Worst experience!!if you staying there you need to take your own toiletries,kitchen towel,no bath floor mats.On top you will be receiving a call to pay for the cleaning once you checkout🙂

Very convenient for climbing Snowdon.

Great location for Llanberis path to Snowdon summit and great location for cafes, shops and restaurants. Also for lake swimming! Peaceful location the two nights we were there.

Only one toilet for 6 people. No hand wash in bathroom or kitchen.

Nearly perfect

Perfect location with a lovely feel to the place, rooms were mostly very comfortable.

There were a few negatives across the trip, mostly minor and all fixable. The big issue was for the guest staying in the twin room, he’s only 6ft and had to sleep in the fetal position each night because he didn’t fit on the bed, luckily he was ok with this, but it certainly wasn’t great. On one evening we settled down to play board games, only to discover that all of them were missing the majority of the pieces, including the chess set. We ended up buying a cheap game at a charity shop that we’ve left there. Kitchen inventory needs some work, you’ve cookware than some commercial kitchens but only 5 dinner plates for a place that sleeps 6. The fridge is also too small.

Parking is a bit of a lottery and struggled to get anything nearby.

Wonderful house in the centre of Llanberis

Wonderful house, perfectly located in the centre of Llanberis, a few steps from the high street, the lake and the bus for Pen-y-Pass for a hiking to the summit of Snowdon. The house is very cosy, with a great attention to the details. We particularly appreciated the safety gates for the stairs, the kids cutleries and the fireplace (which we didn't use it though). Getting the keys was easy, so it was talking with the owner. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing.

Handy location for Zip Wire visit

Kettle leaked badly and when reported wasn’t replaced.Bathroom door would not open and we were constantly locked in .Unable to use the large kitchen sink because the plug is rigid and won’t move up or down .Power cut on last morning.

Need work

This little terrace cottage could be so much more with some TLC, on the surface we liked it all. The location is amazing. It has all the utensils ect you could need and the oven and hob is great. We made a full roast on New year's Day. Fire is amazing

This little terrace cottage could be so much more with some TLC, it's so cosy and on the surface looks the part but unfortunately all those little finer details are missing and everything is falling apart when it's touched. It needs some proper loving care. The cupboards and upstairs furniture is falling to bits, all the games have no pieces ( just remove them) the sofa has some small tears, the shower pressure was really poor, lots of baby gates that can't be used as no fittings ( again get rid of them) The back garden was dirty lots of rubbish and the decking wasn't finished big screw sticking out so our puppy couldn't be let out the back. For the over £500 we paid for a 3 night break I won't be returning which is a shame. It's just packing the finer touches and could be amazing with the right work.

Weekend Climbing with Friends

Overall and excellent location and perfect for group travellers or a couple of friends heading to climb Snowdon.

Great location if you are planning to climb Snowdon. At the center of a lovely town with all needed amenities within walking distance and the lake right outside.

Excellent location. Beds very comfy and bed linen nice and clean. Warm,

House very cold on arrival although warmed up quicklyonce we sorted the heating, crockery and cutlery was dirty, there was no kindling or wood supply for the wood burner. The key lock box for key was very stiff and on leaving we couldn't shut the box properly - just had to put the rubber cover over it.

Large and comfy, but not well maintained.

House was very large with 3 stories and could accommodate 6 people comfortably. Had kitchen facilities as well. It was clean as well.

Biggest problem was probably the lack of shower pressure, which means it takes forever to take a shower (if you don’t have time to take a bath). Some parts of the house need maintenance as well (floor has some cracks, bathroom door is very difficult to open from outside, bedroom door is shaky).

Lovely location, we hope to be back!

Superb location, very helpful and responsive owner, comfortable beds, well-equipped. We had a problem with getting back into the cottage one day as the lock was sticking and the owner got the maintenance man out to us within 15 mins from contacting him, which we were very impressed with

Cleaning needed to be more thorough in the top floor bedroom. It was not a big deal for us, but we mentioned this to the owner when we left and he told us he had a new cleaner starting that day, so we think he is listening and responding to feedback (cleaning problems had been mentioned in other reviews).

Very good

The location was very convenient as it is situated near Snowdon mountain where we hiked and have a very nice lake nearby. Also, the shops are all accessible - groceries, take-aways and pharmacy and has a huge parking lot near the lake for our car. We had a really nice stay.

The property just had some pet’s fur left on the couch and carpet probably from previous occupier. And the door at the back wouldn’t close. But apart from that everything is good.

Great location, shame about the lack of cleanliness

The location was better than expected, right next to a beautiful lake and in the centre of the town. So easy to get around. Lots of amenities close by. The beds were really comfortable.

The cleanliness let the place down. There was also no tea towel we could find or Hoover to hoover the carpets. The brush to sweep the floor was very flimsy. The outside area was scruffy though it did catch the sun so could sit out there most of the day if wanted to.
