Exceptional in every way. Beautifully designed hotel room immaculate and spacious and incredibly clean and well presented. All staff so so friendly and did everything to make you feel welcome valued and worked so hard to make your stay special. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with all tastes catered for. We stayed for 12 nights and all three of us agreed it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. All hotels should aim to be like Nema

Schönen Aufenthalt gehabt - tolle Zeit am Strand !

Das Personal im Elysium war sehr freundlich! Wenn es einen Wunsch gab, wurde dieser auch erfüllt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit einem kalten Handtuch und einem Sekt begrüßt. Zur Verabschiedung gab es einen netten Brief und lokale Produkte als Geschenk. Insbesondere der Service am Strand von Nikos war super! Der hoteleigene Strand war sehr schön, die Liegen, die dort den Gästen bereitstanden, waren auch sehr bequem. Der Strand war Sandstrand und das Wasser war toll! Beim Essen, sowohl Frühstück, als auch Abendbrot, gab es diverse Variationen. Zwischen Fisch, Fleisch und vegetarisch gab es viele Möglichkeiten. Ich möchte die Desserts besonders betonen, die jeden Tag köstlich waren ! Der Sportraum war für einen kleinen Raum sehr gut ausgestattet. Dieser war meinem Freund sehr wichtig und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Anlage wird auf den Wegen sehr sauber gehalten.

Leider gab es ein paar Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Zimmerreinigung. Mal gab es kleine Handtücher, mal nicht. Die Handtücher für den Strand wurden nur auf Nachfrage ausgetauscht. Auch die Reinigung wurde nicht immer so ausführlich gemacht, wie außen auf der Anlage. Oft wurde Sand nur von A nach B gewischt und die Fugen in der Dusche wurden nie gereinigt. Von einem 5-Sterne habe ich auch Perfektion in kleinen Dingen erwartet und wurde dahingehend enttäuscht. Teilweise waren Fließen in unserem Zimmer gebrochen, Flecken an der Wand oder kleine Schimmelflecken in den Ecken im Bad. Das Parket im Gym war teilweise nicht vernünftig verlegt, ebenso wie der Boden am Pool. Nicht nur ich bin manchmal dort gestolpert. Auch andere Gäste sind darüber gestolpert. Wir hatten ein Design Zimmer mit eigenem Pool gebucht. Den konnten wir fast nie nutzen, weil es so viele Mücken dort gab. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber ich würde von einer Buchung dieses Zimmers abraten. Mein Freund wurde innerhalb von einem Tag völlig zerstochen. Außerdem liegen über den Designzimmern mit Pool weitere Zimmer, die ihren Blick von deren Balkon auf den ‚privat Pool’ haben. Also so wirklich Privat ist der Pool - neben den Mücken - auch nicht. Die Badezimmertür ist übrigens nur eine Glastür, diese ist auch leicht transparent und nicht wirklich verschließbar. Das sollte man wissen.

We had an amazing stay at NEMA and we were very looked after! Our private pool was a highlight, and we spent most of our time there, truly relaxing. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner, with generous amounts of meat in the recipes! A special mention goes to the pastries and desserts—delicate, professional, and not too sweet. Kudos to the pastry chef for a job well done! The staff and hotel manager were friendly and approachable, which added to the experience. Room service was efficient, and we had unlimited access to pool/beach towels. Thank you, NEMA, for a fantastic stay!

Il relax delle strutture adults only

Struttura molto bella ed accogliente. Piscina fantastica e spiaggia buona. Personale eccezionale. Un soggiorno veramente perfetto.

Unico neo: al check out abbiamo saldato il conto degli extra, verificando però in un secondo momento che dei furbacchioni avevano addebitato a noi una cena. Non è stata in alcun modo colpa dello staff, avremmo forse dovuto chiedere noi il giorno prima il saldo è verificare tutte le voci.

