Nice stay

Apartment was very nice and well equiped. We could use heating and it worked well, bed was comfortable, spacious bathroom. Kitchen well equiped, so we were able to cook some basic meals. Staff was very helpful with everything. Thanks a lot

Convenient location for your day hikes or ski trips in Arinsal

Everything at St-Moritz rates high-class, from the checkin experience to all the amenities and services offered on-site such as the supermarket. The coffee places around the hotel add to the experience. We would stay here again on any occasion

Very poor

Nice place, close to ski resort, although this closed early unexpectedly. Handy having ski hire in the same facility.

Not much communication regarding arrangements for transfers to other resort due to closure of Arnisal. Ultimately it all came down to the unbearable noise from the pub across the road. I understand people are on holiday and want to enjoy themselves but this was on another level. People screaming and shouting on the street, karaoke until 3am with the doors to the pub open and people shouting at the top of their voices. We had a 5am pick up to go home and had literally been up all night due to the noise. Not for us I'm afraid!

Amazing Location!

Large apartment with all facility requirements for a self-catering catering stay. Amazing location close to the gondola up to the slopes, with the ski hire shop part of the same building.

Room was facing the Irish bar opposite, so it could be a little noisy.

Excellent location, spacious and clean apartment.Ski wardrobe and free parking were very convenient.

Cards for accessing the building/room were not working properly.There weren't any additional bin bags and toilet paper left in the apartment.Noisy people in the middle of the night.

No smoking at all in apartments including on the balcony. Better sound proofing between apartments as sound from noisy neighbours often kept us awake. Insufficient crockery, cooking pans, utensils etc. Perhaps a welcome pack of essentials in the kitchen like bin bags, washing liquid etc.

generally fine with my stay just the fridge and the room not ideal for 4 people

have stayed here many times in the past and always enjoyed its location and facilities

sleeping on the sofa bed had to put up with a noisy fridge that would make a noise every 15 mins for about 10 mins, this resulted in broken sleep. After three nights ended up pulling out the fridge and unplugging it.

Large comfortable apartment right next to supermarket and teleferic

I enjoyed staying here, the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view of the mountain and the river right under the window a nice bonus. Downstairs is a supermarket, and around are restaurants and right next is the teleferic. You can also park your car for free behind the building where there's a large parking lot, or pay and park underground. Staff was very nice too!
