Location and hotel decor , clean and has nice balcony to the city.
We had dinner in the Japanese restaurant and the food wasn’t good, we gently spoke to the duty manager of the restaurant explaining our opinion about the food for future improvement but we were shocked how rude he was with us , he got angry and told us shockingly if you don’t like the food all other guests do and that was the worst reply we could ever hear , instead of thanking us that we are curious and want to give suggestions as well as we are saying it in a kind way, and unfortunately we informed the reception but no one cared to offer us an apology.

Absolutely stunning property. It’s modern, clean and in an excellent location. The food is very good and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was beautiful with lots of variety. The room looked just like the photos - it was stunning!
Nothing - it was the perfect stay!

Everything was absolutely perfect
There’s no change in breakfast buffet

The hotel, the rooms, the staff, the amenities were just awesome, felt extremely pampered with that touch of class that it is hard to provide naturally. Decoration everywhere is superb, with lots of tiny details. Very very good breakfast, waiters so attentive. Large and very comfortable rooms. Very helpful transportation from Tasch to the hotel, without the need to take the train to Zermatt.
The main issue to me is the lack of AC, which in summer is important. Understand this is a Zermatt town policy. The rooms have large windows and rapidly provided a fan upon my request. Bathroom is quite small.

- excellent location, only 2 mins from Zermett train station .
- Modern design, good facilities, I have a view facing Matterhorn .
- Great services provided by all staffs
room is on the Main Street of Zermett, could be noisy during night time

Stylistic boutique hotel, great vibe, good bar with high-end atmosphere and draws the right crowd. Room is nicely styled, makes you feel at hone, clean estetique design, quality furniture, neat Marshall speaker and a few select books adorn the wall to give it a modern hone feel. Oh, and there’s a good sized balcony with views of the Matterhorn and the Main Street. Wonderful, and not sure why it’s not a 5 star - I had been to 5 star properties in Switzerland which weren’t nearly as nice luxurious or comfortable.
a little pricey

Central location, lovely modern alpine chic decoration, excellent breakfast, lovely bar and restaurant in evening, delicious food and good selection of fine wine, great ski room with heated ski boot dryers in each locker!
Room very hot at night, unable to leave balcony door open due to street noise (though very good sound insulation when shut)

The service and location and facilities were excellent for the price. Really made us feel welcome. Will without a doubt return back again. An unforgettable New Years retreat.

Lobby interior design is amazing. it has an incredible ambience, especially at night. the quality of construction finishes is high. The food standards are high in the main restaurant. The room sizes are good.
1. The hotel should use its shuttle buses to ferry guests to the ski lifts/gondolas etc. This would be the single most valuable service the hotel could provide to create a unique amenity for guests. The walk distance is too far to ski lifts and the taxis are obscenely expensive.
2. The hotel pillows are horrendous, the standard ones disappear under your head and the firmer foam ones requested are tiny and child-like. The hotel needs to buy an entirely new set of proper pillows. I heard numerous guests talking about the pillows at breakfast.
3. The ceiling height in the hotel lifts is unacceptably low due to some silly plants being hung in the lift car.
4. The hotel heating in the corridors and rooms is too hot. Our group comprised seven rooms and all of us had to leave the windows open at night to sleep.
5. The spa facilities open at 3pm, which is ridiculous. They aren’t really staffed, so there is no excuse for this. They should be available to guests all day.
6. The Peruvian restraint “Muna”? is terrible and needs to be replaced with something that matches the high standard of the lobby restaurant.

Very nice restaurant and cocktail bar, the spa zone is amazing and the room was really comfortable and nice. All the staff was really helpful and kind, spécial mention to the breakfast team!
The bed mattress and pillows could be more comfortable, and it was too warm in the room at night

toiletries was great, room view was okay.
staff could be a little bit more friendlier, no drinking water in room provided. no fan in the room so it gets warm quickly.

This place is in a great location, walking distance from the train station. That is important because cars are not allowed in Zermatt. Our room (37) was spacious and had a perfect view of the Matterhorn. The staff was great in recommending places to eat.
During the day it was a bit noisy due to a school and tennis courts outside. We paid a lot to get a view of the Matterhorn; however, that is true of all hotels in Zermatt.

clean and relaxing
no AC
