Eine perfekte Zeit bei liebevollen, überaus freundlichen Gastgebern.

Es war alles wirklich perfekt. Die überaus herzlichen Gastgeber Michaela und Silvio erfüllen jeden Wunsch ihrer Gäste - es fehlte an nichts. Bei den beiden, in der wunderschönen Wohnung und der tollen Umgebung muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Wir kommen wieder!!

Ci è piaciuto tutto, dalla prenotazione all'arrivo, contattati preventivamente all'arrivo, siamo stati accolti ed accompagnati all'appartamento in modo molto professionale, ci sono state fornite tutte le informazioni le attenzioni e le opportunità di Capoliveri. La posizione è incantevole si domina il golfo e si è vicini alla piazza caratteristica di Capoliveri. L'appartamento è Bellissimo! molto accogliente ed ampio, ben arredato e pulizia Top, Letti comodi divano letto comodissimo, ci sono attenzioni cordiali nel frigo per accogliere al meglio e tutto per la prima colazione, macchina del caffe con cialde incluse di vari tipi. I Proprietari sono carinissimi, discreti e sempre disponibili.

In the heart of Capoliveri

Very nice accommodation with private parking in the old town of Capoliveri. Our lovely hosts greeted us personally, guided us to the accommodation and gave us many tips for excursions and restaurants. Refreshments, air conditioning and a washing machine awaited us in the apartment. Who is looking for a central accommodation in Capoliveri is definitely right here!

At this time of the year there are many festivities in the city. Since the accommodation is located directly in the center, it can be a bit noisy at night. However, this is not the fault of the accommodation. For those who want to be right there, it is of course perfectly located.

A relaxing and conveniently apartment in a prime location with the best hosts ever.

The property itself is such a nice spot to spend a few days to a week on Elba. But more than anything, Sylvio and Michaela (the hosts) are some of the most kind, accommodating, thoughtful people I’ve come across during my years of travel. I was visiting Elba alone for vacation, but also wanted to track down where my family came from on the island. They took time out of their day to help me in so many ways and I will never forget it. They’re lovely to talk to, the allowed me to continuously extend my stay, they helped with recommendations — even provided an umbrella for the beach. The apartment is perfect. I loved having my coffee in the morning with the doors open looking out at the sea. There’s air conditioning if you need it as well as a washing machine. And the apartment comes with a parking spot, which for this area of the island is amazing. I thought the location was a great spot to stay — you have the town of Capoliveri to have coffee and breakfast in in the morning and dinner at night, and then since you have parking to come back to, you can go explore the different parts of the island during the day. I loved everything about this spot and highly recommend!! Thank you again for your hospitality 🤍🤍🤍

Absolutely fantastic place and amazing hosts!

This place is wonderful with amazing hosts we absolutely loved them, so helpful, kind and on hand if needed. The apartment was spacious and the hosts had gone out of their way to provide some essentials for us and even gave us and our daughters a leaving gift. Location is fantastic with parking outside, the town is absolutely beautiful with some great places to eat. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the island. We just wished we had booked for longer!

We look forward to returning to Elba and staying at Chez Nous again

Michaela and Silvio are gracious hosts. We appreciated that Silvio met us outside of the city center and guided us to the apartments, showing us two different paths. We rented their smallest apartment but it was plenty of space for two of us and was well laid out. Be sure to wander around the city of Capoliveri - it is adorable!

A Perfect Vacation Apartment with Amazing Hosts

Very nice and new apartment, well-furnished with everything you might need for your vacation. The location is perfect, right in the center of Capoliveri, but at the same time, very quiet, with parking right in front of the building. The hosts are just amazing; they genuinely care about their guests’ happiness and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Perfect Stay at Chez Nous and will definitely come back

wonderful appartement in very very central area of Capoliveri. It can't be closer the center with a lot of restaurants and bars. private parking available. Michaela and Silvio are perfect hosts. So nice and helpful. Nice private terrace. Would definitely come back to stay at Chez Nous. Simply saying perfect and lovely to stay at Chez Nous.

Wonderful

The flat is in the second floor of a two story house steps away from the heart of Capoliveri historical centre. It has a beautiful view and is very comfortable and clean with very good A/C. Our wonderful hosts Michaela and Silvio were very warm and helpful and gave us detailed information about the island. It was a perfect stay at Chez Nous!

A fantastic apartment in a small, beautiful town, Capoliveri

The location is perfect, walking distance to Capoliveri center. Our hosts have been very nice. They shared their knowledge of the their favorite beaches and excursions with us. The apartment has been perfect with washing machine, balcony to hang wet clothes and fridge with freezer to store food.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the apartment.

Fantastic place to have a very enjoyable holiday.

Ideal location, impeccable appartment and gracious hosts. The hosts were lovely and helpful and along with the decor and the cleanliness made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay in a fantastic village. Gorgeous outdoor seating arrangements next to a fantastic view. This accommodation is highly recommended. Definitely a place to return.

Amazing place and hosts!

Appartment has a beautiful seaview, is well equiped and whats important-provides free parking possibilities in old town! But the most amazing are hosts Michaela and Silvio. They gave us usefull tips and recomendations on best restaurants, beaches, etc. and even farewell gift! Highly reccommended!

The hosts, Sylvio & Michaela, were extraordinary! The were very helpful, very welcoming and friendly. They gave us lots of great advice about the areas to visit.

Nothing! Everything was absolutely perfect and we can't wait to go back and see Sylvio & Michaela again. They even went above and beyond by noticing on my passport that it was my birthday weekend and they gave me local Elba wine on our departure. So adorable of them.

Fantastic!

The hosts Mario and Michaela are Chez Nous. They are so kind and helpfull. They take time to give information about the island and it’s sights. Also they reserved restaurants for us prior to our visit. Together with their little dog Golia they make you feel right at home. The village Capoliveri really comes to live in the evening offering a wide variety of shops and restaurants, all within short walking distance of the appartment. The house with the appartments is really beautiful, all self remodelled with great care. When we return to Elba, we will definately stay at Chez Nous again.

An amazing apartment in the city center of Capoliveri. Very clean and quiet. Actually, I have never had an experience with such a lovely hospitality. Michaela and Silvio are such a nice people, always positive and willing to help. When I go back to Elba, I would definitely stay there again !

Do not hesitate to book it

Honestly, you are lucky if this place is still available to book! Do not hesitate to book it, you won’t find a better place to stay in Elba! The hosts are great, they care that you have THE perfect stay and yet they are not intrusive and respect your privacy perfectly well. Best recommendations for restaurants, beaches, places to go and all of them are no tourist traps! We will be back for sure! Exceptional

At first we had some trouble finding the appartment, but once we met Silvio and Michaela we received a very warm welcome. We were shown the free parking space and were given a tour of the appartAment as well as the surrounding area as there are some important traffic rules. The appartment is very clean and cozy coming along with a well equipped kitchen including some breakfast items and beverages for free. A seating area outside is also available. Plus, you can even use the washing machine. The bathroom is very modern. Wifi was working without issues. The appartment is located in the centre of Capoliveri and close to many restaurants (we can recommend the one across the street(, a supermarkt and lots of shops. We got some recommendations for great beaches from our hosts which could easily be reached within 10 minutes (or less) by car. Thanks for the nice stay 👍

Very minor: The only thing that the kitchen is missing in our opinon is a chopping board - would be really useful.
