his family are there from morning till late night as they also run their restaurant just in the front of the property and they are always willing to help.
Nothing negative. I think the water mixer in the shower was little out of tune as water sometimes alternated from hot to cold.

The room is large and with a nice balcony, very close to the beach and the restaurants, the position was really perfect, no problem for parking with the car, they have their own park. However, the sea-view is blocked by the opposite building (the restaurant). My suggestion, if available, is to choose the room in the corner of the building. The hosts were very nice, although they invited us to their restaurant but did not offer us anything and the service was really slow despite there were not many clients in September.
Shower: a curtain could help to not make wet everywhere. Rooms are a bit too close: we were a bit unlucky the first week and had very noisy neighbours, who made noise (cooking, speaking very loud, singing) until midnight...
We tried to use the kitchen once, but it smells bad, thus we gave up.

Perfect location across from the beach. Balcony with wonderful view. Comfortable bed with great-smelling linens and towels. Highly recommended!
