Hôte d'exeption, le relationnel de la propriétaire est admirable l'endroit est tres calme, nous étions tres alaise dans le logement celui ci a répondu à toutes mes attentes Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuné au balcon et d'observer le parc. Pendant que je prenais mon café, j'ai pu observer des merles

Preis-Leistung mehr als unverschämt

Leider ist nur die Lage gut.

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist ein Problem gewesen. In der Kaffeemaschine war der Kaffee des vorherigen Urlaubers. Spülschwamm war schon lange in Gebrauch. Die Dusche hatte schwarze Ecken. In der Toilette hing ein WC Stein der mit Resten von Stuhl beschmiert war. Der Badschrank war innen dreckig und hatte ebenfalls dreckige Zahnputzgläser. Das geht alles nicht, wenn ich knapp 300€/Nacht zahlen musste. War vier Nächte dort.

Good location and clean.

The location was good. A 15 minute walk into the centre. Very clean properly with good kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds. Excellent storage.

An uncomfortable settee. Parking on the street was free but the car was out of sight from the property. The washer was in an unfortunate position directly infront of the toilet which you had to use "sideways ".

We very much enjoyed our visit and stay in Baden Baden, great location for walking to town.

The parking situation was not what we had expected based on the description with the information provided when booking. This was likely not problematic for European travelers familiar with parking constraints, but it was not quite what we had expected, but we made it work!

The apartment is fine

The apartment is spacious and luminous with a decent-sized kitchen and comfy beds: it was perfect for a family of four!

The only instructions I received were two photos, and on arrival I could not find the keys and had to message the host: I was furious when she accused me of not having read the instructions when none had been sent (though the accusatory tone may have been due to Google translator!), and had to write a couple of times before the necessary information was sent to me. I did not like having to pay in cash with no receipt, and it is further from the center than indicated in the description. Parking nearby is NOT easy at midday or in the evenings.

Great place! Great value!

I really liked the host. I liked the location. I liked how bright and open it was and the nice big deck. I liked how easy it was to get the keys and anything else I needed like the Wifi password. Mostly, I liked everything.

Pleasant stay but needs some renovations

We arrived very late, around 23pm but Lana explained us whee we find the keys which was perfect. The apartment overall looks good, nicely decorated.Big enough and bright . Very nice terrasse with a green view . Lana did her best to explain us about the hot water using google translate since she doesn't speak English or French.

Very bad isolation. Upstairs were some kids that started to run all aver the apartment that making it impossible to sleep after 6.30 am. We couldn't properly use the shows the first night because we didn't know how it works and the second person did a cold shower. The head of the shower is broken . Must be changed. The sofa bed in the living room has a very soft mattress, not comfortable. The pillows very big and uncomfortable. The lamps were not working properly. The window in the kitchen doesn't have a blinder so in the morning gets a lot of light in the livingroom

Exceptional

very comfortable apartment with all the needed facilitis. Toilet brush should be changed ) The rest is OK. It takes anly 10 - 15 min walk to the centre. Svetlana is a very nice and friedly hostess.
