Casa Bela Vista is a sleek, modern villa with a panoramic view.
The villa is furnished to high standard, equipped with everything you need to make this your home for the duration of your holiday. Situated within walking distance from the village square and local beaches.

Ground floor: spacious living room with satellite TV and log burner, dining room and very well equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Big terrace with swimming pool, loungers, outside shower and dining table. At the front side, garden with terrace and pétanque area.
Heatable swimming pool (heatpump) , extra charge per day.
First floor: two spacious bedrooms, both with a large private terrace.
Basement: car parking and laundry room.

Ferragudo is a quaint, still authentic fishing village, with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes, and located in the middle of the Algarve, perfectly situated is you would like to explore the Algarve. You can meander along the quayside, stopping in a restaurant of your choice to sample their delicacies or through the picturesque cobbled streets. The main square, where you can share in the atmosphere with the locals, provides an alternative place to relax. During summer, there is often musical entertainment here.
You will find all local amenities in the village e.g. banks, post office, daily fish, fruit and veg market, butchers and a baker. Within walking distance of Casa Bela Vista, there are also safe, sandy beaches with restaurants and bars with coastal views. For the more adventurous, there are clifftop walks where you can enjoy magnificent views and the flora and fauna of the Algarve.

Very impressed with the Villa. Check-in we were made to feel very welcomed lovely people. Villa has everything you need from Lilo's to cooking essentials. A great night sleep was had. Swimming pool was excellent. Lovely sunset. Location was perfect close to the local town and supermarkets. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Excellent holiday and a warm welcome. Thank you so much.

We had a brilliant time at this villa. A lovely relaxing location with a great pool and brilliant views. Very accessible to shops and local towns. Good communication with the host and easy to access if we did have any questions or problems! Would recommend :)

From us arriving at the villa before check in time, our host, Bart, welcomed us and found somewhere to leave our cases as his team finished the preparation for our stay. He gave us useful information on what amenities were around us. The location is fantastic, with fabulous views, Lidl supermarket within a mile, ten minute walk to the seafront where there are lots of restaurants and cafes. Über is your friend in this village if you want to go further afield, we found them very reliable and inexpensive! The villa is extremely well appointed, with comfortable beds, wifi, all manner of kitchen utensils, a huge fridge and separate drinks fridge! Our party consisted of two parents with four teenagers and a twenty year old. There was plenty of space, and things to do to keep everyone happy. We had an excellent time in this villa, and can’t recommend it enough. Fantastic!

Apart the wind, and beach cold water, we spent an amazing week.The house is amazing, located in a quiet neighborhood near beach and supermarket. It has a awsome view, and it is very well equipped. As things less positive, and as a suggestion, we think that the edge of the pool shoulg be roundish, it is very dangerous now. The shower floor is very slippery, i think there is a product you can apply on the floor to solve this. Hope to come back one day.

The villa was immaculate and had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. I don't think there was anything that could have been improved. The whole booking/ checking in process went very smoothly and they were helpful with arranging transfers to/ from the airport. We had a lovely family vaccation!

Belle propriété avec terrasses à l´ombre et au soleil. Très bien équipé avec jeux d´eau piscine. Plusieurs bains de soleil. Douche extérieure avec eau chaude: surprenant! Terrain pétanque avec les boules fournies. Double emplacement voiture à l´ombre. Climatisation uniquement dans les chambres, maison fraîche. Literie très confortable.

Uma casa muito boa, muito bem equipada e numa excelente localização. A piscina é excelente e com uma vista privilegiada! Apenas uma pequena nota relativamente ao deck que apresenta necessidade de alguma intervenção por ter algumas tábuas sem apoio. De resto tudo impecável.

Vi ble svært godt mottatt ved ankomst til villaen, men forvalteren ga aldri noen respons på meldinger som ble sendt ham. Ingen av meldingene var imidlertid av betydning for selve oppholdet.

We had a fantastic time at Casa Bela Vista and the warm welcome from Rudi and Kathleen helped ease us into a very enjoyable holiday. It was our first time in Portugal and we had a great time at the property and would return in a heartbeat. We were able to walk to the local shops as well as into Ferragudo and the children loved the adventure of catching the ferry boat across to Portimao, which we did on a number of occasions. All in all, a great property in a great location and we would definitely look to Portugal first as our preferred location for our next holiday. Thanks also for the very prompt and informative replies to a number of questions before, during and after our stay.

A stunning villa.

Our stay was fantastic at the Casa Bela Vista. The house was incredible with 4 big bedrooms, a large pool and an amazing view over the sea and coast of Portimão. It was also short distance to a large supermarket, which had all you can ask for. All in all, the location and the facilities of the villa really provided us with a perfect holiday week. So, if you want to go to Ferragudo and the Algarve coast, I would highly recommend you check out Casa Bela Vista.

Die Abwicklung und Betreuung durch Rudi war absolut top. Zuverlässig, schnell und sehr freundlich. Hierfür gibt es die volle Punktzahl. Das Haus selbst ist auch sehr schön, es fehlt soweit an nichts. Es ist sauber, hell und modern. Leider gibt es von uns trotzdem einen Stern Abzug, weil es doch hier und da Verbesserungspotenzial gibt. Der Bereich um den Pool, mit Holz, ist schon sehr marode. Hier gab es schon gebrochene und geflickte Stellen und man hatte Angst, dass man irgendwo einbricht. Für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern, die dann doch schon mal etwas wilder rumtoben, hätte ich hier schon ein wenig Sorge. Auch war es uns persönlich stellenweise zu laut. Die direkten Nachbarn, mit mehreren Autos, die mehrmals täglich rein- und rausfahren und auch schonmal den Motor, ohne im Auto zu sitzen, ewig laufen lassen, neben dem Lärm der Benzingeruch und dann fußballspielende Kinder in deren Hinterhof, der durch seine Akustik dann schon einen gewissen Lärmpegel bringt. Was aber auch daran liegt, dass dieser sich direkt neben der Terrasse des Hauses befindet. Aber wie gesagt, dass ist unser persönliches Empfinden, jeder hat ja eine andere Lärmtoleranz. Weiterhin gibt es von uns den Abzug, da sich die Klimaanlagen nur im Schlafzimmer befinden, uns diese aber im großen Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich gefehlt hat. Alles in allem möchten wir uns aber trotzdem für den angenehmen Aufenthalt bedanken und würden das Haus, abgesehen von den benannten Einschränkungen, jedem weiterempfehlen!!

Spacious villa with spectacular views of Portimao. Had everything we needed and more. 20 minute walk to the 'main square' of restaurants (with small children) and 10 Minutes to the supermarket. Praia Grande beach just a bit further on past the 'square' highly recommended. We used Uber to get around no problems. Taxi boat to Portimao highly recommmended. Lots of bars and restaurants in Portimao and a beautiful beach. Would highly recommend this villa. Excellent communications.

super vakantie achter de rug ... villa heeft ruime slaapkamers + badkamers zelfs een vaatwas is er aanwezig heel proper bij aankomst zwembad super + ligzetels voorzien rustig gelegen en op wandelafstand naar het dorp waar dat je lekkere restaurants hebt en zeker niet duur op wandelafstand naar het strand en zee waar je allerlei activiteiten kan doen oa boottochten voor de sportievelingen zijn er ook hele mooie wandelingen tussen de natuur proficiat aan de eigenaars zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

A fabulous villa which has everything to cater for your holiday needs! A great location as only a short walk into Ferragudo. Ferragudo too is an unspoilt fishing village with some stunning bars and restaurants. We loved the pool too which was great for young children as it had an alarm. Definitely would recommend and cannot wait to return.
