部屋は狭いけど清潔でベッドの寝心地が良かったです

フロントマン受付時の物言い、態度が高圧的で不快でした朝食の和食弁当を注文しましたが、野菜が殆ど無く食べずらかった

Worst experience for the money

The property is in prime location. Staff was rude. How come 12 years old girl stay alone in a place new to the customer.

The staff was rude Bed was small for two people. The property was very old.

寝るだけなら問題なし。

朝食付きと聞いていましたが、夜20時以降にチェックインの場合、会場での朝食ではなく洋食弁当となる旨、当日聞かされました（記載はなかったはずです）でもお弁当はすごくおいしかったです。近くのお弁当屋さんが作っていらっしゃるようでした。ホテルフロント前にフリードリンクと、スパークリングワインが飲めるスペースがありました。スパークリングワインをいただきました。とてもおいしかったです。

改装前にも宿泊したことがありますが、壁紙、天井、床を張り替えただけのように思いました。バスルームのお湯調節が一番面倒なタイプなので、改善していただきたいです（お湯を止めて次に出す際、また温度調整が１から必要）ベッドがとても硬く、夜中に何度も目が覚めました。

値段相応だと感じた。

飲み物のドリンクバーなどが付いていること。かなり安価で宿泊できたこと。

リノベーションで綺麗には見えるが、設備は古く狭かった。駐車場の情報や朝食の選択の情報は事前にもらえるとありがたかった。

The hotel is excellent for travellers. the price is reasonable and the room is super clean.

the hotel is very clean. it is located nearby Chikuzen Maebaru train station. there is also car park at the hotel but the parking is based on first come first served. anyway, if the parking is full you can park your car at a paid parking just in front of the hotel.

The restaurant is not operating. They provided a bento of katsu sandwich, fried egg and sausage. The bentos were made the day before, so everything was cold and soggy. Not terrible. But not exactly what you want for breakfast. Room was small and not cleaned properly. Staff was nice, but not overly helpful or attentive.

Comfy hotel with excellent staff and good food

I liked the location of the hotel. It was easy to access by car and I heard it's close to the train station. There was parking available at the hotel and also a nearby pay lot. My hotel room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I also highly appreciate the staff who spoke Japanese and some English. There was a situation where I left my tablet behind in the hotel room and not only did they secure it but they agreed to mail it to me since I live so far away. That is above and beyond what I expected. Staff is excellent.

No issues here.
