Les arcs 1800 Charmettoger Aiguille Grive 3 - duplex 3 bedrooms 41 m2 - 7 beds including 6 upstairs (1 large double bed in bedroom 1, 2 bunk beds in bedroom 2, 2 bunk beds in bedroom 3, and 1 80x190 sofa bed in the living room).
Very nice valley view (west exposure) and Mont Blanc with sun-drenched terrace.
Ski in and out.
Immediate proximity to restaurants and shops (bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, doctor, dry cleaning, tourist office, cinema, ski equipment rental, ski schools, daycare).
Access to the new aquatic center 200 meters away: indoor swimming pool, hammams, saunas, jacuzzis, fitness area, etc.

Excellent apartment, clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 4 adults. Location was perfect, right next to a lift up to the main ski area with pizza / bakery and ski shop literally downstairs. Communication with host was excellent, concierge linkage was a little clunky and inventory update and submission was a bit of pain, but no major issue. Would recommend!

Spent 6 days at the property in Jan 23. Great location only a short walk from the centre of 1800. Bus stop just outside. The nearest lift is only a few yards away accessible from the 4th floor so great for catching the first lift of the day. Two ski rentals places underneath and a pizza eat in/takeaway just a few yards walk. Need to book on main nights. The property was very clean and was plenty big enough for 4 x adults with all the ski gear and luggage. Two toilets which was handy and a very good overhead modern shower. Highly recommended.

Malgré réception très tardive des clefs l appartement était très très sale. Il y avait des meubles cassés et des ampoules cassées. Isolation des chambre nul du froid rentrait en continu.

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce et bien situé (départ et arrivée skis aux pieds). Le séjour est bien lumineux et l'appartement plutôt bien équipé. Attention à la description (lit double en 140x190 et non en 160x200 comme décrit). La propreté laisse un peu à désirer (serpillères humides trouvées sales et en boule dans un placard = odeur terrible !), peut-être du fait de locataires précédents... Dommage aussi qu'il n'y ait pas de local pour les skis et chaussures qui encombrent vite l'appartement.

Appartement conforme aux photos, aux pieds des pistes. Un peu éloigné du village, il y a une supérette en bas et 2 magasin de locations. Bien équipé, propre mais certaine chose sont à changer ou à faire nettoyer ( balais de toilette, et housse de couette tachée de sang), ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire car pas sur place mais plutôt à celui qui le gère. Dommage pas de Wifi durant notre séjour

Appartement avec tout ce qu il faut pour une semaine au ski. Les plus ::telesiege et reour piste à 20 m de l immeuble. Location de skis sous l appart .. épicerie/ pain a 30m...parking chauffé en face et arret de bus navette a 50m pour ceux voyageant en Tgv comme moi. Je reviendrai...

Appartement très bien placé pour skier, convient pour 2 adultes et 4 enfants mais pas plus.

Les moins : Appartement au 1er étage avec vue sur le parking côté rue donc assez bruyant la nuit. Convient très bien pour 6 si 2 adultes et 4 enfants car 1 lit double et 2 lits superposés dont l’un a des matelas plus étroits que les lits ce qui n’etait pas très confortable pour nos grands ados. La salle de bain est un peu vieillissante et un pare douche serait plus hygiénique que le rideau actuellement en place. L’utilisation de l’ascenseur et l’accès à l’immeuble ne peut se faire qu’avec un badge or on n’en a que deux ce qui n’est pas suffisant quand on ne skie pas tous ensemble. Les plus : Emplacement top pour skier, au pied d’un télésiège très peu emprunté. Beaucoup de rangement dans les pièces de nuit. Literie de la chambre double très confortable. Le lavabo supplémentaire et le 2e WC sont bien pratiques. Bien pratique également l’epicerie qui vend du pain frais au pied de l’immeuble.

Property was in excellent location in Les Arcs 1800. Brilliant ski in/out, lovely local bakery/pizzeria and 5 min walk to main shops and cafes. Apartment was compact and slightly unusual layout (we had 6 adults and 1 child) but was very functional. Well equipped for self catering with lots of cooking utensils/crockery. Internet was intermittent and wouldn't access the Netflix package. We would definitely book this accommodation again.

First - we had absolutely wonderful weather and snow conditions and the ski area is the best in the world. Also the proximity from the apartment to the (very slow chairlift) helped. However the apartment in itself was mainly in great need for a refurbishment. And there seemed to be no design thought in its furbishment. And it would be close to impossible to squeeze in eight adults in it. We were two adults and a kid, which was on the boarder line. Especially when everyone was about to go for a shower. The double bed is less than 2 meters (I am 195 cm and had huge sleeping difficulties). Also storing ski boots and skis in this tiny space is not overly convenient. You can hear most sounds, incl body/bathroom sounds of the neighbours. Finally, the instructions in the paper you receive from the landlord are at least one year old.

Quite tricky to find but in the end just an elevator and 50 steps to a ski lift. By no means luxury but serves it’s purpose as a place to sleep and cook meals with a well equipped small kitchen. The double bedroom is nice with a good view. You have to walk through another bedroom to get to it. 2 toilets were useful. Would never recommend 8 people, it was cramped with 6 and only 2 sets of keys and one toilet roll provided. One bedroom is half the size of a prison cell, claustrophobic, very narrow stairs. Wallpaper is like razor blades, do not brush against it. Recommend being meticulous with the inventory and checking for damage and missing items. Not a problem but quite a few broken and missing things I was asked about when I requested my deposit back and could have been charged for if I hadn’t been careful. Did not feel properly cleaned on arrival and some dangerous electrical wiring but there was a rental company to help with problems if you fancy spending your holiday doing that. You must bring or rent bed linens. Access to aquatic centre is charged.

Chouette appartement. Rien ne manque. Départ et retour skis aux pieds. Accès direct au télésiège Charmetogger. Beau domaine skiable. Pas de casier à skis, du coup, terrasse encombrée de skis et bottines (pour 8...) Quand même un peu juste pour 8 adultes, mais pas grave, on n'y reste pas toute la journée... Il y a malgré tout de nombreux espaces de rangement. Il faut un digipass pour entrer dans l'immeuble et prendre l'ascenseur. Bien pour la sécurité mais il n'y a que 2 digipass pour 8, il s'agit donc de bien s'organiser ou d'avoir un portable pour demander à ceux qui sont rentrés de venir ouvrir et pouvoir accéder à l'ascenseur. Bref, à recommander sans hésiter.

Appartement conforme à la description! Bien équipé et très bien placé. Résidence calme avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Super station avec un domaine au top. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute et très disponible. Allez y les yeux fermés!

L'appartement est situé en face d'un parking couvert ce qui s'avère pratique pour se garer. L'hôte répond rapidement. Tout le confort nécessaire est au rendez-vous. Le tout est propre et bien conçu. Le centre ville est accessible à pied tout en étant assez à l'écart et donc au calme.