πολυ ωραιο ξενοδοχειο σε γενικες γραμμες με παρα πολλα ομως περιθωρια βελτιωσης

Ηταν ανετο με καταπληκτικο στρώμα στο κρεβάτι, εξαιρετικα καθαρο, ενυπωσιακο πρωινο, υπεροχος χωρος της πισινας, πολυ χαμογελαστα και προθυμα να εξυπηρετησουν τα παιδια στην reception και στους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου

Δεν μου αρεσε που το ιντερνετ ηταν ανυπαρκτο, δεν μπορουσες να συνδεθεις καλα, χανοταν το σημα, η τηλεοραση δεν επιανε καναλια, και επειδη συνδεεται μεσω ιντερνετ συνηθως βλεπαμε να φορτωνει μονο ! δεν μου αρεσε που δεν ειχε room service ολο το 24ωρο, αλλα μονο μεχρι τις 18:00 και αν καταλαβαμε καλα καποια επιπλεον πιατα του εστιατοριου μεχρι τις 23:00, τα οποια χρεωνοταν και +10€ απο τον τιμοκαταλογο ! Δηλαδη αν πεινασεις στις 00:00 δεν υπαρχει λυση, για 5* ξενοδοχειο ειναι μειον ! Επισης μου εκανε αρνητικη εντυπωση που ενω πηγαμε πασχα δεν γνωριζαν μεχρι τελευταια στιγμη(1 μερα πριν) αν θα υπαρξει καποιο εορταστικο μενου στο εστιατοριο για εκεινες τις μερες, δηλαδη θα μπορουσαμε να κανουμε κρατηση καπου αλλου πιο πριν αν ξεραμε τι και πως !

Very nice hotel with excellent costumer service!

The staff really went above and beyond. Every single person was friendly and always smiling. They made us feel welcomed and where there to help in any situation. Especially Sofia, Giorgos and Giannis!!

The hotel looks very luxurious, we fount it really relaxing, the staff are so friendly and helpful.

For breakfast they done loads of different type of cooked egg and they done hash browns every other day, wasn’t much verity on the cooked breakfast.

amazing

fantastic property! individual pools were the perfect secluded but still communal way to do things. really clean, really comfortable, really beautiful, really quiet. not totally isolated you were still in a town by the sea which was really nice.

some of the rules were confusing. can drink unlimited cocktails in our room included in price but can’t have more than 2 bottles of water a day. 1 plug socket indoors downstairs which had the fridge plugged in. had to unplug the fridge to plug in the kettle. easily solved with a 4 way adapter. however there were 3 plug sockets outside which seems a really odd choice.

It was nice but not worth the price

Room we were moved to was really nice, really comfortable and lovely balcony. Reception staff / attendants were friendly and lovely. a cool modern place. sauna and spa facilities were nice

Staff by the pool only paid attention to certain people and ignored us. I have allergies and I told the hotel at the staff and they did nothing in response, I had booked breakfast everyday but couldn’t eat anything at all at the buffet and there was no option to make me anything fresh without allergens so it ended up being a waste of money. the restaurant was ridiculously slow, had to wait an hour for the food everyday even when there was only 3 couples in the restaurant. and again staff just ignored us when food was late. gym could’ve been better was in a really weird location and a bit cramped, equipment not the best.

Excellent Hotel and Experience - Great Service, Rooms and Food & Drinks

I actually loved this hotel and would proudly return. I found it searching online and didn't know much going in. I wasn't sure what it would be like, but it ended up being fantastic. Firstly, the service was magnificent. The food was sensational, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were fantastic. The location was wonderful and I would proudly stay there in the future. We also tried the spa and the quality of the massage was excellent and well-priced. I am not one to write reviews, but I would proudly recommend the hotel and will return there on our next trip.

I loved this hotel and the customer service and hospitality was out of this world!! They got us from the airport, greeted us at the door, gave us a wayyy early check in a, and took care of every need. The rooms are beautiful. All of the public areas are also breathtaking.

I was expecting nothing less I spend few days the first year it had opened and once I had the opportunity this year I had given another visit I was more than satisfied with the whole concept the service the staff the high standards of the food the beautiful room. This hotel gives you a very intimate and personal feeling because of the incredible design and thought that goes into every detail - from the amenities in the room to the fantastic breakfast buffet. A true experience for all your senses. Chrisa and all the staff - from the receptionist to the cleaners - are very warm and welcoming, and it feels like you have been coming here for years just after one day.
