Great studio for a vacation in old town Dubrovnik

Lovely clean suite in perfect location for first time Dubrovnik visit.

Perfect old city location on a quiet side street. No noise at night. Less than a minute from the activity of the old city. A few steps to reach it, but host was kind enough to help with bag. Lovely clean suite with character and everything you need. Clean modern bathroom with good shower.

Tea bags and coffee would be nice. Complimentary cherry liqueur was delicious. Bed was a bit spring-y but I slept well.

Excellent location

Excellent location with a friendly and responsive host. Comfy bed and decent size apartment for a stay in old town. The cherry wine was a nice touch.

There is a restaurant below the apartment and the smell from their kitchen is quite overpowering in the bathroom of the apartment. If you keep the bathroom door shut, it does prevent it from reaching the rest of the apartment. But definitely needs fixing.

Amazing location and a great host!

The location is unbelievable! It is in the middle of the old town yet in a perfect spot that is quiet at night. The walk to the apartment is very comfortable and there are almost no stairs to take! The host, Zlatko, is super nice, a great communicator, and very friendly! He gave us an opportunity to leave our bags early and explore the old town while the apartment was being cleaned. There were fresh fruits and a homemade liquor waiting for us when we came back! The apartment is small but had everything we needed! They had shampoo/conditioner/lotion/soap in the bathroom (with a great shower) and kitchen appliances/water/orange juice in the fridge. The air comditinimg worked great. Overall, the stay was great!

Perfect location

Perfect location, only a few minutes walk from Buza Gate and one of the wall city wall entrances. Also just steps away to restaurants, shops and the old town sites.

Perfect location, highly recommend

Perfect location. Excellent comms with the owner. Lovely and comfortable with some thoughtful Extras like homemade cherry brandy and chocolates. Everything we needed for a lovely stay. We were mother and daughter on a birthday trip - we only brought hand luggage which was helpful as there are no vehicles allowed in the old town. Our pick up was arranged by the owners, and Mario was punctual, safe and informative

Lovely studio in just about the best location you could wish for.

Fabulous location just minutes from the harbour, restaurants and the Maritime Museum and the quietest entry point onto the city walls. (The other city wall entrances get very crowded.) The Studio was great with super bed, ensuite and our host provided tea, coffee, orange juice, fresh fruit. Loads of independent tourist info provided in the room including a Lonely Plant guide that was really useful. Finally our host was friendly, helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Dislike? Seriously? Nothing to dislike at all.

We loved our stay at Franka’s apartment and would highly recommend

we loved the location of this apartment.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Franka’s apartment and fell in love with Dubrovnik. we had an Italian rest outside our door which we would highly recommend. Our host was very nice and left us homemade cherry, wine and chocolates. which were all delicious.

If we ever visit Dubrovnik again, we'd definitely stay here!

The host met us on arrival with a warm welcome and introduction to the apartment. It was up a beautiful stone alleyway very close to the Old City Gate and near all attractions in the old town. Being central is a major priority when we book accommodation and we were not disappointed! The apartment was well appointed, had a comfortable bed, good bathroom and accessible tv in english (a bonus). Despite a very early departure for our flight, our host drove us to the airport for a very reasonable amount.

Perhaps having two keys to the apartment, (but I forgot to even ask)

So convenient right in the centre of the old town.

It said there was a terrace but in fact it was the pedestrianised street outside. The only window was in the door opening out on to the street so not very private but cosy in the evening once the curtains drawn. All fine for the one or two nights if you have no intention of spending time in the studio relaxing during the day.

Central and comfortable.

The location is great, right in the heart of the Old Town, next to a gate out to the harbour, and only 1 flight of stairs up to the property. The apartment is very comfortable and quite spacious. The kitchen has all the basic requirements for cooking, eg, a grater. Good, big fridge. A nice, roomy, modern bathroom with lots of towels. The public patio outside, is rarely used by others, and is a good place to sit and read. The extras offered: lots of fruit, water, homemade cherry brandy, were a lovely touch. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to contact.

The flat is quite dark and somethings could use a deep clean, like doors, dusty surfaces and the ice tray being frozen into the freezer. On the whole, we had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

This is a great apartment except for the mattress.

The location was excellent. The size of the apartment was just right. We had everything we needed.

The mattress in this apartment was the WORST mattress I’ve ever slept on. I’m in my 50s and I’ve traveled lots and slept in many different places. But this mattress was so lumpy that I’d have been better off sleeping on the ground. I barely slept all night and was very uncomfortable. Everything about the apartment was comfortable except for the mattress. It really needs to be changed.

Highly recommended.

Location of apartment couldn't have been better. It is close to everything (including easy access to one of the city walls entry points with fewer stairs than other entry points) but in a quieter part of the old town. Apartment is located on the ground floor so easy access for luggage. Communication with the host was excellent. Good sized shower and plenty of towels. The host also left us some delicious homemade cherry brandy. Would definitely recommend this apartment and host.

Fabulous stay in a great location.

This property is in an excellent location in the old town. It was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a lovely bowl of fruit, juice, milk and some excellent cherry brandy for us to have.

The host,Slatko arranged to pick us up at the airport. Price was fair and he was gracious and welcoming. He made arrangements for a day trip and personally accompanied us. We felt like we were visiting a friend. His hospitality was emblematic of the warmth of the Croatian people and made for a very special experience. You are tops Slatko!

Enjoyable place to stay - like a home away from home.

Location, location, location! Just where you would want to be. In a quiet area near a good pizza restaurant and gelato/coffee place. Easy to stop back at the apartment to rest during the day. Loved the windows in the doors. Can see people walking by.

PERFECT!!

This apartment was perfect! Location is amazing as it just around the corner from the centre of everything. The room itself is great, nice shower, comfortable bed and nice size kitchen. Very clean also. The host was so kind and even got us a congratulations card and bottle of prosecco to celebrate our engagement. Couldn't of asked for more and would highly recommend!! :)

amazing location!

really good location, in the heart of the old town. perfect apartment with everything you need and very helpful host! Altough it is in the heart of the town it is surprisingly quiet at night so we were able to sleep!

Charmer For Sure

The location of this unit is within the old port city walls--like 15/10. Stunning! It is also very close to one of the wall-walking entry and exit points. The interior is quite charming and Zlatko (host) provided water, apple juice, fruit, and homemade cherry brandy. The bathroom was great (except couldnt find hot water in the morning). Overall 10/10! Good luck finding anything better within the old walls.

Amazing location, beautiful Apartment

This was my favourite stay while travelling through Croatia, the apartment couldn’t be in a better location. The interior is stunning, bed is comfortable, the bathroom is gorgeous, we had fruit, water, juice and chocolates waiting for us which was such a nice treat. I absolutely loved this apartment and couldn’t recommend it more.
