The condo was extremely clean when we walked in. The views are incredible and we loved the pool! All of the beds were lower to the ground and in the second bedroom they were really small and extremely hard. Another thing we didn't like is when you are out on the two back Balconies, there is no privacy at all. We found 6 to the most with privacy. Because you couldn't look in at our condo.

Breezy, beautiful oceanfront condo end unit occupies a great spot in Anna Maria.
Needs to update pans and some kitchen items but otherwise has beautiful quality furnishings. Also uses microfiber sheets in the bedrooms.
We had a lovely week stay! We already re-booked! Can’t wait to come back, thank you!

We loved our stay! The location is perfect. The condo is clean and well appointed. We loved all of the decks! My only concern was the washer and dryer were low quality so I didn’t use them a ton. Would recommend an upgrade to those for sure! Otherwise, we had a fantastic time! I highly recommend this property!

Excellent home for our family of four. We loved every moment of our stay. The home is beautiful just like the pictures. Right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed the two decks for morning coffees, sunsets, and eating. I greatly enjoyed all the lovely art on the walls. Booking was easy and the property management was excellent. Location was great, with easy access to the island trolley. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Could be a million dollar view but they've let the sea grapes over grow so much that you only see half the beach. Besides that the place is perfect. No problems at all.

Beautiful condo on the beach
We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is exactly as pictured and well appointed with all you could need. The view of the water is beautiful, especially on the upper balcony. We will rent again!

Great place right on the beach
This condo was wonderful! My husband and I took our kids (5 & 1) and it really couldn’t have been a better location and place for all. My only complaints are there were no extra linens anywhere (extra pillows in the closet but no pillow cases). Would def. go back!

Great location
This property is right on the beach and we loved the decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. if you decide to cook. We gave it 4 stars because the stairs are very creaky. If you're an early riser, you wake everyone up going downstairs. The power went out for several hours during our stay. Vacasa did a great job contacting the owner who forgot to pay the electric bill which caused the inconvenience. Overall, it's a nice property.

Also a living room window leaked a lot of water in a blowing rainstorm. Other windows were fine.

Gorgeous property. House had all the amenities. Only criticism would be not through cleaning. You check in and check out yourself.

Great location, nice condo but…
The condo is very nice. Location is great. Love this place except that everything in the kitchen are cheap stuff. Pots and pans are all very crappy cheap stuff none of the knives were useable and there was literally nothing in terms of coffee filters or anything you need immediately. We were here for 2.5 wks and there were barely enough soap, toilet paper, etc for one week.

This year we arrived to an ant problem in the kitchen. The unit was not dirty it was filthy!!! We literally had to vacuum, mop and clean the restrooms prior to settling in. I am not a picky person. I understand that when a renter leaves a home, the cleaning crew has a short window to prepare for the next renter's arrival. That being said, there were dust BALLS in the corners of the unit in all rooms. There was sand all over the floor inside and piles of sand on the terrace. The unit was cleaned with a lavender scented product, that seemed as if it was used to mask the untideness of the space. I rented this unit for two weeks straight (this year and last year). The kitchen seems to lack some essentials that were available the year prior and the refrigerator was not tidied prior to our arrival. The vacuum the unit has in their closet was FULL of dirt, papers and other trash. It was pretty bad honestly!!
We contacted VACASA and mentioned the issues. They sent over a fumigator. The ants were back after a few days. Nothing was offered nor resolved for the lack of cleanliness of the unit. The person I spoke to said they would notate it. Considering the cost of the unit, maintenance needs massive improvement.

On the beach & CLEAN
I almost hate to tell you how amazing this condo was because it will probably be hard to get from now on. Clean, beautifully updated home, with the most spectacular view right on the beach. An easy walk to many of the popular restaurants in the area too.

Paradise!
Everything was perfect. Looks exactly like the pictures, if not better. Such a beautiful setting! We loved having the choice of going down to the beach to watch the sunset, or having a cocktail on our bedroom deck and enjoying its splendor. The property was extremely clean and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to make a few meals “at home”. Very quiet, we rarely saw another soul on the property! Hidden Cove #6 will be our go to condo for future stays, guaranteed.

Hidden Cove #6
The location, view, size and general condition were all above average. The reasons that I didn’t give it a higher rating was because several receptacles (including the ground fault outlets in both upstairs bathrooms) had no power and yet they weren’t tripped. The downstairs TV would not power up until I plugged it into a working receptacle, but never received a signal from the cable box and never worked. The upstairs TV only worked intermittently. Thankfully, we didn’t go on vacation to depend on watching TV. The coffee pot still had coffee and grounds, plus about half of the wine glasses were sticky and several had lipstick on them. A little better housekeeping and some minor maintenance repairs would have earned this unit 5 stars. Overall, this place has great potential!

Wonderful
The condo is newly and beautifully renovated in a modern decor. The location is perfect if you'd like to walk out of your patio doors barefoot, and go straight down to the beach. The kitchen had most everything we could need. We did have to buy: coffee filters, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, kleenex, and toilet paper. We stayed 2 weeks and the paper supplies provided only included 1 roll paper towels, 1 extra toilet paper roll, and no kleenex. I did not expect the owners to supply all this, just including this in the review so you add them to your shopping list. The guest room had one window without a window covering. Not sure what happened there, but the sunlight woke my kids up earlier than they would have otherwise slept if there was a curtain or shade (certainly not a deal breaker though). All in all, we plan to stay there again because the condo is absolutely beautiful and the location is great.
P.S. A local family member is wheelchair bound, and note the property is not wheelchair accessible. There is no elevator or ramp, and it was impossible for this relative to visit us in the condo.
P.P.S. The 2 twin beds do not have a box spring, just the top mattress. My kids slept fine, but there are not finicky sleepers.

Everything was perfect except for the cleaning lady using her key to walk in on us before checkout time without knocking! She also had to park behind our car. Other than that it was great!

We loved our stay! The place was perfectly clean and we loved EVERYTHING; The kitchen, the furniture, the beds, the bathrooms, the wall decor, and certainly the VIEWS! Being steps from the beach was a real gift as well. We will be back next year.

Great beach rental
Hidden Cove #6 is nicely styled, very clean, and had all the appliances and utensils we needed to cook. It did not have any condiments or spices, so make sure to get all you need for your recipes if you plan on cooking. You'll need to rely on your own streaming service account(s) for watching TV. The Apple speaker was a great plus for us since we could easily connect our iPhone to play our music. The unit also did not have any beach toys or chairs, but did have beach towels. All in all, we loved our stay and have already recommended it to a friend.

Excellent location and just steps from the beach! Unit was nicely updated. Easy walk to coffee shop, restaurants and more! We’ve been to many destinations in Florida and this has by far the cleanest beaches!
