C'était super J'espère pouvoir revenir

La Chambre au 2nd étage était très bien agencée, La décoration est moderne et élégante, en tons blanc et gris foncé comme sur les photos. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour avoir un petit salon, un grand lit, une salle de bain spacieuse, un espace bureau et une petite cuisine fonctionnelle. Si je devais acheter un studio, je ferais exactement cette disposition :) J'ai adoré les grandes baies vitrées qui donnent sur beaucoup d'arbres et des espaces ouverts. La grande terrasse en bois au rez-de chaussée, au milieu du parc. L'insonorisation. La décoration des espaces communs notamment avec un orange très lumineux et joyeux. Le 3e oreiller toujours est pour se caler les jambes. De jolis verres à pied et à eau.

Le sèche-serviette qui ne fonctionnait pas, L'absence de plateau. Mais c'est vraiment pas important vu la qualité de la prestation. J'ai été très étonné qu'il n'y ait pas de parking handicap directement devant la façade ! Heureusement on m'a permis de me garer devant, Merci encore.

Nice room, but too far from town and hard to access.

The room was wonderful. Big, clean, and with kitchen and plates and cutlery. This was good, because there were no restaurants anywhere close. We ended up with salads from the grocery store. Breakfast in the morning was adequate.

This was not a regular hotel. The desk only had someone before noon and between 16:00 and 18:00. It was difficult to access, because it was on the university campus. The lady at the desk gave us the code to the front door. It did not feel terrible safe to go outside, because it was rather deserted.

Room is very good equiped. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is simple but good.

As we got the room up to the entrance the smoke was smell a lot in our room late in the night. Pressure of water in shower is very bad.

Place was spacious, clean, great staff. More than enough choice at breakfast. And all at a great price too!!!!

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel. Only minor point I had to drive to go to tge Centre Ville to eat

Easy access to Dijon centre

On arrival, the receptionist (Charlie) was incredibly helpful, and changed our room to one on the ground floor with a wet room - very useful for a wheelchair user. Since we had thunderstorms the 2 evenings we were there, our kitchen was used to make meals, and avoid us getting wet! Tram no 1 to the centre of Dijon is very convenient.

We could have done with a second, smaller saucepan in the room, and an opener for beer bottles. Also, I could only find 5 channels on the TV - the normal range of free French channels did not seem to be available.

Good value for money. Clean and comfortable enough for a short stay/passing through.

Parking is free. Friendly staff. A lot of young people around as the apartments are located on a school campus. You have a room with kitchen and bathroom to yourself. The kitchen is small, but offers enough to cook a simple meal. I would say great value for money if you are simply passing through or maybe if you are a student with low needs.

The general location was easy enough to find with GPS, but the actual building was a bit hidden. I did not fully expect to be located on a school campus (which was no problem in itself), but initially I wasn't sure if I was in the right place. Parking did not feel as secure as I would've liked. It was free, but about 200 meters away, and in what felt like an industrial area adjacent to town suburbs.

A long way out of town but the tram stop is very close and they are easy to use. Very difficult to find in the car, the directions via the app are not even close, you need to find the back road.

Perfect for a stopover when transiting France

Great location, huge room, comfy bed, easy to catch the tram into the centre of Dijon and very peaceful surroundings as it is well away from busy roads.

It was difficult to navigate to the property address due to numerous dead end roads on the university campus. The correct address for the car park is 15 Rue Recteur Marcel Bouchard, 21000, Dijon Alternatively in Google Maps search for 'Parking maison international'

No Recommendation for me 1 night is enough.

Location and Parking was Perfect . staffs is not friendly at all. breakfast nothing better buy at the next door wash table to small can’t even brush my teeth. People on the corridor very noisy My request window view to the mountains they give me viewing to the station . The first and the last stay .

Unacceptable sparsely furnished tiny international student dorm

Not much to like. Accommodation for international students sold as hotel room? Rooms were sparsely furnished and not to hotel standards. Some distance to older part of town. An apartment without necessary furnishings, uncomfortable bed and the receptionist leaves late afternoon. We arrived after she left and had to rely upon a very gracious Chinese student to call and obtain the code for entry.I consider this listing fraudulent and it should be emphasized that you are staying in a small college facility with basic furniture suitable for students.

very nice and clean place, just a stone's throw from the city centre (2.5km)

the bathroom and the bedroom are very clean and modern. big window with electric shutters (bright and safe) the building itself is nice and clean it was very close to the city centre - only a couple of minutes drive (2.5km maybe) - very nice and quick to have dinner out

this is me being fussy on demand: there was zero vegan options for coffee/breakfast - had to do without

Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Spacious, modern, clean, well appointed and a quiet location. There was plenty of free parking nearby. The staff were very helpful.
