Pleasant

The room is clean.

Very noisy because window is facing the small road and walk way. Pillow is too soft.

I will come again - the location is ideal ...

The breakfast is outstandingly good, the location very good.

The bathroom was state of the art - but the floor in the room was carpet - I would have preferred a more modern floor covering

They have 2 building . One of them without an elevator . To climb 4 floors with a suitcase is not one of my favorite hobbies

A cosy modern place with a great breakfast

We had a very good stay. The room was bigger than I expected, with all I needed to enjoy, to talk, and to work. Upon request, I got a water kettle and two cups and was able to make my own tea in the evening. I parked in the street near the hotel, but the hotel also offered a parking spot just in case (upon additional fee). But above all, the breakfast was great. This is a small hotel but the selection of fresh vegetables and fruit, the breads fit my taste :-) The hotel is situated in the very center of Jena, next to the main street with pubs, and close to a shopping mall, at the same time only 5 minutes away from the main market square. We enjoyed the location, the breakfast, and the stay altogether.

We had a small issue with the invoice - not all my inoice data from booking.com were copied onto the invoice and I needed to get it corrected. But this was fixed fine!

The building is nicely and stylishly renovated, very clean and very centric. Nice staff.

The room that I had for 65 euros was EXTREMELY SMALL. For me it was very unpleasant to stay inside. It is NOT 12 m2 as the website says, it seemed to me twice smaller. But the room was very clean, the bathroom vas very nice and clean. It is just the ROOM SIZE that I found unbearable. And this is the reason for my low mark for the hotel.

Great simple hotel for a short stay

Staff was very helpful and room was simple but clean and well equipped. Location was very convenient with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Check-in after hours (reception is not 24/7) was easy.

Under the beds was quite dusty but otherwise the rooms were very clean.

Superb

I did very much enjoy the cleanliness of the room and comfiness of the beds. I bathroom was also very clean and big. The location of the hotel was perfect since it was near the centre of the city.

My only complain is that one morning one of the employes entered our room without knocking even though we hadn't put the 'bitte zimmer aufräumen' sign on our door.

Wonderful location and lovely rooms!

Great location, within a ten minute walk to the train station Rooms were super clean, everything was spotless, and the staff was helpful, friendly and wonderful to work with.

A little noisy at night on the weekend with an Irish bar just down the street. We were serenaded at 2 a.m. by a very happy, but very loud, inebriated patron of said bar. However, closing the windows dampened the sound.

Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is extremely central (directly off the main road of the city centre) and you can reach anywhere walking. It was perfect.
