Outstanding Stay First and foremost, the location of Ubytování v Brně is simply perfect. Its central position allowed me to easily explore the beauty of Brno. This convenience greatly enhanced my overall experience. The cleanliness and coziness of the accommodation were outstanding. From the moment I stepped into the room, I felt welcomed and relaxed. Home away from home 🏡

Everything was just amazing. It was my 2nd stay there and it feels like home away from home) Quiet location close to the old town, super friendly staff. The room is fully equipped ( little fridge, hair dryer, tv, air conditioner) with a bunch of storage place. Perfect place to stay for a solo traveler😊

Family trip through the Czech Republic short stay in Brno

High quality room, materials look very new (A/C is a life saver during this period). Spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. Great showers! WiFi was good. Small kitchenette in the common area was very useful. The hosts are really nice just barely speak English (man speaks a bit German). We walked to the city center (didn’t need the bus) about 20 minutes walk. Nice park 2 minutes walk from the property. Small but private parking spot behind a gate. There is a small sitting area just at the entrance.

A bit noise sensitivity. We heard the people above us walking around (in the evening to late at night). TV only had local channels nothing international.

Perfect place whrn you stay in Brno

Great location, nice hospitality, clean and comfortable. Beautiful garden, comfortable mattress.

Some extra electrical outlets would be useful, but that is only a small remark. The place is very good overall.

Comfy and homey.

This is my 3rd stay here and it remains comfy and cosy. I was able to get my work done thanks to the excellent wifi. I was also able to chill out in the spacious back garden.

A nice quiet little place to stay close to the University.

It was very quiet, close to a nice park and the University. The gentleman was kind to allow me in earlier than the indicated check in time and explained everything thoroughly. The little shared kitchen was a nice addition.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but I guess for those who like softer mattresses it might do the trick. Other than that everything was top notch, especially considering the reasonable price.

It was a pleasant break from hostels on my long trip - I liked that I had a private bathroom and a shower, and the place was spotlessly clean. After a month in hostels, it was great to have a clean place that was peaceful and quiet. The owner Martin and I understood each other very well. He was a great host.

Comfortable, clean, cozy room, unobtrusive service, everything you need is thoughtfully in the room. The location is quite convenient: near a large park, 15 minutes walk there are large shopping centers Kaufland, Tesco, Kralove Pole. In 30 minutes from the city center.

I stayed two days and with a great pleasure! The place is very clean and pretty, there is a backyard rustic garden with fruit trees and vineyard, swimming pool and barbeque place. Very quiet place, I liked so much! If you need to relax few days is the right place,and almost in the middle of the city. Is about 10-15 min by walk to the center of Brno, next to the hotel is a big beautiful park. In the room is everything what you need, out of the room is a little kitchen with necessary staff.

Nice host, well-furnitured and spacious room and common kitchen (with water balloon), nice garden and birdsong.

99 stairs lead to the property from the main street. It's not a problem if you are healthy. Paper thin walls inside.

Very comfy, relaxing and rejuvenating

You can definitely keep yourself fit going up and down Schodova (a series of steps leading up to the property) and walking around Luzanky Park. Go further up a short ways and you will reach the campus for Mendel University and some nice local cafes nearby (the Cat Cafe, for e.g.). I had a spacious room, en suite bathroom and a desk from where I was able to do my work during the week. The free WiFi was rock solid. A shared kitchen allows guests to make their own food. Generous quantities of free instant coffee and various herbal teas available.

Nothing to improve - this is a great place to stay.
